Should Isaac the Merciless, Kaisar (Prince) of the Eastern Roman Empire, accept the Crown of the Western Roman Empire if it is offered to him by the Roman Senate?
Isaac is Kaisar, but he is reasonably sure that John wants his own son Georgios to be Basileus after his death.
The inspiration for this is the actual Byzantine General Belisarius, who was offered the Crown when he took Rome for the ERE Emperor Justinian. Belisarius refused, but what if he had become Emperor in the West?
