-...you go to sleep and dream about finding Star Maps and fighting Darth Malak (KotOR)
-...you hear the word "cliff", and shiver, remembering horrible memories of the cliff racers (TES3: Morrowind)

You know your addicted to pc games when your at football practice and you say in the pre game pep talk, "let's beat the **** out of these fetchers!" And your dead serious.

Thanks to stuff like the DS and Wii, it's not so socially reprehensible for girls to pick up a controller anymore! I've been on that wagon since 1991, but it's good that the rest of sisterhood's caught on at last. xD

In response to the topic, I now know I actually enjoy playing PC games because I'm doing something that I've never done before; modding. It's only editing text files for EU3 to make my own nation, but it's something that I've never done before and I like the end product... can't get that sort of satisfaction from my 360. :3

You can just replace the decisions folder with a clean one, i've been tampering with mine as well, to suit the playstyles of my friends (halved infamy costs, 20 years for a core) We're not using the beta patches, and they non stop complain if its not on very easy with no inflation, so i've been playing plenty of that.

right now, before i get my full daedric, I'm using an Ebony Cuirass, an enchanted Daedric Tower shield with lots of fortify strength, more than enough to cover its weight, and assorted clothing amounting up to somewhere around 80 points of fortify strength, giving me over 900 carry weight. Daedric Claymore enchanted with absorb health on strike 17-19 points for 3 seconds, which basically means health is never a problem, Auriels Bow for cliff racers, bound a Daedric Longsword for minor enemies when i dont want to waste claymore enchantment, with acrobatics at 100, athletics not far behind, and fortify speed about 10 points, i also move very fast and jump far. when i get full daedric i can afford more enchantments to fortify strength and restore magic, which will make me unstoppable with my restore health 55 points spell.

There is a mod that adds a shop in the Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks, in Vivec. The proprietor is one, very cute elven lass by the name of Aradraen. She sells all kinds of area effect arrows and high-end bows including Daedric. She also has a spending limit of 7500, so it's a good place to do business.

Of course, area effect arrows are just a tad bit cheesy, but after you've played the game a bazillion times, it's fun to levitate to the top of a building in a town and blast the population into oblivion:laugh4: and they make toasting cliff racers so much easier.........

The Boots kick ass.

However, if you just want to maximize exploits, all you have to do is craft a 100% chameleon set of armor and clothing.

No, you can't. He has überluck (this is actually grammatically correct, since his luck is OVER the PC limit) and super fast regeneration. He'd heal twice the damage you do. And he'd probably catch you, because you can't levitate, and I doubt a level 1 character would have enough money to craft magicka resistance armor for the boots of awesomeness.

Centurion1
07-05-2010, 05:09

TBH, I think the only reason PS3 isn't insanely more popular than XB360 is because PS3 was reeeeealy expensive when it came out, mine was around 600 bucks. same memory on Xbox was like 300 bucks.
