Rules:

Forts require atleast 4 units inside!
You have 24 hours to take your turn, another 24 hours can be given upon request.
1 turn peace! Do not cross anyone's borders unless they are your ally or your units were there to begin with.
Do not use bugs to your advantage, if you think someone has used a bug tell the admins and he will look into it.
Do not destroy buildings if the settlement is under siege or if there is a risk of a siege.
You are not aloud to surround an army to deny it's retreat.
PM or VM the next player after you have uploaded your turn.
Post pictures of battle odds and results.
No assassins.
Armies defeated by a player (b) that comes after the original player (a)'s turn cannot move next turn, so if Tyrell defeats a Lannister army that army cannot move next turn. - Exception: Reinforcing armies in fortification, even if defeated, don't lose movement points. So player 'a' should be allowed to move the army that reinforced another while in a fort and was defeated by 'b'.Addendum to the same rule: no sallying out of a fort\castle which has forces which were defeated last turn. This is to make it fair for those who come last at the turn order, because they will not be able to do this
No sailing from a blockaded port without first defeating the blockade
Settlements gifted should disband all units, except for one to keep public order.
It is illegale to burn down ports in order to get around rule 11- if your port is blockaded and there are ships inside that port, if you burn down the port the ship is not allowed to move that turn.

I'm guessing you sacked the settlement. My understanding is that buildings aren't normally destroyed if one simply occupies a settlement.

I had the port blockaded last turn, so it must have been there last turn. Destroying buildings while under siege is forbidden, isn't it?

Buildings are destroyed if you exterminate. Sacking only tends to damage buildings, and they can be repaired. :p

Sorry, my mistake. If I "maintain local elites" everything's there. Somehow sacking destroys the harbour.

I've seen a UI bug in the past that makes the port seem to disappear, but it remains in the buildings tab and can still be used etc.

Stannis, if you're not going to post screenshots of a battle, please at least mention it in your post. I almost didn't realize that Clement Piper was prohibited from moving this turn.
