Default Dem Humies get Uzz, bozz

The Red Rooks were one of the thousand chapters in the Imperium. They were no better than the Blood Ravens, or Space Wolves. They were Space Marines, ready to die for their Emperor. Superhuman, they had been bred to be resilient, loyal, and brave. Armed with bolters and encased in thick armor, they fought for the Emperor.

The rolling hills covered the countryside, and trees cover the valleys. The 4th and 5th Company had the job of defending a mechanic garage nestled in the hills. A large complex, the complex had razorwire strewn around the perimeter, and a couple lines of trenches and bunkers inside the razorwire perimeter. The garage was a low concrete structure in the center of the perimeter, inside was the machinery of the Imperium. Below ground was a number of storage buildings were gear and wheels were stored.

Patrolling in a Landspeeder, the only one on base was two Space Marines, their armor blood red with a rook on their shoulder plate. Moving quickly, their circuit was almost finished, when a Wartrak rumbled out and opened fire. Located in frount, they swerved away, but the driver was killed, and the Landspeeder flipped and twirled, finally ramming into the ground and crashing. Following behind the Wartrak, three more and a Killer Kan. Moving in long lines were boyz, Burna Boyz, Slugga Boyz, the boyz. Coming from the north, they slowly made their way to the base. Marching behind was Warboss Krakkhedz.

"Brother, the Landspeeder is gone, vanished." The Marine looked passive, no doubt passive, and calm.
Captain Tycho looked out at the hills, trees, and saw nothing. but hills and trees. However, something seemed wrong, a disturbance. That Landspeeder was gone for some time.
"Wake the Whirlwinds, and ready the Dreadnoughts. I think we have some Orks!" Tycho opened the comm channels, and brought the base to alert. Moving out the Marines to positions in the trenches, Whirlwinds revving up, and beginning activation controls. Dreadnoughts awoke, the entombed Marines living a half life, a cyborg life.

Watching the woods from his trenches, Space Marine Lucius scanned the northern woods and hills. His bolter was up, the razorwire covering the first couple feet of land, Space Marines behind that. Watching the trees, they suddenly shattered, the trees ahead blew apart and a Killer Kan appeared. Opening up, the rattle of his bolter sounded with his brothers and they fired on it. A couple rockets let loose. However, the divine winds of the Whirlwind brought three rockets down on the Kan, the object blasting apart the other trees. Running out, Orks. A couple WarTraks moved forward. Firing in a line, his bolter contiuned to hammer away at the Orks. Heavy Bolters opened up, thundering away with the regular bolters. Firing back, the Wartraks lay down a thick fire. Sliding down, Lucius checked his ammo. Behind him, the perimeter was secure as Orks moved in. Standing on the concrete bunker was Captain Tycho. The ground was now a mire of dirt as the bullets chewed up the ground.
Suddenly, a rousing "For the Imperium" sounded along the line. Lucius could feel his pulse go higher, his breathing quicken at the cheer. Slowly moving forward was a Dreadnought.
Leaping up, his bolter let loosed, aiming for a Wartrak. Two rockets fired, one landing among the Ork hordes rushing the wire. The second, flew forward and struck a Wartrak. Rattleing away, the Dreadnoughts guns fired away, creating a line of fire. However, the Orks had brought up a Kannon, rustic with age. However, the report saw the projectile strike the Dreadnought. The Orks had reached the wire. The Dreadnought was down.

"Orks, move boyz, get them humies scum!" the Warboss shook his mechanized hand, moving with his small group of Orks. His last battalions had been thrown in on the northern assault, his Wartraks almost finished. He had brought three Kannons, one destroyed. The other two had been moved to a clear hill, and they had fired away. A Wartrukk was brought forward, loaded with Kommandos. He aimed to get it to that humies Whirlwind. That humies captain, Tycho was a stupid humie, still standing on the bunker with the goodz.

Tycho could see Orks, lots of them. He still had three Dreadnoughts in reserve. They were flammer and gun Dreadnoughts. Holy Fire. The Orks had almost breached the wire on the north and north east corner of the perimeter. The southern edges was only feeling a little pressure. However, he had called in all he could. Now, a column of 3rd Company Red Rooks was on their way. Razorbacks and three Predators. Couple Marine Squads.

Lucius watched as three large Orks barged ahead, their pistols firing away. Taking a bead, Lucius fired away, his gun sending bullets ripping through the Orks. Some Marines still cried "Long Live the Emperor!" but the rest still fought on. The Orks were close, and they were bloodthirsty.

Marcus was proud to be in the Assault Squad. Launching into the air from the trenches, he landed among the advancing Orks. Turning on his sword, the cutter was alive. Cutting away, blood splattered everywhere, his sword cutting to the bone. Bullets pinged off his armor, swords striking away. Turning on his thruster, he dropped a Meltabomb and flew away. A explosion caught the Orks.

Dirt flew across the trench, globs of blood included. A massive hole appeared in the Ork waves, and a Wartrukk appeared. Four rockets laced towards it.
"Frag Grenades, in three, two, one!" the lieutenant yelled. Pulling his out, Lucius tossed the grenade at the Wartrukk.
Bullets rippled across the battlefield, as Orks moved forward in a fresh wave, impaling themselves on the wire. Firing his bolter, the shots added to the maelstrom again.
"Fall back, fall back Marines!" the commander yelled, grappling with a Ork that had made it across. Firing his pistol, the Ork fell dead. Suddenly appearing, Assault Marines. Using their saw swords, they beat back the oncoming horde. Looking back as he ran to the second trench, the Assault Marines were slowly being decimated. Dropping into the trench, Lucius watched as the Orks filled in the first trench.

"Bozz, look, the Wartrukk is in the perimeter!" a Ork pointed, his pistol raised. "Waaaagh!" was a cry, as the last Assault Marine fell. Moving forward, the Orks attacked the second trench.

Tycho watched as the Orks were sucked into the single breach. The east and west were being drawn into the hole, only a couple feet wide. The south was untouched.
"Transfer 5th Company to the third trench, and send in two Dreadnoughts" Tycho spoke, pointing out to the north. Still standing on the bunker, three close calls occured. Two rockets came close, and a barrage of bullets from some Orks cost him a couple Space Marines.

    Re: Pursuit of happiness
    Have you just been dumped?

I ask because it's usually something like that which causes outbursts like this, needless to say I dissagree completely.
