There's something totally off here.

You can read whatever scumminess into this if you want, but here is my abrupt reversal and why:

I know I am innocent still. Why would Centurion1 leave me alive? I've been calling him out on his bad play for half of the game, and tried to get him killed yesterday.
Some of the things he says have a disturbing amount of plausibility. Mixed in with tons of very bad posts.
He is putting up one heck of a fight. I admire that. Why he is continuing when it is clear he is going to die is beyond me. I probably would have thrown in the towel by now, tbh.

Has Psychonaut ever been attacked? Why wouldn't he be, after being supposedly cleared by the block?

There's reasons for the suspicion on Psychonaut, which stretch back quite a ways.

I wish I could claim credit for this one but I cannot, YLC and Renata and some others have discussed it with Chaotix, and I am pretty sure that someone has asked Psychonaut about it privately.

Reason it wasn't made public was because if he was indeed pro-town, having our suspicions made public would give the Sith a chance to leave him alive as lynchbait. If he ever died, that proves his innocence. Until now, the understanding has been, he's lynchproof. So why isn't he dead yet?

I have to dig up all the posts, which I will try to do, but the long and the short of it is, on 4-28 Psychonaut claimed to have 2 defensive abilities or powers, I forget which, and then on 4-30, Diamondeye or someone else drained/blocked him and it was revealed he apparently had no "offensive, defensive, anti-lynch" powers whatsoever. And the reading on his sith-ness was inconclusive.

What was in his favor, IIRC, was that there was still a Sith murder during that phase, and one might think having no powers of those kinds would be counter-indicative of being a Sith.

However, if he can have ONE of his night actions blocked, and he can hide his abilities (as the true Sith Lord might be able to) then that would explain everything.

• Why he claimed to have powers, that were then found not to be present
• Why there was one murder that night.
• Why it was inconclusive
• Why he is still alive, after there's no sign of him ever being lynched in thread.

He is a suspect, I am afraid.

Both Sigurd and Psycho have gotten back to me, as well as TC. I didn't ask DE and Chaotix has yet to get back to me however. The only thing I am handing out right now is that Sigurd explicitly stated that if he made an error he would correct it, so unless DE edited out parts of the night result on Psycho, that is indeed the truth - no ability was taken, no race was mentioned, and no abilities are present, along with an ambiguous result.

Now, the rest of you have the votes to outvote us. You have to make a decision, it's either Psychonaut or Centurion1.

I want very much to believe it is Centurion1, because then my world makes a whole lot of sense. But, I feel too much is out of place. Psychonaut appears to have just the right abilities to deflect suspicion, and then all he has to do is participate in whatever the group wants to do.

I know I have been swindled hardcore by Psychonaut before. Not this time.
