I have stories in my mind, and most of them I wish to post, so please enjoy my stories. Monk, please move my battle of hastings story in here.
Anyway, a story I first thought up was this, A band at a concert. This was inspirated by U" at the the vertigo tour. Read on....
-----------------------------------------------------------
The band that played...
The band walked on. This band was U2's descendors. The band admired U2's work greatly, and thought they would sing those U2 songs, and make more songs in the style of U2. Because of this, they were HUGE, just like the originals. As well as loving U2, they had the same names, and acted just like the original U2. The band's name was "U3". They were the only rock bands in this age, the rest was dominated by rap, and pop and other drivel. All the equipment was ready, and the giant screen behind them was powered up. The stage was there.
As a addition, A ring was made for the stage, and the best seats were inside there, and they were right in front of the band.
Time to sing.
"May I thank everyone here for coming to our concert, the Verigo tour 2, and may we sing our first song, Vertigo!"
The screen burst open with power and showed the band's face. The guitar's sang their tune and the music was off! Bono, the lead singer, sang the words, in front of this immense crowd.
"Unos, dos, tres, catorce!" shouted Bono.
The crowd roared as they heard the words through their ears, taking photographs and cheering.
"Turn it up loud, captain," said Bono, who then swung around and walked over to The Edge.
They both shared a mike, while Bono leaned over to TE. The tune was a kind of loop for 10 seconds, then the words came out of Bono's mouth.
"Lights go down, It's dark, the jungle is your head , can't rule your heart, A feeling, so much stronger, Than a thought, Your eyes are wide, And though your soul, It can't be bought, Your mind can wander!" shouted Bono.
The audience roared with joy, they were all out of their seats, and sang along to the tune. Bono was blinded by the flashs on the cameras. Bono was smiling, now he knew that this night was gonna be brilliant.
The lyrics were by the proper U2 songs. This is a preview for the story that I will write. This is for U2 fans out there. I hope you like it.
