“ALL HAIL EMPEROR KAVEHIR!”

The chorus rang throughout the royal courtyard. The young man stood tall and held his hands aloft, signifying his acknowledgment. Today was His day, the day the new god of this world took his position. To his left lay prostrate the three high priests; of Shahnak, God of the skies, of Armouz, God of the seas, and Firnaz, God of the underworld. For now, the newly proclaimed god of Earth stood before all.

Kavehir’s warm smile disappeared as he addressed his subjects. “My subjects, today is a day that shall be remembered for all time. Today, I take the place of my father as your God and Emperor. By all rights, today should be one of joyous celebration. And yet, we are only here because of treachery. My father was sent to his ascendancy before was proper. And I know now, the culprits are here, among us.”

The prostrated nobles looked up at the new emperor and a rumble of confusion and fear could be heard.

“I know why as well. Some amongst you dared to challenge his proclamation that he was the divine ruler of all the mortal realms. I say to those of you loyal in this audience; no matter which deity you worshipped before, my father, myself and all of our line are the true subjects of veneration. And yet even now I sense doubt and disbelief from amongst you. To which I declare; if you wish to leave the palace, you will prove your loyalty and faith to the new Order of the world. You will assist in the capture and execution of the unbelievers.” Kavehir gestured to the palace behind them, a marvel constructed from white marble that glittered in the sunlight, a cruel smile upon his face. “My first act as Emperor is to declare this inquisition, to root out the faithless and bring them to justice. For the rest of today, I suggest you make yourself comfortable. For tomorrow, judgment arrives.”

Kavehir twirled on the spot, his silvery robes twinkling as three guards followed him back to the palace.

“This goes too far!”
“But he is correct, justice must be served!”
“Of course that’s what a worshipper of Firnaz would say!”
“Do you even care that your god is being replaced?”

“ENOUGH!”

An elderly man in green robes with a wispy, silver beard commanded the attention of the nobles. “It does not matter who you worshipped before. My lord is the god of this world, and demands your loyalty and adoration. We will all work to his benefit. Now, if you will, I will guide the all to your temporary chambers while we are here. Come…. It will be a long night. We must be ready tomorrow.”

Hello everyone, and welcome to my newest iteration of mafia! As per usual, I'm trying a few new tweaks upon previous formula I've used in the past, in this case, the House of Origin.

There will be three mafia. The mafia will have the customary power to kill, as well as something additional during the night. There will not be conversion as a mechanic.

The town will, as in Origin, have the power to kill or protect at night, but in a constrained capacity. The town will be superficially divided into three groups; those who worshipped Shahnak, those who worshipped Armouz, and those who worshipped Firnaz. Regardless of which group a townsperson is in, their goal is the same- the elimination of the mafia and anyone else that might have a conflicting victory condition. What the groups do is limit who a person can coordinate with during the night phase. Each worshipper will only work with others they trust and know. In order to perform a kill at night, four townspersons are required. In order to protect a person, three are required. The mafia will be hidden in these groups.

The setup will work a bit something like this:

Townsman(nobles and members of the royal court)
One to three town-enabling roles.
Mafia(agents aggressive to the Emperor)
And one, possibly two independent-minded roles.(the number depends on how many players) Their victory conditions might be their own, or they may be able to obtain victory concurrently with others.

There will also be a somewhat different mechanic that will pertain to those who suffer an unfortunate demise early into the game that will be revealed when the time is proper.

I am looking for 25 players if possible. The game could be run on 19, but that would not be ideal.

Explanation on mechanics
If you're wondering why I have such a restriction on town night actions, I will admit it is partially experimental. Many players seem to appreciate power beyond the day phase, and feel left out if they don't "roll lucky" by getting a role. At the same time, I feel like town groups can grow too powerful late game as information is gathered. Simply put, this is a mechanism to deter that by limiting the pool of players that can coordinate together as attrition wears on. I tried a different mechanic in Origin by requiring players to be with a specific partner, which achieved some of what I was looking for(a combination of early action from the town that became difficult as the game progressed), but it unfortunately held a few people hostage to an inactive partner, which is obviously not ideal.

Rules:

NO QUOTING HOST'S PMS, NO QUOTING CHATLOGS, NO SCREENSHOTS, NO ALTERNATE ACCOUNTS, AND NO TRANSLATING PM'S-You may claim whatever you want, including role name, so long as you don't quote my PM's word for word, or very close to word for word. You may quote a pm from other players.

