The Reliquary is a secondary religious building available to Catholic and Orthodox factions. For Catholic factions, the Reliquary gives the ability to recruit Grand Inquisitors.
Building a Reliquary in a province will increase the province's happiness level by 30%, and units recruited in the province are inspired and get a +2 morale bonus.
The Reliquary is the only structure in it's building line, so the provincial happiness bonus stacks with other religious structures. (Morale bonus does not stack, the UPGRADE_MORALE() raises to a ceiling, it's not really a plus, right?)
