I hate reddit.

Why. I mean Reddit can seriously suck sometimes but if you stick to the non defaults and stay away from the drama things tend to be great there.

Yea that's true but one of the reasons I hate it is it's such a massive time sink. I mean to spend like 20 minutes on Reddit and all of a sudden my whole day is gone.

One bloke preparing the arm of a chick for a drug injection with a cotton pad, partially blocking the concrete steps I am walking down. Seconds later in the underpass, a somewhat dubious-looking dude apparently under the influence of something asks me something about cigarettes and really wants an answer. Great neighbourhood, dis.

Prior to this, my key chip stopped working, so now I have to rely on others to get in. Really hot weather today, as well. Great day in general.

Lord of the flies, c'est moi. Good tip from mate, just whack them out of the skie with a towel. Easy enough they are aimlessly hovering under my lamps. At night they are all gone, at day tbey are back. Much less of them though.

Started university again after being away from it for almost 2 years. I think I forgot how to write a good paper and its terrifying me.

I don't think I ever learned, nor do I think I can. What I've always done is to write a paper so hifalutin that the grader has no choice but to give me at least an A-.

Good job plants, can't recommend them enough. They must have eaten 40 flies by now, all happily being digested. Nature is so clever, beats all mathematics we can come up with. These plants were short on nutrition so they started developing into being carinivors. It's amazing.

Is good fortune something that should be sought and achieved or rather is is something that you wait for? Waiting is arduous and depressing but seeking it would seem a hopeless attempt. I realize that depends on what you are seeking, but the best things to seek would seem to me anyway, the most desirable. What a shame.

Watching Attenborough's documentary on the origin of flying when yet another crane fly flies into my face. Insects were covered in the previous and first episode, though.

At the risk of sounding old, Fark.com was great several years ago. Still funny now, but less so. It suffers a bit from repeat stuff.