The dead cannot reveal anything, including previous night actions, but they may participate as much as they want to contribute to general discussion. The dead also may not communicate outside the thread in any way, shape, or form relating to this game, be it via PM, chat, quicktopic, or other.

I do not allow Vote: No Lynch as an option. Period. You may abstain, however.

If you wish to take back a vote, you CANNOT do it by editing a previous post. I will not count it. You must unvote first, such as unvote:GeneralHankerchief in order to recant the previous vote. In order to vote for someone, you must do so in the usual Vote:seireikhaan style. Votes must be bolded, for reference.

WOKs(Wrath of Khaan aka Wrath of God aka Modkilled aka Death By Divine Annihilation) will occur if a person does not vote 3 rounds in a row, or if they do not vote in 4 rounds in total. Please, please don't make me do so. It won't be a pretty death.

Suicides will only be allowed in the event of a person being very much unable to participate in the game. I do not allow suicides for any other reason.

Please don't mess with a vote tally! I know sometimes errors happen, but if I determine that anyone deliberately misrepresents the tally for personal benefit, they will be wok'd.

Voting periods will be 36 hours. Night periods will be 24 hours.

Any ties in voting will await someone to break it. First vote to either person who is tied will result in lynch, regardless of any posts after it.

There will also be a somewhat different mechanic that will pertain to those who suffer an unfortunate demise early into the game that will be revealed when the time is proper.

Going to put my 2 cents in:

22 players, 1 quite possibly two independents, 3 mafia.

maybe 18 townies, leaving 6 townies in each and 1 mafia in each probably.

numbers might be a bit fuzzy, but there is around 6-7 members of each town I'd imagine. Depending on the abilities of everyone else, mafia included, the townies will become vanilla quite soon, or at least some of them will I think.

Not that it matters anyway. Mafia doing something additional will be interesting, no doubt we'll see what it is, probably some kind of sabotage mechanic.

If any independents can win with town, I'm always willing to work with them - so if you want some help, shoot me a PM I guess.

Otherwise town should be ganging up and killing people I guess. Not sure if we get role reveals, but I bloody well hope so.

Visor

Perhaps its unfair to kill people N0, and you're probably right, but mafia are going to kill n0 so we might as well strike as well.

N0 kills are never fun but you do what you can. Maybe someone will get a push ability or something like I got as Skully in Andres game.

Anyway, good luck townies, and hopefully see most of you on the other side in the morning.

Hey now, you know I'm usually against claiming (and have been hanged for it multiple times) but they won't be able to see your targets among all the others if everyone claims. Like zebras.

Askthepizzaguy
11-02-2015, 19:49
I would wager that the identities of the cults would be rather easy to obtain, all the mafia have to do is claim to be members of each cult, and then participate in a successful action in each group.

We should not delude ourselves and think that the information will stay secret. And while it makes a certain degree of sense to protect the first publicly revealed members of each cult, the mafia will then of course kill around that person and therefore be successful.

So, a certain element of surprise should be maintained, and remember that group actions will not be successful if thrown together at the last minute. Give at least 12 hours, preferably 24, for a group to send in orders after they have received a suggestion from the group leader. Cite- every capo and every pirate ship game.

edse
11-02-2015, 20:10
And for the groups to work we need 3 or 4 claims from the same kind of worshippers so the probability for the groups to succeed is higher if there are more claims.

While for most, the idea of being trapped with murderous fiends might seem unappealing, Ironside had taken a different attitude. He departed his quarters on his toes, looking for passerby. Ironside had dreamt in the past of seeing the wonders of the royal palace. And now, look, a chance to explore! Granted it was only by the light of braziers and chandeliers, but still. The building was a gem. He stopped his wanderings for a moment to feel a long, smooth drapery made from a fabric he could only guess at. Truly, only here could one find decorations in purple and gold.

"Ahem."

Ironside paused and whirled around. A man stood behind him, clothed in a dark robe with a hood covering his face. Ironside could swear he smelled something... musty?

"My apologies," the man said in a deep voice. "The palace is a wondrous achievement. Don't you agree?"

Ironside nodded, his eyes drawn back to the fine drapery. "What I would give to be able to live the rest of my days here," he said in awe as he stroked it.

