Patch three has been live for a few days.

So how can i get it, i mean, officialy it is not yet anounced.
Do i have to download the beta?

Patch3 is still in beta.

Download is as easy as official ones.

"In your steam game library, right click Total War: Rome II. Then choose Properties and select the BETAS tab. Finally select “patch3beta” from the drop down list."

Oh yeah, my bad. It is still in beta apparently but the fixed the alt tab issue.

When it will go live, i have to uninstall the beta and douload the original?

Nope, it'll be transparent to you. Maybe a small automatically-started download when you log onto steam. I don't recall even that when Patch2 went live.
