Some of them were starting to understand what was going on, but at the cost of too many lives. They were faced with a choice; continue exploring the manor, or lynch someone.
You have until 23:59 (11:59PM) May 29th (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) to place your vote for either the LYNCH or to MOVE to a different room. That is approximately 48 hours from now.
You cannot both lynch and move in one day, so you may only choose to do one with your vote.
I will now send out the description of the rooms you are in privately. You may interact with the room during the day phase.
If you are going to MOVE, I will need to know where by the end of the DAY phase. I realize that it causes problems for me due to the game mechanics if the day phases creep over into the night phase. So please, send me your movements before Day is over.

Re: Murder Manor III- Game thread
Ouch is all I have to say...and it seems my advice was heeded too late...
However, I think I might have found a solution - there is one room in this house the guarantees safety apparently, BUT, I have no idea which room it is. Have we visited every room in the House? And if so, can anyone give a description of it? I think I'd be able to spot the room from the description, based upon what I have read from my book I got from the guest room.
Ooh, give me some time before I send out the results. *headache*
Most of you people didn't move anyway, so refer to your previous one for whats in the room. The only thing you'll notice different is new people in certain rooms.
You'll all get new room descriptions and such but just mark my word that there's nothing earth-shattering that it can't wait a few hours. This game is more involved than I thought it would be.

Re: Murder Manor III- Game thread
To me, this looks like the light almost worked. We all need to gather in 2 rooms. The biggest 2 rooms, like the living room and the master bedroom. Have like 6 in the living room and the other 5 in the bedroom. Everyone have their source of light on, whatever we have that makes light, turn it on. Take turns keeping watch maybe. We need to work together to solve this and save someone tonight. All info must be put into the thread also. If you know anything about this house, history of it's past occupants...tell us all in thread. Also did everyone destroy anything they had that could be dangerous (as I stated in previous posts)? Everyone needs to send in their orders also! You all vote to move, and then don't move. What is up with that? This "evil force" is getting very strong now, the only way to combat it is to work together!
I will go back to the living room tonight, need 5 more to join me.

The house was finished construction on March 1st, in 1913 by an Irish gentleman whose name couldn't be found in any records. He died shortly after constructing it. The house was sold at auction, as the Irish gentleman had no kin and no one else claimed the property. It was bought by a man called Askthepizzaguy, later known as Askthepizzaguy Sr, who lived in that house until his death. The house passed down from one generation of Askthepizzaguy to another, until Askthepizzaguy III, his grandson, was the last surviving member of his line.
There were reports of strange happenings at the house, from the time of the first Askthepizzaguy all the way to the third, and every caretaker has reported odd and alarming sights and sounds.
In June of 1966, two guests stayed at Askthepizzaguy Manor and were dragged from their beds and hung by their throats with coat hangers. ATPG III was vacationing in Italy at the time, and those guests were close personal friends of his. After a thorough investigation, police concluded that Askthepizzaguy III had no involvement in the murder, and no motive. What was even more strange was that none of the windows were broken, and all the doors were locked. After that, Askthepizzaguy III rarely slept in the Manor, and often traveled or slept in a hotel. Because he was something of a celebrity, the press would often ask him why he hardly ever stayed in his own home, and Askthepizzaguy III wouldn't respond, and seemed shaken. He mumbled something about the attic, and how he would never go up there again.

You should let everyone know what you've read before asking for them to trust you with information you don't have and might have reasons for wanting that don't match what you've claimed.

Give me a bit to wake up, and I'll comb through my PM's for this game to find all the chapters I have read.
We could always toss a bunch of stuff in the bath tub, light it on fire so that it burns all night long. Blowing out a candle is one thing, but blowing out a campfire isn't happening.
One thing that doesn't make sense is why Beefy was killed. Several of us voted for him, so why kill him? Makes me question whether the house targets who we suspect. That doesn't fit with the Renata kill though. So why Beefy?

Is everyone seeing the image of the garage okay? Diana's monitor apparently doesn't get bright enough to see anything but total blackness. Is it the same for you guys or can you see it?

