Balaclava is out of the time period of this game. The Crimean War takes place in the 1850's, and I gather that this game will end in the 1820's. The technology is vastly different.
I'd like to see BORO-FREAKIN-DINO included. Napoleons Eastern campaign so often gets ignored by the history books, aside from a graph that shows how a bunch of people died during it.
Other than that, I'd like to see some of the battles between the British and Indian nations.

Tallyho lads, rape the houses and burn the women! Leave not a single potted plant alive! Full speed ahead and damn the cheesemongers!
@Sheogorath: You mean Borodino, I suppose?
Under construction...

There should be no discussion that Borodino should be put in. It was by far the largest battle in the Napoleonic wars. Other battles to be considered should be Austerlitz, Freidland, Jena, or Leipzig. I am sure Traflangar and Waterloo will be put in.
Really? This battle was very one-sided, the British attacked a heavily entrenched/barricaded/fortified position head on with enemy cannon on each of their flanks. No soldier, no matter how good, could have got to the American lines AND routed them. So as the Americans the only thing you would have to do is sit and watch. Now unless you want to be the British then you could take Pakenham's suicidal and naiive tactics out of the equation and use your vastly superior Highlanders to engage the Americans in open battle somewhere else along the lines. However, this defies the 'point' of New Orleans because Jackson knew his army stood no chance against the veteran British in this sort of stand up fight.Originally Posted by Mailman653
So frankly I can't see New Orleans working as a challenging or even entertaining battle.
Queenston Heights might be a better choice, because after all, this battle pretty much decided whether or not Canada (British North America) would be dissolved into the USA.
no disrespect to those who want historical battles or to e patriots who fought or their gr8 gr8 gr8 grand children who're in e forum, bt i Wud love to play as brits n keep ma possessions in e new world n create ma own HISTORICAL battles! ofcourse CA wil make it diff to any1to hold onto e new world by 1770 n further other than e AMERICANS! i Wud Lk to c Hw hard It'll be wit battles n logistic support to e dragoons n e redcoats in NORTH AMERICA!
FOR THE GLORY OF THE EMPIRE,

Translation:
Playing as the British and keeping the 13 Colonies would be cool, but CA will make it hard for anybody but the 13 Colonies to keep possession of that area.
And then theres something about logistics and dragoons and stuff.
