Let me answer a couple of FAQ

You may submit as many entries as you wish.

The judges are barocca, myself, and hopefully Duke John (I await his reply on this)

I'm not sure when the deadline will be, but you'll be given plenty of notice.

The prize is great, but your wallpaper doesn't have to be a winner to post it. Its also fun to make them of whatever quality.
