    Default mount_effect

I'm rather intrigued by this attribute in export_descr_units.
I've been wanting to make certain units, such as billmen and voulgiers have bonus fighting cavalry without taking a drastic hit on combat effectiveness against infantry due to their already poor animations by using spear_bonus.

Did a quick search here and at twcenter and came up pretty much empty.

Does anyone have experience on how exactly mount_effect works?
What I know is that you can specify a mount against which this unit has "advantanges", but what do those entail?

    - Attack+?
    - Defence+? (If so, which of the three values or is is separate?)
    - Own Morale+?
    - Enemy Morale-?
    - Applies primary or secondary?
    - Modifier when being charged?
    - Other effects?

    Please contribute
