Gave in to pressure extremely quickly...
wager 15: CDF
days over, but I finally have time to respond to this.
 I do that when I am really tired. Regardless, what was the difference between Civplayah and Pinman (at the time of my bet)? Either vote seemed fine to me, so I tried to tie it up for teh lolz. When I have time to actually read through the thread more closely I won't swap around so easily, but at this point I haven't had time to devote this game the effort its worth.

Yeah, I've been there too. Like right now.
Why not Arpeg and Split?
Arpeg is in the write-up...
Greyblades

8 names listed, Greyblades and Split missing. There are two mafia.
I was missing from the writeup because technically I bet after the deadline.

Arpeg is in the write-up...
So? Surely you don't think it's that easy? Besides, Pinman was in the last write up and you still voted for him. One coin might I add...again.

No hidden clues in the write ups this time,(like Pizza's usual) I already asked.
No, you are Beskar,(Michael) and are just trying to divert suspicion to greyblades. :wink3:
Yeah, what is with the 1 coin vote each day, saving them until you need to save yourself or your scum buddy?
Wager 5: Beskar
and you would be one that would kill Secura on the 1st night.

I apologise for double posting but I thought I might as well defend myself properly. Beskar you say I am michael because my name has not appeared in the same writeup as michael. This quote is from the first day's writeup:
Michael watched the betting with great interest. He didn't expect to see such heavy betting so early in the day. The sheer number of bet changes boggled the mind. But he kept careful track, and made corrections with his pencil. By the end of the day, it was time for betting to end. And then, everyone showed their cards. They started with the low bets first, to build the tension.
Michael: Beskar, what do you got?
Beskar: *sheepishly* I got nothing. My highest card is a 10. What a mess. Good thing I didn't bet much.
Greyblades: two, three, three, four, five. Is that a straight?
Michael: No, that's a pair of threes.
I think that is sufficient to prove I am not michael. I shouldnt have even had to point this out seeing as michael is most likely Pizza's executioner and not one of us.
The Basic Townie Role PM, that everyone received, clearly mentions who the three mafiosi are (Tony, Sal and Vinnie) so I doubt that Michael is in the game. Besides, I doubt very much it would be as simple as looking at who's talking with Michael in the writeups, ATPG would certainly not give easy clues like that.
Big FOS at Beskar for bringing this bad argument on the table. Either he's intentionally misleading, or he's not following this game much.
FOS at Sasaki for agreeing with Beskar that Greyblades would be a promising lynch because of Beskar's bad argument. You should be following this game, you have been. How can you agree so easily on this?

Papa Gino's pizzeria. August 5th, 1983.
Night Three
Sasaki Kojiro walked to his car. He was disappointed by the day's events... he had gotten so close to paying Michael off, but then he lost a lot of his chips. Still, he knew he would probably make up that money tomorro-
Sasaki abruptly dropped his case filled with cash, and reached inside his trenchcoat... gripping the handle of his Nodachi.
https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb225/askthepizzaguy/Yakuza-1.png
Sasaki Kojiro: You may step forward, Miyamoto. I have been waiting for you.
Another man in a trenchcoat and fedora, waiting in the shadows several feet behind Sasaki, stepped forward with some hesitation.
Sasaki Kojiro: I know why you are here. Let this be our final battle.
The stranger with a fedora walked calmly toward, wielding his uchigatana and his wakizashi. Sasaki Kojiro's trenchcoat slid off of his shoulders, and he turned to face his opponent. He drew the nodachi and raised it high above his head, and then charged his opponent. The man with two blades swiftly moved sideways, and deflected Sasaki's nodachi with his uchigatana.
https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb225/askthepizzaguy/Big%20New%20Yorker/Sasaki_kojiro_2.gif
Sasaki wielded his weapon with unparalleled mastery, and his opponent would not be able to defeat him at a distance due to the reach of his swing. However, the fedora wearing man might have an advantage in close quarters combat, where Sasaki's blade length was a liability, not an asset. Sasaki's opponent attempted to close the gap, while Sasaki began to step backwards, swinging the nodachi with deadly precision. His attacker looked like a man charging toward a wheat harvesting machine, moving ever closer to the deadly blade, pushing his opponent back. Sasaki's attacker struck with both blades over and over in rapid succession, forcing Sasaki to give ground, meet his opponent's blade with his own, or dodge. Sasaki handled all of this quite easily... when backed into a row of cars, Sasaki merely lifted his foot and stepped onto the hood, and walked all the way up onto the roof of the car, and stepped over onto the truck parked next to that, and then launched himself over to the top a nearby van. His opponent followed his moves until he saw what Sasaki was planning, and did not fall for the trap. Sasaki would easily be able to carve him to pieces if he attempted to jump over to the taller vehicle. Sasaki had the advantage of height and reach, as well as stable footing. His attacker hopped off of the back of the truck, and moved between Sasaki and his own vehicle on the far side of the parking lot, and closer to Sasaki's case filled with cash. Looking at Sasaki, and then the case, his attacker suddenly sprinted toward the money.
Sasaki realized that he could not maintain his stance on top of the van if he wished to deny his attacker his prize, so he leaped off of it and chased the man in the fedora across the parking lot.
The man in the fedora and trenchcoat stopped suddenly, and swung his uchigatana at Sasaki, releasing it into the air. The large spinning blade was easily deflected by Kojiro's nodachi as he continued to charge toward his opponent, who spun around and released his wakizashi into the air as well. Sasaki twisted his body around and sidestepped the blade, and continued advancing, until he was almost upon his opponent. Sasaki lifted his nodachi high above his head, preparing to finish his opponent with the Tsubame Gaeshi technique. The man in the fedora reached inside his trenchcoat and quickly drew a small, sawed-off shotgun, and fired.
https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb225/askthepizzaguy/Big%20New%20Yorker/Stevens311SawedOff-1.jpg
Sasaki was knocked off of his feet due to the blast, and fell to the pavement, still gripping his nodachi. He groaned and lifted himself off of the ground and charged toward his opponent again, who fired a second time, impacting Sasaki in the shoulder, arm, and face, stopping him in his tracks and knocking him to the ground. Sasaki braced himself with one hand, and landed on his knee. He stood once more, and tried one more time to bring down his opponent, but the gangster fired again, hitting Sasaki in the ribcage. He fell to the pavement and dropped his nodachi. The man in the fedora kicked the sword, and it clattered across the parking lot and slid under a nearby truck. Then he grabbed Sasaki's case and placed it on the trunk of his car, and began counting up the cash inside. Sasaki lay nearly motionless, and silently reached for his dagger....
Vincenzo: Another deadbeat. There's not nearly enough here to cover what you owe the boss. I guess I'll just have to take your car, too. And that nice samurai sword might be worth a few bills.
Sasaki's bloodied hand found the weapon, and gripped it tightly. He coughed loudly, and blood splattered across the pavement in front of his face. The noise caused Vincenzo to turn around.
Vincenzo: Still here, huh? You must be in a lot of pain. Allow me to put an end to your misery.
Vincenzo walked back over to Sasaki, and lifted his shotgun one more time. Sasaki listened to the footsteps approaching, and used his last ounce of strength to swing his body around and stab at Vinnie. The shotgun fired one more time, and Sasaki was dead before his face hit the pavement. Vinnie closed the case filled with cash. Thunder roared across the heavens.
Vincenzo: Domo arigato, mister Kojiro.
Vincenzo walked back to Papa Gino's pizzeria with the case in one hand, and the shotgun in the other. Sal and Vinnie would return later to remove the body. The rain began to fall, and wash away the blood of the fallen Kojiro. Who would be next?

