In reply to the issues I stated in the BG3 thread....I do not see Fragony's photo avatar this time around

I have several issues with my account, like not having advanced posting features, or being able to edit a previous post. If it would be easier to log into my account, you have my permission to do so. I keep no state secrets around here

I do not see any settings on your account that would have caused this. Can you try accessing the Org from a different browser to see if it behaves differently there? I'd prefer to reserve logging in as you as a last resort, as it requires changing passwords and such.

I have only one browser installed...Opera. I can install another, though I'd rather not. I have no problem with changing passwords or even sending my current one by PM.

One other detail to note...my post count no longer advances. The very first time I logged in after the forum-wide changes had been made, I had to log in as if I had no previous account, that is, I had to present my password and then confirm it. I hadn't really paid attention to my post count until I lost the ability to edit my posts. So having two consecutive posts brought that to my attention.

I just logged on to your account and was able to edit posts and view Fragony's avatar/profile pic without any problems. Proof:

I believe this is a browser issue, possibly related to javascript or AJAX. Try another browser, or try updating Opera and disabling any script-blocking programs that you might be running. Things like NoScript have been known to cause problems on various parts of the Org, as this site uses a lot of javascript.

Posts in the Watchtower do not advance your post count, I believe.
