Please remedy this problem, I would like to play eb badly.

Looks like it didn't install properly as that appears to be a missing file. Try a reinstallation.

You can also check the integrity of your installation with the validation tool (sticky).

I re-installed 3 times but it still doesn't work, btw what is the validation tool?

Basically it checks if your installation is the same as that of a working version of EB.