Conundrum: Greyblades' defences are useless and flawed, yet Beskar's been throwing accusations and flimsy votes around since round one and hasn't spent more than one chip on a lynch. Guess I'll throw my two cents in on Beskie.
He's got 89 chips on him, but if he hasn't protected himself he should still have 97 chips. By that means, throwing 9 chips on him should prevent him from saving himself if he's scum.

Sorry, I had to go to my grandma's house right afterwards.

Anyway, I'm overloaded on games right now. I'm mostly focusing on Secura and Beskar's games. In this one... I haven't been paying a lot of attention, sorry. If you want my analysis, it isn't too good, but either Beskar or GB is scum.

By prodding and accusing at random until something slips, In my case when you started accusing me for no reason other than saving your own hide, civplayah helped you when you have practicaly incriminated yourself. Two of you making votes that are very unusual for a pro town and two mafia left.
Now then I think now is a good time to have a gamble. All in: Beskar.
If I am right and you are mafia then we know who to go after next and I'll have a cool 100+ credits to keep your friend from screwing everything up in night phase, if you are infact innocent I'll die, the town will not have to put up with me @$*& up royaly and they wont have to waste a turn lynching me. Either way win-win.

Wow, very tense deadline activity. I'm still trying to figure out who is ahead after so many votes and re-votes.
Are you claiming to have protected somebody during this game? You can't have protected yourself, otherwise you wouldn't have more than 60 chips left to wager.

Papa Gino's pizzeria. August 6th, 1983.
End of Day Four
Michael tossed his ante into the pile along with all the others. This time, he watched as the betting escalated out of control. Either he was going to become a very rich man today, or his sons would fail him again.
Michael: All right.... let's go around the table. What do you got?
civplayah: Pair of jacks.
Double A: Two aces, of course.
ArpeggiateTHIS: Oh yeah? How about THIS: two pair... queens and sevens.
Crazed Rabbit: Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be too late! All I have is the king and queen of hearts!
Cultured Drizzt Fan: Three sixes.
Diana Abnoba: Two pair, fours and deuces.
Beskar: It's time for the long pants. I'd wager that Greyblades isn't even a gambler, but someone who is working for Michael and rigging the game. I have a straight, but I'd bet anything that I'll get beaten this time, because he's probably got a flush or something. So let's see your cards, cheater boy.
Greyblades: It's not wise to accuse a man of cheating, Beskar. Things could get awfully violent, so take my advice: Sit down and shaddap.
Beskar: You don't frighten me, fool! I'm calling you out! Show the cards! If you've got a flush or better, then so help me, I will kill you. I know you do.
Greyblades: That does it. Prepare to die, Beskar.
Greyblades leaps over the table and tackles Beskar, and then punches him in the face. They tumble around on the floor and Beskar swings back, knocking him in the jaw and laying him out on the floor. He jumps on top and begins to strangle Greyblades, who reaches up and jabs a thumb in Beskar's eye. They continue to tussle while Michael checks Greyblades' cards.
Michael: Well, he's got a flush, for sure. Looks like you lose, Beskar.
Beskar: I KNEW IT!!! I KNEW IT!!! You're a God-danged CHEATER, you slimy little worm! I'll kill you! I'll kill you!!!
Michael: Actually, my friend, you just lost the money you were supposed to pay me today, so..... I'll kill you.
*Michael pointed the gun at Beskar, who tried to get out of the way, and opened fire, shooting him directly in the chest. The bullets impacted him all over his body, and he was pushed back against the wall. Michael laughed maniacally as he continued firing, until he was satisfied. Beskar fell to the floor with many dozens of bullet wounds, and died instantly.*
Greyblades: I did it! I can't believe I won.
Michael: Oh no.... I am afraid it is you who are mistaken, about a great many things. It was I who managed to fill another straight flush. I'm afraid that the chips you wagered will be lost. And since you bet everything you had, I'm afraid I'm going to have to collect some other way.
Greyblades: No! Wait! I can still pay.... do you accept personal checks?
*Michael pointed the gun at Greyblades, who tried to get out of the way, and opened fire, shooting him directly in the chest. The bullets impacted him all over his body, and he was pushed back against the wall. Michael laughed maniacally as he continued firing, until he was satisfied. Greyblades fell to the floor with many dozens of bullet wounds, and died instantly.*
https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb225/askthepizzaguy/Tommy_m1928.jpg
Michael: I'm afraid the answer is no.
*Michael addresses the other gamblers*
And I want to thank the rest of you gentlemen for a lovely evening, and all the money you've donated to Papa Gino's Save The Scumbags foundation. I promise that not one dime will go to waste. Now I'm going to give you to the count of three to get your ugly, yellow, no-good keisters off of my property, before I pump your guts full of lead. And if you don't have my money soon, you're going to end up just like Whiskers and Switchblade over here.

Because a bunch of people suicide and don't know how to place bets.

That's amusing, since I voted for him (and pointed this out) twice after you fos'd him in the first round and nobody took notice. If you're right, it means you'd have singled out two scummy characters on the first day and would be eligible for much kudos.
I'd be more interested in going after Double A though, especially given that pathetic RL excuse last round.