"Then by all means, allow me to oblige." Ironside's eyes went wide as the man pulled a long, straight sword from his robes. "This wonderful place has become a house of fiends. It is time we cleanse it. Let us begin."

And so the man lunged for Ironside, taking a fast jab with his weapon. Ironside leaped backwards and narrowly avoided the blow, but stumbled in doing so. He managed to catch himself and turned his stumble into a roll, popping up to face his attacker. The man, sword aloft, slowly began his advance. Ironside considered for a moment. No weapon on himself. Nothing nearby blatantly dangerous... but a distraction! He spun on the spot, grabbed the wondrous drapery, and tugged with all his might. Down the luxurious fabric came, upon both of the individuals. As the man disentangled himself from the spun fabric, he observed Ironside already at a dead sprint back to the relative safety of the inhabited quarters.

"No worries. You cannot run forever."

The next morning, the nobles and court were gathered in the courtyard once more. Emperor Kavehir was visibly agitated as he paced back and forth, his words being taken note of by the royal scribe.

"My subjects, it seems that my assertion was correct! Just last night as we prepared to do our duty for my beloved Father, the attack upon my palace was begun! The time for preparation has passed! The time for action is upon us! Now we determine who the unholy savages are that would besmirch my family's name and dare to attack at this hallowed place! The time for the inquisition is now!"

It is now day 1! You have 36 hours to decide upon a lynch.

To all it may concern-

If someone in your protect group doesn't show and the target isn't attacked, you're not informed the group would have failed, just that the target wasn't attacked.

In this case the person self-reported that they weren't able to send in orders due to an emergency.

So, do not assume everyone was in your group if the target didn't get attacked.

Emperor Kavehir presided over the first day of questioning with a look of grim satisfaction on his face. It was refreshing to see the nobles at each others' throats for once. That it was for a good cause, well, that helped. He occasionally checked on the progress of accusations with his scribe, but mostly did so to keep the man on his toes more than for a proper accounting. Eventually, the sun began to bleed red and orange, indicating it was time to wrap up the day's events and declare the guilty party.

"My beloved nobles, I thank you for your earnest attempts so far to begin this inquisition! Scribe, the recording of the day's events, please!" The man bowed deeply before handing the scroll to his emperor. "It is with great pleasure that I announce the first result of our inquisition to be.... ABSTAIN? OVER A QUARTER OF YOU VOTED TO ABSTAIN?!"

"Actually, milord, my name is Abstain," A short, frail man with dark hair and a mustache stepped up, head bowed.

"Who on earth is this?" Kavehir asked the scribe, a puzzled brow raised.

"I believe he is the royal architect, sir. He was working on the repairs to the seventh bathroom when the inquisition was begun, my lord."

"Well then...." Kavehir stroked his short beard, musing. "It seems that YOU are the guilty party here, architect! Yes, it makes perfect sense.... he's been here the whole time! Guards, arrest the man!" Several armed men leaped the the small man's side. A guard presented Kavehir with his saber while the remaining men held Abstain on his knees before the Emperor. "In the name of my Father, Abstain, I pass judgment upon your wicked soul. Today you pay for your blasphemous crimes against my family. Do you have anything final to say?"

"Milord, I swear, I did nothing! I am innocent!"

"They all say that," Kavehir responded with a frown. With that, he brought the saber down upon the man's neck and sliced his head clean off. Kavehir passed the blood-soaked blade back to the guard for cleaning.

"Excellent work, everyone! That was a keen eye you had! I am sure today is but the first of many of progress!"

"Er, my lord?"

"Yes, Scribe?"

"It seems while you were executing the architect we suffered another loss. It seems Csargo collapsed dead on the spot, for reasons I cannot be sure of."

"Well, that is a shame. Still, progress much march forward. Toss his body with the architect's for disposal. Now, for the rest of you! Rest well, for tomorrow, we continue in earnest once more!"

Speaking of Frands...

Hello Frands. It's your friendly neighborhood Firnaz-ian again.

Were you aware that when you die, your body is committed to the Underworld? It's true. Repent, sinners, for life is short, but death is for-evah.

But I am not a messenger of doom and gloom. In fact, I am doing my best to ensure that you, my frand, do not enter the Underworld prematurely.

However, we have a problem.

