Here is a thread, for fellow Orghas to share their delicious recepies created on the hellfires of their kitchens.I would like to start with one of my favourites:
Kagemusha´s chili peppercorn pineapple beef sauce.
Ingredients:
400gr of beef
1 onion
2 chili peppers
1 red peppercorn
1 can of pineapple pieces
4dl of cooking cream
1dl of beefstock.
First chop the meat,onion,chili peppers and the peppercorn.
Then pour some olive oil on a heated large frying pan or a wok.
Pour the wegetables in the wok fry them a little bit and then ad some black pepper and salt.Next pour in the meat and fry them also and ad more pepper and salt.When the meat has a good colour throw in the pineapple chunks and stir it all a round.Next pour in the cream and stir.Cook for an 10 minutes on high heat.Then pour in the beefstock and let it cook for a twenty minutes and its done.Taste it and if needed ad little soy sauce.
I would recommend to cook some Basmati rice with it.Satisfaction guaranteed.![]()