This post is so scummy that my scum radar exploded when I read it. What message are you trying to convey Arpeg?
1- You jumped on the opportunity to point out that you voted twice for Split. That behavior alone is scummy. A townie is not as much interested as a mafia to point out how townie they look. In this case, Sasaki did not even say he thought Split was mafia, he said: "splits lurking is kind of nasty", but yet you still point it out like it means something that you voted for Split twice.
2- You congratulated Sasaki on a job well done. Another scummy behavior! Mafia likes to do this because it sends a hidden message: Good job man! (I'm on your team!). And we're not even sure Sasaski deserves it yet. You know that, you said "If..." but yet you praise Sasaki.
3- Then you say that you would rather go after Double A??? :stars: Hey! You pointed out that you voted twice for Split and applaud Sasaki for possibly naming 2 mafia on Day 1. How can you not be voting for Split?
I think we left you off the hook too quickly. :embarassed:

I was thinking that his attack on me was too tactically poor for mafia, but maybe he just had his back in the corner and was a bit desperate. I say we lynch him tomorrow.

I'm trying to convey the message that I think Split and AA are scumbags.
1. I'll admit that I was pleased that somebody finally saw in Split what I've seen for two rounds.
2. What use is being on Sasaki's team. If I recall, Sasaki has no chips and is dead.
3. Finished typing out one part of a post and remembered another thing I was meant to say.
I was just trying to put forward my views on what should happen the next round.
1. I'll admit that I was pleased that somebody finally saw in Split what I've seen for two rounds.

What YOU have seen for 2 rounds? Excuse me but didn't you previously say that you were following Sasaki on this matter?
Your post #138:
I guess I should defer to Sasaki's scumdar in future. Didn't he say that Split was scummy?
Wager 5: Splitpersonality.
Could you elaborate, Sasaki?
And now you reversing the situation, you thought about it first?

Splits been acting scummy this whole game. However, Double A has been rather inactive in other games as well so I'm not sure if his inactivity is a clear indicator of guilt or not in this case.

Papa Gino's pizzeria. August 6th, 1983.
Night Four
Crazed Rabbit was disturbed by the recent events down at Papa Gino's. He tried to calm his nerves by smoking a strange cigarette, as he walked along the train tracks leading back to his apartment on the south side. This wasn't the first of such strange cigarettes that he had been smoking.... his nerves were really, really fried. Consequently, the walk home seemed more.... colorful than usual. He started seeing odd things.... like an animated white rabbit running by in clothes. He had the sensation that he was falling, and could see a door up ahead that he just couldn't get through. He reached in his pocket and found little heart-shaped candies that said "eat me". And in his other pocket was a bottle of Jack Daniel's, that said "drink me". Given how absolutely nasty and chalky those stupid candies tasted, and how desperately he needed a drink, he grabbed the bottle of Jack and downed it pretty quickly, and then stumbled through the door. It began to rain, and suddenly Crazed Rabbit had the feeling of being followed.
Crazed Rabbit: "Who's there? Is that you, dormouse?"
The figure behind him was wearing a large brown and red hunter's hat, and brown camouflage, and wielding a big shotgun.
Unknown: "No, it's not the dormouse I'm afwaid. But soon you'll be dead as a door nail...."
Crazed Rabbit turned to run, but he noticed that his feet were much larger than usual. He couldn't run like he used to, so instead he began to hop as fast as he could, down the tracks and into an abandoned freight yard. He heard the sound of a shotgun being fired, and scurried behind a large freight container. That's when he met a giant hookah-smoking caterpillar, who was wearing three different coats and was pushing a shopping cart filled with cans and newspapers and rotting food. The friendly caterpillar offered Crazed Rabbit some of his hookah, and Crazed Rabbit obliged. He began to cough, and then asked the hobo caterpillar...
Crazed Rabbit: "Who.... ARE.... you???"
But instead of talking normally, the smoke escaped from his mouth and formed big colorful letters, spelling out exactly what he just said. To which the caterpillar responded:
Hookah-smoking caterpillar: "My name is Frank. Hey mister, got any spare change?"
The sound of the shotgun alerted Crazed Rabbit that it was time to keep moving. He exited the freight yard and hopped across a busy street to get to what appeared to be a convenience store. It was there that he saw a gigantic cat behind the counter with a big grin on his face.
Crazed Rabbit: "Mister, mister, I'm lost and I need help!"
It was at this point that the Cheshire Cat grinned even wider and said:
Cheshire Cat: "I have maps only $12.95 apiece also there's jerky on sale 5 bags for only 40 dollars I accept all major credit cards except Discover would you like paper or plastic sir I am afraid your card has been declined do you have any cash well it looks like you're quite a few dollars short if you want you can pay for the map and come back later for the jerky no sir I cannot break a fifty that is far too much money but if you wish you can buy just the jerky and come back for the map here you go please watch your step on the way out and thank you very much sir here is your receipt and your merchandise thank you come again!"
So Crazed Rabbit stumbled out of the 7-Eleven with an arm full of jerky. Then he realized that he didn't even like jerky, he'd much rather have a head of lettuce to munch on. He saw the man with the shotgun crossing the street, so he dumped the jerky on the ground and hopped off in a panic. At this point, the entire city looked very.... colorful.... and magical. He turned the corner and hopped down the street, nearly getting hit by a car, and found himself in the middle of the road. For some reason, there was a table in the middle of this busy avenue, and sitting at the table was the March Hare and the sleeping dormouse. There was a short man wearing a very tall hat with the number 10/6 on the side of it.
Mad Hatter: Come, you must have a spot of tea, perhaps half a cup, and come celebrate my UN-birthday! SWITCH PLACES!!!
Crazed Rabbit didn't bother with these weirdos and hopped even further down the street to the Dairy Queen, where he ordered a large vanilla cone with lots of sprinkles.
Crazed Rabbit: Oh, if it's not too much trouble, could I have more sprinkles than that on my ice cream?
Hearing this, the manager of the Dairy Queen turned around, her face flush and red, and bellowed at the top of her lungs-
Dairy Queen: YOUR ice cream? No, it's MY ice cream! OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!!
The Dairy Queen lifted a gigantic axe and hopped over the counter and began chasing Crazed Rabbit down the street. Crazed Rabbit hopped furiously, hoping to get away. He turned the corner and saw the Hunter approaching, shotgun raised. Crazed Rabbit ducked just in time. The Dairy Queen turned the corner and was about to decapitate Rabbit, but she was shot dead by the hunter and began to bleed playing cards. Then the Hunter pointed the shotgun directly at Crazed Rabbit.
https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb225/askthepizzaguy/Big%20New%20Yorker/Stevens311SawedOff-1.jpg
Crazed Rabbit: Okay, I'm officially freaked out now.
Unknown: SHHHHH..... be vewwy vewwy quiet. I'm hunting wabbits.
Crazed Rabbit: I think I saw a rabbit.... or a hare... or something, having a half a cup of tea on 33rd street, with a dude in a hat.
Unknown: Well hold on just a second. I'm not looking for a hare, I'm looking for a wabbit. A deadbeat wabbit who owes the boss a lot of money. As a matter of fact, YOU look just like the wabbit I'm looking for.
Crazed Rabbit: *sheepishly* Yeah..... what's up doc?
Unknown: You wascally wabbit! You tried to twick me. Well it's time to make some wabbit stew. Huh-huh-huh-huh.....
Crazed Rabbit: Hold on just a second.... if I could make one last request?
Unknown: You've got ten seconds, wabbit.
Crazed Rabbit: I might as well try these heart-shaped candies.... they've been in my pocket this whole time. Consider it my last meal.
Unknown: Make it snappy.
Crazed Rabbit grabbed the pastel-colored Valentine's Day candies that had been in his pocket for 6 months, the ones that said "eat me", and shoved them all in his mouth at once. Maybe they wouldn't be so bad.
Crazed Rabbit: Oh my god, these candies are SO AWFUL!!! They are the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted! They taste like chalkboard erasers mixed with shoe rubber! WHO WOULD EAT THESE THINGS???? WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY GOOD MONEY FOR THESE CANDIES??? I'd rather chew up some razorblades and then gargle battery acid! They just made me throw up a little bit in my mouth.... I.... urk! MMMPPPHHH *gurgle* *cough* *cough*
Crazed Rabbit fell to the pavement, having choked to death on the chalk-flavored candies.

