Orgah Battle Royale
Characters:
These are basically your character with defined archives created by you. The attributes are Strength, Speed, Endurance, Stealth and Luck. Allow me to define these uses of these traits.
Strength - Useful in combat. The higher the strength the stronger the attack and so on. Also if you find yourself in a situation where you are dangling off a ledge and are only holding on by one hand, a little strength could go a long way!
Speed - Useful in escaping. The higher your speed the faster you are in which you can either escape easily from a fight if you are caught off guard or you can easily run a fleeing opponent easily. Also in a case where both competitors see each other, the faster person can attack first. Speed is also important when running from wildlife!
Endurance - Useful in all situations. The higher your endurance the more hits you can take, the longer you can run, and the better you will do in a prolonged fight between two equals.
Stealth - Useful when you do not want to be detected. The higher your stealth the more successful you will be at hiding from an opponent or wildlife. Also stealth is needed for surprise attacks!
Luck - Useful in all situations. The higher your luck the better off you will be. Period!
Gameplay:
To win, you must kill everyone else. It's a simple objective but getting there takes time and technique. If you want to be the type to berserk, go on ahead. If you feel you should hang back and gather resources and weapons before you go on the offensive, that's your decision.
The game is split into two phases. Day and Night. Allow me to describe them.
Night Phase - Everyone knows you shouldn't travel during the day when people are trying to kill you. So, contrary to normal .Org games, all of the decision making is made by the players during the night phase. The game requires a few things during these reports.
1. A movement direction. Players must state whether they want to move North, South, East, or West or Stay where they are. From there the host can decise who meets who, who receives what items, and who ends up in great/terrible situations.
2. Reaction to fellow players. Players must state whether they want to Attack, Escape, Hide, or Talk to other competitors of the game if they were to both be in the same area. This helps the host decide how your warrior reacts during confrontations. If both players say attack, we have a fight to the end. If both say run or hide, no blood is spilled. And if both players say talk, they will live in harmony for that night and so may choose to keep it that way throughout the game until the end.
3. Other information given, such as "Look for extra weapons or food" will be taken into account and COULD increase your chances of actually finding something. The more creative you are, the better results you USUALLY will get. But not always.
Day Phase - This is the time when the host pieces all of the reports together and decides what happens to the competitors based on statistics and common sense. Random events WILL occur, so be ready. Also at the end of every report will be questions to answer, most of the time they will read something like this, "What do you do? Where do you go?" But special occasions require special questions.
As the game gets older less players will be alive, hopefully. During the 3rd Day Phase the first removal of coordinates will be announced and during the 4th Day Phase they will begin to explode. Anyone remaining in "unavailable" coordinates after they are warned will hence either explode with it or fall into oblivion. So be CAREFUL!
Rules and Regulations:
1. No leaving the Island. It will end with disaster.
2. Anything goes, within reason.
3. It is highly suggested and illegal (but can't be reinforced) to give up personal information having to do with the game to other players unless you are in the same coordinates.
4. Players can only move one coordinate at a time. No teleporting!
