I thought it was fitting... But it should only concern the enemies of the Realm, no ?

Both the Lorraine and Champagne coat of arms look great, but to my eye they look a little busy together.

I'd prefer the Lorraine coat of arms alone, keep the coronet and have "Cruor Quod Ferrum" (Blood and Iron) as the motto if you can. I think my translation is correct, but I'd appreciate the opinion of any Latin scholars.

Thanks deguerra, the coat of arms are great for immersion and adding some character to the game.

Sorry guys, its late and I'm tired so I'll continue on the morrow.

OK, you're breaking my heart ;). The Arms of Champagne are so pretty. I just love that pattern. Oh well, I'll work them into someone elses. You'll get your boring Arms tomorrow

Hey Deg, it appears I was able to nab a avatar from the House of Rethel - however, I cannot for the life of me find their Coat of Arms, and I am not sure the House of Nevers one would fit.

Is that what you are looking for?

Thank you - Hmmm...the House of Nevers CoA is looking more attractive. If anyone has any suggestions for spicing up the House of Rethels Flag, that would be helpful - possibly incorporating some elements of the Lorraine and Champagne CoA's?

Now what on earth does "Registestensis" mean? Latin experts, .

For Eloi de Montferrat, I'll take a black lion on a white background.

I want it simple, though if you think it looks a bit naked then you might try to add three small crosses any which way you think is best.

And I'm really in no hurry. It's all fluff and I haven't even thought of a background story yet anyways.

    Thanks in advance!