This is lynch or lose. hmm, I don't know if having just one lynch works in our favor here. If we lynch two and get 1 maf, 1 town, then the mafia kill a town, and we have a 3 player endgame with one mafia.
We should get a tally of how many chips everyone has left.
In this situation the mafia can screw us over pretty bad with a late switch. But if we bet heavy, and they have a bunch of chips left for the 3 player phase, they still win. So we have to make sure that everyone bets pretty heavy, and that at least one suspect suicide lynches.
I suppose we could do away with diana and arpeg today? Diana is very scummy. I don't know about civ and cdf though.

Arpeg and Split are the remaining mafia; these are their votes:
arpeg- Sasaki; Split; Split; Beskar
split- Split; Arpeg; no vote; no vote
Arpeg votes for known town 1st round, and split votes for himself (?); then 2nd round they quietly vote for each other (only 5 on each other) in the middle of large wagers; then no real action from either of them, Split doesn't vote again until this round against me to save his mafia buddy, and Arpeg votes Split again (with no danger) and runs with the banwagon on beskar. Now Both are voting for me this round because I started in on Arpeg with the 1st vote this phase. SCUM SCUM SCUM

Papa Gino's pizzeria. August 7th, 1983.
End of Day Five
Michael went off to grab a large pepperoni pizza and another beer. This time, ArpeggiateTHIS dealt the cards.
ArpeggiateTHIS: All right.... Five card stud, jokers wild, the sky is the limit. Ante up.
After several rounds of betting and raising, the hand was almost over.
Diana Abnoba: I think I finally have a good hand. I have a straight. What do you have, boys?
ArpeggiateTHIS: I'm calling your bluff. You don't have squat. I am going all-in on you.
Cultured Drizzt Fan: Too rich for my blood. I'm out of here.
Double A: Yeah, I'm also going to fold.
civplayah: I also have a straight. How very interesting.
Splitpersonality: *wakes up from his nap* I think Diana is guilty.
Diana Abnoba: Split, for the last time, this is a game of POKER, not mafia.
Splitpersonality: What? Really?
Diana Abnoba: That's right.
Splitpersonality: Then why is there a pile of dead bodies in the corner?
ArpeggiateTHIS: Those are paperweights. Now will you please just fold and go back to sleep, you schmuck?
Splitpersonality: Schmuck? SCHMUCK??? NOBODY CALLS ME A SCHMUCK!!! What's a schmuck?
ArpeggiateTHIS: It means an obnoxious, contemptible person; one who is stupid, foolish, or detestable.
Splitpersonality: Oh I don't think so 'Peggy. This time, the schmuck is on YOU. I bet 88,000 dollars, and I too have a straight. Now let's see who's bluffing now, buddy boy!
ArpeggiateTHIS: Fine! Fine! Throw your chips away. When the boss gets in here, you're dead anyway. I bet.... ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS!!!
Everyone just kind of sat there in shock. Even Crazed Rabbit lifted his head and went "huh?". Then he went back to being dead.
Double A: Uhh.... Arpeg? You kind of... don't have one hundred million dollars.
ArpeggiateTHIS: Quiet fool! It doesn't matter, you idiots bet it all, and I have the cards... LOOK! FIVE ACES!
Diana Abnoba: Five aces? This is a standard card deck. And I know you don't have the jokers because I needed both of them to fill my straight. What the hell are you smoking?
Crazed Rabbit lifted his head and said-
Crazed Rabbit: Whatever you do, DON'T get anything from that guy down by the freight yard. I was tripping my balls off, man.
ArpeggiateTHIS: Oh shut up! You're supposed to be dead!
ArpeggiateTHIS pulled out a shotgun and blew Crazed Rabbit's head off.
Crazed Rabbit: Ow. That stings.
Diana Abnoba: Show me your "five aces", Mister THIS.
Splitpersonality: Yeah, and put down that shotgun before you kill yourself.
ArpeggiateTHIS: Not if I kill you first! Here, look at my cards, FIVE ACES. You're totally going to lose, and when you do, you're going to get shot to death by the boss!
civplayah: "The boss?"
Diana Abnoba: Oh look, you've got two aces of spades. You're a big fat cheater.
ArpeggiateTHIS: So what? I cheated fair and square. What do you think this is, a game you can win? You're a fool if you think that. You will die, just like all the others.
At this point, Michael entered the room carrying a box of pizza and a beer, accompanied by the cashier girl, who was clinging to his arm.
They made a lovely couple. He was wondering what all the ruckus was. Then he saw Mister THIS holding a shotgun and threatening all his patrons.
Michael: Vinny, may I ask what you're doing? Did you collect the monies I requested you collect?
ArpeggiateTHIS: Yeah, it's all right there on the table, boss. I won it fair and square.
Michael: Did you now?
Diana Abnoba: Hey, Michael, he's been cheating. He's got five aces. I have a straight.
Splitpersonality: Yeah, but I also have a straight.
civplayah: But my straight is the best. See, lucky 7 high
Splitpersonality: I have 7, 6, 5, 4, and 3.
Diana Abnoba: You're kidding. That's what I have.
Michael: Vinny you dumb-dumb. You're supposed to stack the deck in favor of your OWN cards, not everybody's.
ArpeggiateTHIS: It was all part of the plan....
Everyone flipped over their cards, and sure enough, almost everyone had filled a straight, except for the people who folded early.
Cultured Drizzt Fan: You've gotta be kidding me.
Double A: How could this have happened?
ArpeggiateTHIS: I'll tell you how. Five of a kind beats a straight, right? Well I made sure everyone else had a straight, so they wouldn't also get five of a kind. It was pure genius.
civplayah: Why didn't you deal yourself the jokers, then?
ArpeggiateTHIS: ...........
civplayah: :inquisitive:
ArpeggiateTHIS: Ohhhhh yeahhhh...... that could have worked too. I guess. If you want to get technical. But the fact is, I won. Five aces beats a straight.
Michael: Vinnie, my boy, you've done great work for me in the past, but you're getting sloppy. You're not supposed to show the patrons that the game was rigged. And you're not supposed to shoot them in front of everybody else. I'm afraid I'm going to have to let you go....
ArpeggiateTHIS: Oh I don't think so, "pops". I'm the one with the shotgun, remember?
Michael: These words you are speaking in my direction, are true. You do have a shotgun. Alls I have is this beer, and this pizza, and this lovely lady what works the front counter for me. Ain't she a cutie? Well, she's also got a little surprise for you.
The cashier girl pulled the tommy gun from behind Michael Valerio's back.
Michael: Drop the gun, Vinnie, and I'll let you walk out of here alive. Here, have a slice of pizza. I'll even give you the employee discount. With tax, only one dollar. This is the best pizza in the city, come.... have a slice.
ArpeggiateTHIS: Fine. I do love this pizza. Put down your gun and I'll put down mine.
Michael: You first, son.
ArpeggiateTHIS: Okay, okay. I put it down. Here's a dollar for the pizza.
Michael: Enjoy. See, I also put my weapon down. We're family, we shouldn't resort to violence against one another.
ArpeggiateTHIS: I totally agree, pops.
ArpeggiateTHIS grabbed his shotgun and walked to the back door, released from his obligations to his father Michael, and his employment at Papa Gino's pizza.
Michael: Hey, Vinnie, hold on just a second.
ArpeggiateTHIS: Yeah, pops?
Michael: ...One dollar?
ArpeggiateTHIS: Yeah, one dollar. Isn't that what you said it cost?
Michael: I deliver you a pizza, and you're paying me exact change?
ArpeggiateTHIS: Yeah, why, what's wrong?
*Michael picked up the Tommy gun and pointed it at ArpeggiateTHIS, who was standing there dumbfounded, and opened fire, shooting him directly in the chest.... then the stomach.... then the face.... he continued firing his weapon for a full minute and a half, emptying his Tommy Gun into the body of Vincenzo "Vinnie" Valerio, his eldest son. When he was done, he sat on Vinnie's bloodied chest and began bashing him in the face with it.*

Michael: YOU MISERABLE, UNGRATEFUL, SPOILED LITTLE BRAT!!! I RAISED YOU BETTER THAN THAT!!! YOU FORGOT TO TIP THE PIZZA GUY!!! YOU'RE NOT MY SON!
Arrivederci, Vinnie... may you burn in the fiery oven until your edges are too crisp.
*Michael addresses the other gamblers*
Michael: Thank you all for placing such generous wagers. With these winnings, you've nearly paid off your debt. But you're not done yet. You have one more chance to bring me back my money.... all of it.... or you will be a deadbeat, just like this guy lying on the ground what with the bruises on his face and the bullet holes all over his body. I can't stand deadbeats. Never forget that.

