Look how it says an ancient face, I'd say that's most indicative of a wizard or a sorcerer. I'd say it's unlikely it's a warlock since it ended in the two characters being friends.

Valen Shadowbreath is a tiefling Weapon Master is first encountered in the rebel Drow encampment of Lith My'athar (Act two of Hordes of the Underdark).

Initially distrustful of the player, Valen nevertheless makes his services available, and is the romance option for female characters. Valen is a tremendously powerful warrior who makes a great tank for your small group. As a tiefling, or part-demon, he is constantly besieged by the violent nature of his infernal blood and his dark past. The player can choose to acquire Valen's true name near the end of the Hordes of the Underdark campaign. Before the final battle, the player then has a dialogue option to use Valen's true name to free him from his infernal taint, thus saving him from his own blood. If this is not done, Mephistopheles offers to do the same for Valen, and he will turn against the player unless a successful persuade check is made, he is compelled against his own will to fight with you (by use of his True Name), or a female player has built up a strong enough relationship with him.


I think we can discount that he is mafia I would say purly based on the character he is either a vig or a mafia. The only other option would be that he is a normal townie who can be turned good or evil comparing on who has his true name.

Well i think everyone has figured this out but... So far there has been 2 masons, 1 good(Either me or jolt) one evil, with one recruit each, the Good one potentialy having a vigilante/ex-psycopath and evil with what may be an investigator (spymaster), a player with enough power to scare off an assassin even injured so maybe an immune to night kills role?(again me or jolt... or maybe the good convert, was he injured in his attack on Taka?) a multi vote nullififer (probably the deceased Taka; throwing axes) and one mafia who was scared off(Beefy probably, allthough the clue seemed a bit obvious(I mean seriously ares? You Bolded it? I can't help but think that you are more devious than that.)).

Aries absolutely would not implicate any mafia in such a way, no host would, it simplies gives the game away. If we lynched every executioner and they were all mafia, its crazy. :dizzy2:

This makes blatant reference to Beefy, which is the reason why I distrust it so much. But could it be a clue that the in-game character has job as a butcher or maybe is the killer is gluttonous and likes food (hence the dropping of steak), anyone familiar with the game could tell me that?

The other thing that gets me is the fact that the above statement is bolded. It’s made to stand out, so it must have a meaning. I for one could be pretty upset if somebody :looking at Aries: did it on purpose to confuse the town.

The injury: An adventurer was lying asleep when a throwing axe passed their head, it didn’t succeed however, and simply embedded itself into the persons arm.
Just a few miles away, an hour later another was unfortunate enough to experience this, however the axe lodged in the leg on this attempt.

I don't know much, I've only played neverwinter nights 2 to a lengthy amount, I was going to make the characters nameless but giving them character names themes it better, don't kill me :laugh4:

My guess is that Ares meant the ancient race type characters or undead. So probably Morag (final boss of NWN OC) or maybe Halaster (Plot character in HotU), human but archmage and ancient.

Whilst there was no Neverwinter, no guards to bring adventurers to the dungeons, there were still traces of the joker's curse, it just so happened when walking through some sand covered terrain that the red mysterious cloud lowered. White Eyes :D appeared, teleported almost, Pevergreen instantly started laughing - Choking, but his death was much more comically gruesome than laughing. Pevergreen fell backwards on a rock like the sharp tip of an iceberg, his body was skewered on it, his energies left his body and the sand turned grey around him. White Eyes then simply stepped back into the lowered cloud like it was an escalator...... near by Shlin and Reenk stood watching, surprised but yet unconcerned at the unnatural spectacle they're witnessing.

I would sugest reading the descriptions on wiki and then comparing them to people's roleplaying and so determine their characters. If you use them in contrast of their actions you may be able to spot someone fake RP'ing.

A strange Cloud fell again the next day, 6 adventurers saw it at one point in the day, so would it be by coincidence that one in-particular suffered death from it? The red cloud delivered the Joker down as usual only, it seemed he did nothing. Reenk Roink had only looked up and stumbled on the rocky ridge she was conveniently standing on, consequently falling several feet. But up the adventurer got only to place her hand on the rock face beside her, the rock crumbled away and soon it buried the adventurer embedding itself into the skin and leaving a pool of blood behind, it had seemed for once that the Joker had done nothing, the diagnosis was practically suicide!

I publicly stated I knew who he was from the hints but couldn't reveal due to the rules, which triggered a cascade of attacks with people voting for my lynch for various wierd reasons (Of which, beefy's one was paramount). I'd also like to know the answer of 4, honestly.

Well I can vouch for FH. Jolt, not so much, but I think he's innocent. I cant help but think that warman is trying to get us to lynch FH or jolt, either which may threaten him. Maybe he was the one who tried to kil jolt and, now he knows he cant night kill him, he is trying to get us to do it for him. The only reason I can imagine for him not to vote now is that would be too obvious.
