    Broken Crescent 3 HotSeat. Now Looking for Players

    [B]CURRENT PLAYERS INTERESTED : 16 possibly filled

    I just finished the Final Save, Every faction is very well developed. It only took me 26 hours of testing and redoing...... *Head bangs on wall*
    I am having my final save prelooked at by 3 different people to make sure that this is fair.
    The Game year is 1184.
    No Plauges are detected.
    Each faction as a strong point somewhere. Some how.
    Looking for Players now.
    48 Hour Normal Timelimit for players.
    I am looking for a full game. AI will ruin the game.

    I see more of people's friends, that's a good thing, but the other thing I don't want to see is any actions based in the game due to OOC between people. Remember. The Game is Diplomacy IC, not OOC. :O

    Well guys, I've been reading on the two Broken Crescent hotseat games, They are both very interesting, I had an idea though to make this game more... Player to player interactive? I have a possible game of 16 players, thing is though, No rebels, Each of the 16 nations will have 10-12 settlements. Each having ballanced of each. With that saying, Each nation will have ALOT of possible allies or enemies at there borders. Each nation has a Very developed Castle and a Very Developed City, and then there will be numerous of Large towns and Castles, and there will be a few odd ball wooden castles / small towns.
    Each of the nations will have full un fogged cover by Watch towers by borders and by very long roads. The 1st spy will be in an inner city, And your armies will be deployed around the borders. For this to to work ofcourse we may need a 3 turn truce, For diplomacy talks, such, No one has trade rights even! This map will be all about Alliences and such, Being that theres no rebels, Pretty much You, and 15 other people. :o

    Basic hotseat and this game's rules

    - I am the mod of this game. If you think any one is abusing any of the lower rules, or you will be absent, Please contact me. I will deal with it. Thanks.

    - No attacking on the 1st turn. Let every one get ready and all of that good stuffs.

    - All passwords should be reported to me in PM or privately. Incase if you are absent I will take your turn, how ever, If you have an Alliance with another person, and treat it as a serious alliance, then Your Alliance member should play the game for you instead of me. Please tell me if you do this, and also, Please tell every one in advance if you are going to go on a vacation or something. So we arn't waiting for 2 days going. "Where did Player XYZ go...?" Just it would be awesome ofcourse. ^^

    - If you miss your turn for three times, And not report before hand or during of how busy you are or something. I will hold a vote on a removal of you and another person may jump in for you. The game must keep on moving.

    - I noticed that some Imams will be able to call Jihads. I am sorry to say but I will be banning Imam Jihads. Just because it is unfair. Sorry.
    I will allow you to call a Jihad on the IC diplomacy thread, but just not in the game. :D

    - Also, new rule, You CAN NOT make small cities and under, or castles and under your capital, They have to be either Fortress or up, Or Large city or up. Thanks.

    - All battles, including those between player-controlled factions, may be fought by the attacking player (against the VH AI), or auto-resolved.

    - Please send a private message to the next player in line to alert them that it is their turn.

    - Players are requested to compete in good faith and with a sporting spirit at all times.

    - No exploits. The following exploits are banned. This list is not exhaustive, and in considering a course of action the player concerned should have regard for the rule regarding sportsmanlike conduct. If there is any doubt about exactly what actions these exploits involve, or whether a given action which is not specifically banned would constitute an exploit, please seek guidance from the GM or other players before completing the relevant turn.

    - Re-loading of save game to play the turn again in a different way, or to create a different outcome.
    - Merchant fort exploit. Note: If some one reports you of having a merchant fort, and It is confirmed, I will kill all of your merchants. or make them so bad, that there - 8 financial. Or worst, I'll just - double the income that they make, until you take them out. ^^
    - Surround and destroy exploit (relating to agents, also to armies or ships engaged in battle. An escape route of at least one tile must be left.)
    - Deliberately setting up tribute deals which will result in a faction going more than 20k in debt.
    - Deliberately exchanging territories for the sole purpose of gaining a free garrison.

    Ok. First of all, You will most likely be surrounded. So, what best way to make sure that all fronts won't attack you!?, Diplomacy! Yes, It's a magical deal where you talk to different Nations, and make Deals, Pacts, Treaties, Declare War, Declare Cease Fire, Declare Alliences, Money Aid, What ever you can think of, Making friends in this game is KEY to success. If not, People will not like you, and gang up against you. Almost 100% defeat. Here is just a few tips to help you in this game.

    - COUNTER SPIES - Yes, Counter Spies, What is Counter Spies basicly? I'll tell you, It is when you place a spy within your own city, castle, or fort, and leave them there. It lowers down other enemy spies chances by a VERY GREAT DEAL. Every faction could steam roll a faction in this if they do not have a counter spy. So... Wanna know how to take a settlement fast...? Well, it's.

    - MOBILE SIEGE WEAPONS - Yes, In this mod, I have given every one or most of every one the chance to build siege weapons, Which can bring down gates and walls, Very fast. Though, It is extremely slow. And if you don't protect it well, Your enemy will find it and kill it. So Protect them!, It's one of the most important units in your invasion armies!

    - TeamWork - Yes, Teamwork.Both of you are scared of a nation, or just wanting to defend eachother, or perhaps tag up and both beat the crap outa one nation? Well. Then you need alliances. These are very good things. As long as you can trust who ever is Allied with you... to not stab ou in the back when you do your half.

    - Keeping your Rep up! - Yes, This might be very important for you. If you go around raiding and sacking cities for no reason, a large gang may just come about and beat the living snot out of you, and your allies will sit there and won't do any thing. So please. If you are going to be a sneaky fox, Be sneaky about it. Or there will be a hundred hounds on you.

    - Keeping Track of the Game! - Ofcourse, This might be the single most important rule out of the most, If you want to play the game, Keep track with it! if not... Why you playing!?