Night Five
Cultured Drizzt Fan was at a fancy soiree after winning all those chips. It was at a billionaire's penthouse suite at the top of the skyline of the city. How rich was this rich guy? Well, he had an Olympic-sized swimming pool on the roof of the building... and it was filled with sharks with fricking lasers attached to their fricking heads.
Cultured Drizzt Fan: "Cool fish tank, bro. I mean, uh, err...... what a rather charming display of opulence, I daresay."
The figure behind him turned around in his chair, revealing a bald man in a gray suit, stroking a hairless cat.
Unknown: "Yes. Gentlemen, welcome to my mid-town decadent penthouse suite lair. It cost over 100 million dollars."
https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb225/askthepizzaguy/Big%20New%20Yorker/45b103ebf9b888fc.jpg
Cultured Drizzt Fan: "So, like, what kind of sharks are those?"
Unknown: "Megalodon."
Cultured Drizzt Fan: "Megalo-what?"
Unknown: "Me-ga-lo-don."
Cultured Drizzt Fan: "Never heard of that kind of shark before..."
Unknown: "That's because they've been extinct for one and a half MILLION years."
Cultured Drizzt Fan: "So, why are there two of them in your swimming pool?"
Unknown: "When I became rather wealthy I hired a medical doctor by the name of Michael Crichton. He told me about an idea he had for a novel which would serve as a cautionary tale on unconsidered biological tinkering in the same spirit as Mary Shelley's Frankenstein; it uses the mathematical concept of chaos theory and its philosophical implications to explain the collapse of an amusement park showcasing genetically recreated extinct species. When I heard this idea I knew I could achieve what he had only begun to dream of. You see, I had already thought of this idea and had begun doing research into the genetics of long-extinct species. Within precisely 4 years 12 days 16 hours 5 minutes and eleven seconds, my highly-paid team of genetically modified trained monkeys had finally unlocked the secret of the long-extinct terrible lizard or "dino-saur". The term is derived from the Greek words deinos meaning "terrible" and sauros meaning "lizard". With the advent of the Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation device or "L.A.S.E.R" I was finally able to achieve my life-long dream of having fricking sharks with fricking laser beams attached to their heads. Although I must admit I should have gotten a larger pool to put them in."
Cultured Drizzt Fan: "Yes, they seem rather wedged in there."
Unknown: "Yes unfortunately a slight miscalculation. There's not enough room for the water, so we have to spray them down with a hose every 5 minutes or so. They also require a lot of shade, as this wonderful penthouse lair and its rooftop swimming pool is in direct sunlight during the entire day. I have to pay a team of Belgian prostitutes to hold umbrellas and make sure the animals do not shrivel up like prunes."
Cultured Drizzt Fan: "I don't think they can even turn their heads to fire the laser at anyone."
Unknown: "That doesn't really matter, because they look really cool. You're just jealous that you do not have Megalodons with lasers attached to their heads in your penthouse suite. You don't think very highly of my laser dinosaur sharks, do you?"
Cultured Drizzt Fan: "No, I'm actually quite the cultured dino-laser fan."
Unknown: "I don't believe you. Vinnie, Tony, FIRE LASERS!!!"
The sharks do nothing but lie half-dead in the waterless pool, with their fins hanging over the side of the building.
Unknown: "Didn't anyone train the megalodons to fire the lasers on command? Who was in charge of this? What do you mean I never told you to train them? YOU IDIOTS!!! When an evil genius creates prehistoric monsters from fossilized DNA, and attaches lasers to their heads, it's IMPLIED that you have to train the monsters to fire the lasers! HELLO??? GOOD JOB, b-holes! Why do I have to do everything myself. Mini-me, attack the intruder!"
Mini-me: .......
Unknown: Mini-me, attack! Sic him, boy! Get him! Kill it, and I'll give you a piece of fish.
Mini-me: ......meow.
Unknown: Can't anyone do anything right? I'm the boss. I need to be able to kill things on command, otherwise what kind of an evil genius am I, really? Throw me a frickin' bone here.
Cultured Drizzt Fan: So, can I leave now?
Unknown: No. You'll never leave this place alive. I've prepared for this eventuality with several plans I made in advance, code named A through H. Preparations A through G were complete failures but now I am ready to unveil my final and most awesome plan, PREPARATION H.
Cultured Drizzt Fan: :laugh4: You do realize you're a total rip-off of Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers movies, right?
Unknown: Austin what? It's the year 1983. The Austin Powers movies.... haven't been made yet. *raises pinky and places against side of mouth*
Cultured Drizzt Fan: The fourth wall has been utterly desecrated today.
Unknown: Fine, grow a sense of humor! It's time for you to die. Belgian prostitutes with machine guns located strategically on their chest, escort mister Fan to his death, or what I would say is his "FINAL DESTINATION 2."
Cultured Drizzt Fan: You steal people's ideas and then put quotation marks around them like you thought of it first!
Unknown: And you owe the Boss a lot of money you haven't paid him.... a total of ONE HUNDRED BILLION.... KAJILLION.... FUFILLION.... SHABBA-DABBA-DOO SHABBA DEE-ILLION.... yen.
Cultured Drizzt Fan: How much is that in US dollars?
Unknown: Twenty five cents. Now throw him in!
*The Belgian prostitutes with machine guns located strategically on their chest grabbed mister Fan and threw him in the Olympic pool filled with two megalodon sharks with laser beams attached to their heads. One of the sharks opened it's mouth and chomped down on mister Fan. And then he was no more!*
Unknown: Okay, here's the plan. We'll show up tomorrow and stack the deck in our favor. And then we will be able to collect..... one million dollars! (http://www.matthewbarr.co.uk/sounds/1million.wav)

Split is very likely innocent because of vote #10 on day 5 (see my previous post). If he was mafia, bussing his partner was totally unnecessary after a winning tally on vote #9 (Diana 141, Arpeg 80).
Diana appears innocent to me because of the wager battle she entered with Arpeg on Day 5. Going all out early against each other does not strike me as mafia behavior. I think they would have waited to see what's happening before doing such a move.
civplayah's vote #4 on Day 5 put Arpeg ahead of the tally, and although this isn't a standard mafia game, putting your partner ahead is a tough thing to do. At this point the tally was very unclear (Diana 10, Arpeg 5 after only 3 votes).
That leaves Double A: So far I'd bet on him to be the remaining mafia.

That's amusing, since I voted for him (and pointed this out) twice after you fos'd him in the first round and nobody took notice. If you're right, it means you'd have singled out two scummy characters on the first day and would be eligible for much kudos.

I could quote the whole interaction but they are just way too confidant that the other is scum. So it is a planned bus.
When he wasn't under fire, arpeg was naming split and double A--scum are unlikely to name their partners near the end like this for no reason, because then they have to explain why they aren't lynching them.
Arpeg came under major suspicion from me and romanic though. So a bus is a good strategy.
If you guys do that we will loose, didn't last phase teach you guys anything, I pushed for a lynch on Arpeg and HE was mafia, I am not. :wall:

Also, I said day 2:
hmm. I'm somewhat tempted to lynch arpegg, feeling a bit like an arpegg-diana scumteam.
Based on this post:
Wager 3 credits: Seon I don't see the scum all over Arpeg either. I do see it with Seon's vote though.
Which didn't seem genuine. I think it's worthwhile giving weight to early gut feelings that have gotten covered up with time.
Other notes:
Conserving credits seems to be a win/win strategy for this game.
Arpeg on top of the "conserve credits" strategy for mafia, doesn't fit with double A's play.
Yeah, I agree that Arpeg fingering Double A in that post is odd. I don't think he would name his partner like this.

What Arpeg said and what he believed is not necessarily the same. His wagers were:
Arpeg - Sasaki 20, Split 5, Split 5, Beskar 22, Diana 48
He wasted 52 credits in the first four rounds, so he wasn't exactly playing to conserve his credits.
Anyway, his strategy may have been different than his partner, so following, or not following, the same strategy than Arpeg is not an argument we can use to find the remaining mafia.

That's exactly the reason they went all out against each other - so the surviving mafia would get a round of relief. And going at each other from the beginning was necessary. Pulling that stunt any later makes it much more revealing.
I know this move, I've seen it in half of the mafia games I've hosted.
Look at how she accused split and Arpeg together last round. This round, however, she doesn't push anymore against split and jumps on double A the minute you provide her an excuse to. Note that she didn't vote for anyone until you provided the excuse.
She's the last mafia.

