I play Vanilla RTW, it is also been modded to play at 220 BC, here goes.
220 B.C,Capaus,Italy. Scippi Family.
A small unknown leader near Capaus, a giant city, he controls 3 units, Hastaiis,Velites. The Senate has odered them to take over the Greek colonies on Sicily,an easy task, but with obsatcles, ones like the massive Greek army standing in between the Romans and the cities.
Messina,220 B.C, Sicily,Scippi Territory
The Massive army standing there,what could you possibly do? You order your units back behind you, your army is just some Hastaii and 1 other unit of Equites. You are a heavy armoured Cavalry unit, you charge to in front of the Miltia Hoplites, they stand there,daring you to charge. You do something which suprises them, you charge behind them and attack there general, they slowly turn around but it is to late, the General is dead, they charge around at you, but your army is on the move and the Equites get there after some running. Victory is Romes!!
Sycruase,214 B.C,Sicily,Pre-Greek, Now Scippi
After that bitter fight you charged forward and sieged Sycruase for 6 days, during whcih nothing happened.The greeks surrendered without a fight,half of Sicily now yours, and a bit of money, the Senate sends you another message, attack Libyaeyum (Can not remember name)which is under Carthrage Control. The spare army has arived from Italy and you charge forward, over mountains and forests, along the Sicillian Coast. The city falls wothout a fight, you decide that you should put down all rebellions as expected, you enslave all and turn it into a Roman City.
The Senate highly pleased,you now have control of Sicily,but have created two dangerous enemies in the process. Highly pleased the senate sends another note, capture Corisca. This objective highly prized by the Julli Family, should the scippi do it. Plans are made to land on a beach and ships are sent. You load 2 units of Equites and an General. The Julli already there ready to siege the Carthraginian city, ignoring the Senates orders to let you take it. The siege at the same time an massive army from the City of Carthrage arrives, you land at an excellent beachhead, you race in land and help with the siege. The massive army attack you, but the Julli supply reinforcments. They have a lot of units, two armies, the Garrison and the Standing Army. The Garrison is made up of peasents, the Standing army, wich you face wti 128 soldiers, they have 456 soldiers. 3 slingers, 2 Iberian Infantry a General and ELEPHANTS! 12 of them. The battle starts and the Elephants head off for you friends army, you are stuck with the rest. The General charges forward leaving the rest behind, you feint and run off, and when a safe distance from the rest, you charge into him. He suffers a great blow and you kill his General, plus gain experince. The rest also charge in downhearted. You also lure them and kill alll. Your allies army finishes off the rest and the Battle is over.I will update it later.
