    Default Video Card problem

I have been experiencing a weird bug thing. When playing RTW (any mod, even vanilla) both the campaign map and the units on the battlefield are blurred. A couple of days ago, this went away. Everything was normal, and the game ran as well as normal, even though I had the graphics on the highest settings. It went away now, and I am back to blurry. I have tried everything I could think of to fix this, but I don't know how. Can anyone here help me? I have been told it is due to my video card, a "Radeon X300 SE 128MB hypermemory", requiring more memory than I have by a couple of people on the EB forum. I have 1 GB or RAM. If anyone can tell me how to raise the priority of my video card or somehow fix the problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hmmm.

I'm not sure about the ATI control panel, as I use a NVIDIA card, but somewhere in there there should be an option for performance/quality setttings - make sure that image quality is set to the highest possible.

You wouldn't happen to know how to get to the ATI control panel, would you?

Doesn't the X300 have the Catalyst Control Center? If so, there should be a start up option for it somewhere.