Wager 75: Double A
This is NOT a "Lynch or Lose" situation Diana. Everyone can afford to protect themselves at night (for 30 credits) so townies should be betting the minimum amount to lynch our target.
If we do this correctly, we still have 2 shots at winning.
I strongly suggest that you lower your bets to keep enough for night protection. Lynching Double A should cost no more than 41 credits.
Diana is obviously mafia scum.

This is not a typical mafia game. Giving some thought about the game is enough to realize that bussing your partner is not an automatic win. We might still have 2 lynches after a successful protection. The mafia should have made the same conclusion and waited to see how the votes were going before voting for each other.
And after what happened yesterday, it's not strange at all that Diana is not pushing for Split. He's pretty much a confirmed townie now.

The timing is interesting! It's been more than 18 hours since Beskar voted for civplayah first and a bandwagon developed, but he was never ahead of the tally.Civplayah did not make any post in these 18 hours, however he posted 11 minutes after Sasaki put him in the lead, and it's not even obvious that he's ahead because Sasaki fold his bet on Seon and voted 1 on civplayah. To know the score within 10 minutes, someone would need to be following the game.
However civplayah says he's "playing this game quite cluelessly", meaning he's not actually following it. Clueless enough to make a vote on Crazed Rabbit who helped lynch a known mafia (Jolt) but showing up to defend himself within 15 minutes after he's put in the lead, when it's not even obvious that he's in the lead.
I think we need to lynch civplayah.
***
Since Diana and civplayah are our 2 best suspects, Diana should suicide lynch civplayah.
If Split can be around at the deadline, he should be able to prevent Diana from saving herself, and if it happens, he can lynch her with his chip power alone.

By 'playing this game quite cluelessly', I meant that it was a new form of gameplay and I was unaware of the fact that I was acting scummy. Honestly, I never knew I was ahead- I just knew there was a bandwagon on me and I didn't need to be lynched. And I still don't, because that would mean a loss for the town. And I really wanna win this.
While you do make a good point, the timing is pure coincidence.

The proof that they were bussing is that when you read it you can see that it's fake.
Arpeg was going to be the lynch target that day, remember? Both you and I said he was guilty the night before. "keep digging" you said.

In the game I hosted the mafia was even further from an automatic win than a mere two lynches.
You base your defense of Diana on the fact that the mafia should have waited - but that is the wrong play for the mafia. When pulling a gambit like this, you can't wait to see how the votes fall - you have to act first, otherwise it will ring hollow.
FFS, do not waste chips on anyone but Diana. Do not bring up other lynch targets or suggest Diana suicide lynch herself. She won't and the others just distract from lynching Diana.

You are defending yourself, but you are not voting. What are you waiting for? That's not very helpful for a townie who wants to win. Looks like you are delaying your vote for a reason.
Of course a mafia wouldn't need to vote in this scenario. Diana is suiciding to lynch Double A and you get an automatic win.

Diana will be here in time for deadline, no doubt. Wonder why this deadline is at 6 pm? Have any of the others been this late?
She was here for the last deadline anyway.

I pushed back the deadline 6 hours for a couple phases because of one writeup being late and I didn't want to deny day phase discussion time to the players.

End of Day Six
Michael was in the Manager's office counting up his money.
Michael: Well, they came close.... I nearly have all the money I'm owed. But it's not quite enough...
Meanwhile, Diana Abnoba sat at the head of the table, dealing to everyone.
Diana Abnoba: Six card draw, in honor of our sixth hand together. Deuces and aces are wild. The custom rules are, you must place an ante to get your cards, and once you are dealt 6 cards you may bet, trade in between zero and four cards, and then make a final bet. Highest five-card hand wins. Ties will be broken by the highest sixth card, beating that is a six card straight, beating that is a six card flush, and beating everything is six of a kind. Minimum bet is 1,000 dollars, and there is no maximum bet.
A few of the other patrons murmured at the choice of game, as it was a rather obscure choice. Five-card draw was the more standard variant. The large number of wild cards was also unusual. The additional sixth card also seemed confusing.
civplayah: Uh.... I guess I'm in for one.
Double A: Me too. Here's my ante.
Splitpersonality: And bob's your uncle. I'm in for one.
Diana tossed in her ante and dealt the cards.
