Incendiary Grenade
Single use item. When you toss it in combat, ALL your opponents catch fire, which causes damage until they waste a combat round putting out the flames. Because this is a single use item, YOU must tell me what circumstances (all of them) you wish to use them in. It is NOT used automatically; I will not waste your items without explicit instruction.
