I can advice you ta take one of the celtic audi or arverni so you need no more torture on EDU. then mod descr_strat and expanded_bi.txt voila! you did it. you can check my file in my last mod that I have changed the name of pahlava as Askanian..

also try hax' faction switch mod it may give you the idea which files needed to change.
but the 3 basic ones are expanded_bi, strat, shared txt files in the text folder of EB Data folder.
P.S. BTW this flag is normally red and that belonged to early ottomans...