civplayah: Umm.... I think I'll check.
Double A: Fair enough. No bet here either.
Splitpersonality: Well, I'd love to bet high and take all your money, fellas, but seeing as that would just scare you off.... no bet.
Diana Abnoba: All right. I'll check as well. How many cards do you want, gentlemen?
civplayah: Four, please.
Double A: Two, please.
Splitpersonality: One, if you would.
Diana Abnoba: And two for me.
civplayah: Oh MAN..... forget this. I am done! I fold.
Double A: I'll open with $30,000
Splitpersonality: I'll raise you $57,000, if you don't mind.
Diana Abnoba: Uh huh.... I'll call. Double A?
Double A: I'm thinking, I'm thinking..... fine, I'll just go all in, since you guys have outbid me and I don't have much left. What do I have to lose.
Diana Abnoba: Heh, right.... okay, what do you have, boys?
Splitpersonality: I have five clubs and the deuce of spades. That makes a six-card flush, under your rules. :tongue2:
Diana Abnoba: *whistles in amazement*
Double A: Okay, that's pretty good. Two aces, two jacks, and seven for my high card. That makes four of a kind!
Splitpersonality: Wait, do I win? I have a six-card flush, isn't that better than four of a kind?
Double A: I have no idea. Diana?
Diana Abnoba: Highest five-card hand wins. The sixth card is only for tie-breakers. In a tie, your six-card flush would beat a five-card flush with a higher sixth card, because it completes the flush. So in this case, four of a kind beats the six-card flush.
Splitpersonality: .....well that stinks. Who came up with these insane rules?
Diana Abnoba: Wouldn't you like to know?
Double A: Alright, Diana, it's just you and me. Show me your cards!
Diana Abnoba:
Splitpersonality: uh oh....
Diana Abnoba: But of course, gentlemen. Like any naughty boys, you want to see the goods. And I've certainly got the goods this time. Read them and weep:
https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb225/askthepizzaguy/EPYC/Dianashand.png
Sure enough, Diana's hand contained three wild cards... and the queen of hearts, spades, and diamonds.
civplayah: Cheating. It has to be.
Diana Abnoba: I'll just be taking my chips now, thank you, and paying Michael the money I owe him. It looks like you guys lose. Now who's the queen of diamonds? :laugh4:
Double A: This game was rigged. You know it and we know it.
Diana Abnoba: Yeah, where's your proof? Got any proof? I don't see any proof! Prove it, bucko.
Splitpersonality: I'd like my money back, please.... just one more hand, and I'd be able to pay back Michael.
Double A: Yeah, Diana, don't cheat us out of our cash! :embarassed:
Diana Abnoba: Yeah if you thought the game was rigged you shouldn't have played the game. Okay, Michael, it's over. The deadbeats are dead broke!
Michael Valerio heard Diana's voice from where he was sitting in the Manager's office. He grabbed his Tommy gun and came out with a grim expression on his face.
civplayah: No, Michael, I tried to get you the money! I tried! I really tried!!!
*Michael pointed the Tommy Gun at civplayah, who was standing there dumbfounded, and opened fire, shooting him directly in the chest, puncturing his heart.*
https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb225/askthepizzaguy/Tommy_m1928.jpg
Splitpersonality dropped to his knees and begged Mike for another chance.
Splitpersonality: I'll pay you back! I'll pay you back!
*Michael pointed the Tommy Gun at Splitpersonality, and opened fire, shooting him directly in the head, dropping him to the floor. His hat rolled off of his head.*
https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb225/askthepizzaguy/Tommy_m1928.jpg
Double A didn't even bother to beg, so he ran for the exit.
*Michael pointed the Tommy Gun at Double A, and opened fire, shooting him directly in the back, filling his body with bullets, making his internal organs look like swiss cheese.*
https://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb225/askthepizzaguy/Tommy_m1928.jpg
Diana Abnoba: Here's your money, Michael.
Michael Valerio: You have done this family a great service, my "son".....
Diana Abnoba: Heh.... they never even found out about Salvatore "Sal" Valerio, did they?
Michael Valerio: Nope.... I had him whacked about a week and a half ago for stealing from the cash drawer. Even my other sons had no idea. Listen, Sally, I loved the whole Dr. Evil thing. Where did you get that mask, from a costume shop?
Diana Abnoba: Oh Michael, I'm not going to tell you all my secrets, now. Not for free anyway. By the way, who was that cashier girl?
Michael Valerio: She's nobody. Honest.
Diana Abnoba: Do me a favor, Michael. Dump the broad, and come meet me for dinner. I hope you like Italian...
Michael Valerio: Doesn't everybody?
Michael switched the light off, leaving the mess of bloody bodies behind. Valerio and Abnoba left the Papa Gino's pizzeria and went out for a well-deserved romantic dinner for two.

