What happens to patch 1.2?

Sorry if it is already discussed, but could not find it on the 3 first pages.

I was frustated after patch 1.2 did not solve the major issues and leave MTW2. I was away for some time, but remember the patch 1.2 was scheduled to february, but could not find it. It was delayed? Where I could find it?

And it solve the problems?

Or there will be no patch 1.2?

AFAIK, the 1.2 patch is to be released on 23rd March. Quite a bit later than originally advertised, but I would rather have a fully working patch later than expected than one that still has bugs delivered on time,
