But seriously, walking and bicycling are good low-intensity workouts to start getting into shape. Just a little more each day.

What people have said earlier is completely true, as long as you burn more calories than you consume, you can eat anything. I for one go through periods of eating nothing but McDonalds for a few weeks (disgusting, i know) and yet i'm still losing visible fat. For the first time since i was 7, my chest is completely fat. I've lost my paunch!