Double A: This is unfair!
Diana Abnoba: It's over, Valerio! We cheated you out of that money.... fair and square.
Michael Valerio heard Diana's voice from where he was sitting in the Manager's office. He grabbed his Tommy gun and game out with a grim expression on his face.

Diana Abnoba: Here's your money, Michael.
Michael Valerio: Very impressive. How would you three like to work for the Valerio crime family? You obviously have a knack for this mafia business.
civplayah: Possibly.... I could certainly use the money.
Diana Abnoba: Heh, I'll certainly consider your offer, Mikey. Are we free to go?
Michael Valerio: What, you don't wanna stay and play one more hand? I'll go double or nothing, how's that?
Diana Abnoba: Oh Michael, I'm not falling for that. Nice try though.
Michael Valerio: Hey, I gotta be me. All right, you paid up, and you're free to leave.
Michael turns to pick up his piles of cash and chips from the table. That's when Splitpersonality stood up, and opened up his trenchcoat, revealing a pair of Uzi submachine guns.

Splitpersonality aimed the Uzi submachine guns at Michael Valerio, and opened fire. Michael Valerio screamed in pain as his body was riddled with bullets, and he fell to the floor. Bloody cash scattered everywhere, and stacks of chips fell to the floor. The Valerio crime family was no more.
civplayah: What the heck just happened?
Diana Abnoba: You didn't really think we were going to let him keep our money, did you?
Splitpersonality: He was a ruthless, conniving criminal. He got what he deserved.
civplayah: Do you mean, I can use this money for my mother's operation?
Diana Abnoba: it's all yours. You can even have a third of whatever was in his safe. We'll split it with you.

Right, this is why our mafia actions were foiled:

Refuge in Audacity.
It's how I avoided being scanned, murdered, or lynched in the first Inishmore game by repeatedly trying to get myself lynched, it happened at least twice that I tried to get a majority of votes on myself. At the time that was not a new move for me, as I had done it as townie, but I hadn't done it as mafia before. No one really had, to my recollection.
And the time I claimed murdering psychopath on round two, and said I was still townie even though I was a murdering psychopath.
And that time I claimed night-kill immune on round one, and I was a detective.
Ok I'll stop now.

I figured that scum would be insane to go after a known town and also that once I'd dropped myself in it I'd have to follow through my accusations to get off the hook. Seems like it worked, AND y'all forgot about me afterwards until my next scumtastic post.

I had more posts than all of the mafia :/
Diana, what made you go from hesitant to even drop 5 credits on arpeg to sure he was scum so fast?
What does that mean?
:laugh4:
Those questions coming from a girl makes me laugh even more! :)
He is calling you ugly.
So it was a complement to you Secura! I think you are a good Mafia player!
I meant that, since Sasaki had just lynched me, we were one man short from round one, so we'd need to start whacking off those better at reading who are Mafiosi and those who aren't. Sasaki and CR had just lynched me so they were too "hot" for us to try and assassinate them right off the bat. You were inactive and my idea was for you to permanently remain that way.
Nah, I keed. :pleased:
... :curtain:
... :lipsrsealed:
Pretty much!

@ Sasaki
Deductive reasoning, gut, and voting pattern (but voting pattern isn't as helpful in small games, then in large). When I ended up putting all my coin on him, that was because of that round and the way he reacted to me. Then I really looked at that round to find his partner. BTW I really didn't think that Split was his partner (well everyone but me was a possibility) but I knew he was out of town the week before and had just gotten back. He did very scummy play that round and if I wanted to be sure he wasn't mafia, I had to claim that I thought he was to put pressure on him, and if he wasn't I thought he would change his vote, which he did. Sorry Split, but it got us a mafia killed that round, and helped me to find double A for the next round. I also figured that I wouldn't be killed that night, because some of you guys still thought I was scum (which helped also, because the mafia took another ? out of the equation (CDF)).
