The Boat Builder is the first level shipyard building.  It allows the Celtic factions to build [[VI_Curragh|Curraghs]], the Anglo-Saxon factions to build [[VI_Boat|Boats]], and the Vikings to build [[VI_Snekkja|Snekkjas]].  For the non-Viking factions, this is the first step to protecting your coastal provinces from Viking raids.
