With Satrap's army - yes, it has to be an Aid. I think once Kleonemos have studied a bit in Antioch he will go to Egypt then. I've heard that there is some sort of 'Library' in Alexandreia.

I will guard Memphis and Alexandria as best I can and I don't expect anything to get through.

As for the battle report, my unit of slingers had routed so their card wasn't there at the bottom of the screen. You can see all 8 units in the second screen.

The governments in Pergamon, Salamis and Sinope need to be repaired. Why do they keep getting destroyed?

I think that script destroys them. I suggest before doing any moves check settlements and make sure governments are not destroyed. If they are then reload the save again.

Yeah, I know the script destroys them for sure if you activate the script first when you play as, say, the Arverni and then load/start a save as any other faction and activating the script for them, without restarting EB first. But not from just loading a save and activating the script when it's the first time since you started up EB, not AFAIK anyway. But then I would wonder why it's just some of our government buildings that are damaged 100% and not all. It could be assassins, but I've rarely had the AI go against my generals with them, and never had them go after my buildings.

I doubt that this is the work of assassins. I think I allow the Chancellor to use 'add_money' cheat to compensate repairing of those destroyed governments.

Also, since I'm going to move to another place in RL then I might be out of reach from 5th to 12th March. I'm not sure how long it will take to get Internet there.

I must unfortunately resign for at least one week. Something has come up in my family that was well, unforeseen. I will be gone for a day and will need some time after that as well. I assume Sarpedon can just take over for the last two turns as Chancellor. I apologize, as i said it is something unforseen.

and guys just noticed that persepolis revolted back to us, and inside of it are two bodygaurd cavalry, are we just gonna roll with that? getting back Persepolis was supposed to be one of our major goals....

Those Bodyguards will be disbanded but other than that this is a nice IC twist.

True, but with the beginning of this Council session all edicts from the previous Council Session(including Emergency Council session) are no longer valid. So, new edicts/permanent edicts must be proposed to the next Chancellor term.

Might as well point out for the guys who don't spend time in the BtSH forum that my EB comp is busted again. I've talked to CP and hopefully he'll be able to command my army in my IG absence, but there won't be any Basileus reports for a while.