You see, there are not that many Firnaz-ian cultists. At least, not many that I am aware of. And so, we have very little margin for error.

So, my frands, if you are Firnaz worshipper, and have been a naughty little independent duckling, and wandered off, I just wanted to let you know:

Mama pizza... duck.... man... is very concerned for your safety, and that of the entire collection of assembled guests.

If we are to be successful in preventing your early entry into the Underworld, well, I'm afraid we need more Firnaz-ians to make themselves known to the one....

http://i.ytimg.com/vi/wMEq1mGpP5A/0.jpg

I AM THE ONE WHO QUACKS.

And lays eggs? Look, this metaphor has clearly gone off the rails.

What I'm trying to say is this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEzb3yPoCm4

If you also dress in all black, and spend an inordinate amount of your living time thinking about death, and the gloomy underworld, then you might actually be a member of the fun-loving and party-going CULT OF FIRNAZ!

Yes, our religion is quite small, and I'm not suggesting you should give up your beliefs in other deities. The others would never forgive me if I were to lure away members of other religions. Why, that's an affront to everything the Firnazian cult stands for anyway. This life is temporary, we have no quarrel with anyone.

You all will die and join us eventually. We have no pressing need to convert anyone, nor the means, nor the inclination.

But if you are already a Firnaz-lover.... I miss you.

We all do. And there are only three of us. We would like to get to know you.

It is a lonely life. And hopefully it will be a while before we all meet in the Underworld. But, I am not afraid of that happening.

What I am afraid of is the idea that one of us will die, and therefore, we will be unable to prevent anyone from joining the Underworld prematurely.

Where are you, fellow Firnaz-ian?

I guess what I'm trying to say is...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3rRvljxKthA

I AM THE TERROR THAT FLAPS IN THE NIGHT!!!

Mama-pizzaduck-man misses you.

For Golden1Knight, the night was still young when he departed his quarters. A note had been left for him upon his arrival, informing him his presence was formally requested in the ballroom. It seemed odd to him that there would be any request of him at all, but nevertheless, here he found himself obliging the scroll bunched in his hand. With only candlelight, the expansive room seemed more like a haunted house.

"Ah, how nice of you to come join us," a shadowy figure spoke as it turned around from behind a pillar. "How nice of you to not waste our time and come to us." As he finished, GoldenKnight saw three additional figures emerge from the shadows around him. "The inquisition demands blood. Justice demands sacrifice. If you are innocent, may the gods have mercy on you." The four unsheathed swords at their hips and advanced on him from every direction.

"Stop right there, criminal scum!" A loud voice boomed from the end of the ballroom. A large, muscular bald man with a large mustache stood in the doorway, armed with a brass shield and scimitar. A second fellow stood silently behind him. "Come, my fellow in justice! Firnaz will not be visited tonight!" The two broke into a run towards GoldenKnight, who immediately took off as well, twirling past an assailant. Out of breath, GoldenKnight fell to a knee as he skidded on the marble as the large man and his companion took the lead. "Stand behind me, gentle citizen! Three of the shadowy figures looked to the fourth in confusion, who shook their head.

"Very well. As you say. Come, we're withdrawing." The four withdrew to the opposite end and took off at a pace.

Meanwhile, Bsmith was taking the opportunity to plan out future. He knew once the inquisition was over, the political landscape would be thrown into chaos. As such, he was currently plotting his next business venture. Perhaps a smithy would be most profitable? No, wait, of course! The palace would undoubtedly suffer damage at some point - yes, a quarry was best! He was shook from his thoughts by a knock at his door. He flung it open in haste.

"Can this wait? I have a rather impor-" Bsmith's irritation was cut short by a sword in his chest. A man in a dark robe stood in the doorway, thrusting a blade into the room's resident. He held his empty hand up to Bsmith's face and placed it on his forehead as the man guided him to the ground. His touch was chilly, damp.

"No, no waiting. We go forward, backward, we succeed, we fail. But we do not wait. We will always be moving." He closed Bsmith's eyes as the life faded from him. "The ocean is many things, but static, it is not. It will wait for no one. Least of all you."

Emperor Kavehir gathered the court once more at sunrise. "It seems that our inquisition has stirred the hornet's nest! Blood has stained the palace! We must continue our march of progress, and-" The emperor cut himself short in shock as two violet, translucent entities stirred up from the ground in front of him.