Re: Murder Manor III- Game thread
Possessed, yes, but not the evil force. I don't see the connection between him and the evil force. I'd rather have Vote:Methos lynched, because he didn't perform the exorcism like we asked. Not only that, but the exorcisms to be looked to be of dubious, well, authenticity or at least effectiveness - I mean, the chicken dance? I know Pizza likes to embellish, but the serious tone of the game just flies in the face of the exorcisms.
Another thing - what would have happened had an exorcism been successful? Think about this for a second - had we done it on CB, we would have known what a successful one would have looked like, and maybe gained some insight into the demon. Instead, it gets wasted on Secura, whom no one suspected for obvious reasons.
He didn't do it because it can't be done past day six; this has been covered. He also begged and pleaded for white_eyes to research exorcisms in time for one more of them to be done -- white_eyes doesn't contest this. Finally, if Methos were the demon, why draw negative attention to himself by choosing to run an "exorcism" on someone seemingly no one but him suspected? He'd had suggestions from several people he could have drawn from to cover his butt.
Your reasons for voting him are fake, YLC. I'd be voting you right now if I were still alive.

Re: Murder Manor III- Game thread
I wouldn't count them fake because I'm not privy to how the exorcisms work, and the last viable one was used on Secura. There was nothing preventing them/him from using it on CB - I'm only voting Methos because he is the public face of it. I never said Methos was the demon, and I stated my reasons for thus voting him. I want an answer, an explanation. A real suspect was not eliminated and I want to know WHY. The exorcisms looked dubious - WHY. A satisfactory answer means I'm going after WE.
If CB were the demon, why draw negative attention to himself by actually killing people? Especially when it has been demonstrated that he would have no need to? I'd rather lynch unhelpful townies then someone who in my opinion is being framed.
Husar, how come you didn't follow the plan to move to one of the larger rooms?
Were you contacted about the above plan, as I was, by Diana? Was it a conscious decision by yourself to head there alone or were you encouraged into it by someone?
"Blacker than a moonless night. Hotter and more bitter than Hell itself… that is coffee."
The ten survivors retreated to their respective rooms for the night. By now, people were starting to get used to the horrors around them.
The clock in the dining room started chiming... twelve times it chimed. The hands on the clock went from 3:33 AM and spun counter-clockwise until the clock stopped chiming. The hands came to rest on the twelve. The numbers on the face of the clock began to twist and contort.... the blood started to flow from the face of the clock, and began dripping upward... splattering on the ceiling. All the numbers on the clock turned backwards.
"Help me...."
The voice of a small girl is heard throughout the manor. Blood stains began appearing on the floor in every room.
"Please... someone.... make him stop...."
The survivors began to stir.... but they were still in a dream-like state. They rose and began to follow the sound.... follow the sound all the way to the Parlor.
"No, mister, please don't hurt me!"
They heard the noise coming from the Master Bedroom now.
"I want my mommy...."
They followed the noise all the way to the Master Bathroom.
"No, please... don't take away my dolly...."
The mirror that had been shattered was now back in place, but no one saw their own reflection. The body of TheFlax was standing in the center of the room, staring at them lifelessly. His face became contorted, and twisted.... and the metal wire twisted around his neck began to tighten until it tore the head from his body. TheFlax's head then dropped upward.... smashing into the ceiling. Blood began to pour from TheFlax's body, gushing straight up, and making a bloody mess on the ceiling. Then TheFlax's body fell upward and collapsed in a heap, coming to a rest in the bloody pool that defied gravity, next to his head.
The door to the Master Bathroom slammed shut, and the blood on the ceiling began to run across it, as if it were dripping down the wall. TheFlax's body began to slide, until it slipped and fell through the mirror, landing on the other side. The blood began to pour through the mirror, and collect on the ceiling in the other bathroom. A little girl appeared in the mirror, looking directly at all of the survivors.
rInG ArOund tHE rOsIe...
All the air in the bathroom started to blow through the mirror, and small objects began to rattle and fly through the mirror, to the other side.
pOckEt fuLL oF pOsIEs...
Blood began shooting out of the faucets and the shower head, and it began to stream across the room and through the mirror.
aSheS.... AshEs.....
The bodies of the survivors were pulled violently through the mirror and into the twisted, contorted world beyond it. A dark place that resembled the first Manor, but a mirror image of it. The survivors landed on the floor of the otherworldly Master Bathroom.
wE aLL fAll dOwN.
The body of TheFlax and all of the blood on the ceiling suddenly fell downwards, landing on the ten survivors. The door to the bathroom they were in slammed shut, shattering the mirror. Everything went black.

Noooo! I think we are now! We are in the alternate house (world) now. What, now, we need to keep the lights on 24/7. We really need to find who's behind this ASAP. Everyone start spilling any info, you know, NOW.
P.S. Great write up again, as always, Pizza!

I don't know, but all I see from the write up is the lights saved Niklas, so keep all the lights on, all the time. With no light in this world there maybe a murder anytime "day" or "night". This is what scares me.
