So this girl that i asked out in november turned me down and then lied about me, and we had a falling out sort of thing. January she asked me to forgive her, I did, we were friends since. But just about every time we talked since, she says something to the effect of "you're not getting anywhere with me" (Ex: I jokingly said 'hop off', and she said 'i was never on, and never will be'), and continually restates it for whatever reason. So, based off this, it's safe to assume she's not interested at all, right? if only it were that simple.

I asked her out again 'bout a month and a half ago, and she said no again. but it was fine, we were still friends and all. But then she started skyping me EVERY SINGLE DAY. I understand wanting to talk to me, but every day? most people don't do that. she also told me several times about dreams that she had of me (of a sexual nature), before then going on to say, again, that it would never happen. and in addition, whenever we see eachother she always tells me to sit next to her, saying she'd be lonely, despite being surrounded by her friends.

So, basically I'm getting incredibly mixed messages from this girl. It seems to me that she thinks of me in an inherently sexual way, but then stops herself before she wants to do anything. But, considering it's me, I could easily be way far off.

I don't wanna be a dick and tell her to quit skyping me every day, but considering she keeps telling me (and maybe herself?) that she has no intentions of being anything but friends, I don't feel like taking an hour away from my day to talk to her. What am I supposed to do?

If you don't enjoy skyping with her, either don't skype with her or tell her to kindly refrain as you have stuff to do. Simples.

On the question of her other stuff, well, basically it's an extension of the friend zone, you are her "emotional boyfriend". Someone who will listen to her whinging and issues, without actually being in a relationship with her. Politely tell her to stop leading you up the garden path.

I am really flirtatious and its happened before when people think I like them but I am truly not interested im just a flirter, some people are to varying degrees.

If she asks (for example through other means) why you don't talk to her as much anymore tell her "Well, I don't have as much time for that anymore, I'm looking for a girlfriend and since you keep telling me you're out, I gotta spend my time elsewhere..."

you hook up once. then you keep doing it and never mention a relationship. There is no pitching required. Just be ready for her to leave you because your nothing but a warm and competent body. (this all assumes you wow her the first time).

Also these sorts of relationships (i.e. friends with benefits) will become drastically more common as you get older. In college its quite commonplace.

It was all kind of silly because she had obvious issues and wouldn't kiss me in public, but in private, she taught me a lot of things. There are obvious benefits. Right....so I think that door is FIRMLY shut. she asked me if i was mad, i told her i was confused, and explained to her my whole theory.

after quick refusal, i used an argument based mostly around Freud and the unconscious mind, which controls dreams, and the fact that im in her dreams so much makes me a sex object in her subconcious. yeah. it went THAT badly.