"You thought me gone for good?" The first spirit spoke, carrying the voice of Csargo. "No, I think I will watch this spectacle a bit longer before I take my leave of this world. What say you, dear architect?"

"Milord, in spite of being executed, I must agree with the dear sir here. I will carry on for now and help in whatever way I can. Please, milord, let me be of assistance," the spirit of Abstain pleaded with the Emperor.

For possibly the first time, Emperor Kavehir was speechless, his jaw hanging. He clamped it shut, pointed a finger shakily at the two spirits, and finally gave up on discourse and simply nodded his approval.

"Well, get going!"

Maybe he can just identify himself. Would make this a lot easier.

Also the other Mafia is probably busy rexruiting or scanning people as there is not a lot else going on at night apart from mustache man.

I still have nothing. When are the reveals?

Oh man, reading comprehension 101. The last Mafia games I was in were all Godfather games, so I somehow read the description for this game as having three separate Mafia Godfathers, you know to go along with the three previous gods, who would all try to set up their own cult. Oh man, this is a different game entirely! Glad I found that out. :wall:

Unvote, vote: Ituralde

I probably deserved that for sherr stupidity.

But then this makes me wonder why there were only two murder attempts by Mafia, one succesful, one not. What could their other ability be? Or is it just that they can hide among the townspeople and participate sucessfully in their protection / kill maneuvers? Probably something else though. And with no reveals we're really stepping around in the dark. Maybe there's some kind of detective role, but how do you verify that without role reveals.

Hmmm... in conclusion: I know more, but I am even more at a loss. Awesome! :2thumbsup:

Montmorency

These aren't really strong votes. Andres for inactivity - plenty of that to go around. ACIN for gags - so?

If you are voting right now, it is most likely because you would prefer ACIN to be lynched over anyone else on the roll so far.

And maybe that's for the best right now. Just keep in mind what the grounds really are.

Myrddraal
11-09-2015, 17:34
Are you advocating that if I don't have a strong reason to want someone lynched, I shouldn't vote?

I'm voting, because if nobody votes other than to join a bandwagon, the town doesn't get any information. I voted for Andres, and three people followed suit. So I unvoted Andres.

At the risk of stating the obvious: voting is a mechanism by which you apply pressure to obtain information, and the more broad that pressure, the closer the votes, the better the information. So no, it doesn't necessarily mean that I would prefer ACIN to be lynched over anyone else on the roll so far, I can't honestly claim to have any strong reason to lynch anyone in particular at the moment.

However, he did duck out of attempt to put the limelight on him with a one-liner. I think that's good enough justification for another vote at this stage.

Just keep in mind what the grounds really are.

If you have a better reason for me to vote for someone than inactivity, please share, rather than saying that I'm hiding the grounds for my vote. Actually, I'm intrigued, what do you think the grounds for my vote was?

While it took a while for those gathered to overcome the shock of the reappearance of the previous day's choice of judgment, a hearty debate eventually broke out. A tense three-way debate was finally cut off by Kavehir, who declared the day's events to be finished. The choice was Andres, a quiet, elderly noble.

"Andres, the inquisition finds you guilty of treason. Do you have any last words?"

Andres merely looked back at him with stern eyes, and shook his head.

"Really? Nothing?"

Andres raised an eyebrow at the Emperor.

"Not even a single statement about how inquisitions were better run 'back in the day' or how you and my grandfather's generation built this empire with your bare hands through sleet and snow and were forced to endure terrible, arbitrary hardships?"

Andres allowed the smallest of smiles to overtake him. "Your words, not mine, dear Emperor." Kavehir growled at Andres' amusement. Nobody mocked the emperor! Not even himself! Kavehir grabbed a sword from the nearest guard and brought the blade down upon Andres' neck, hacking multiple times to ensure the man's demise. Kavehir looked to his audience, who were utterly silent.

"Well, get going! I'm sure this traitor certainly had more accomplices! Out, out!"

Ironside busied himself this night in the same wing of the palace he'd just recently been attacked. He felt bad about the destruction of the tapestry he'd utilized to escape. So, here he found himself atop a tall ladder, attempting to hang its replacement from the window. The one one wasn't as finely crafted; after all, there wasn't time to order a new one from the artisans. Still, it was better than nothing. He finally got the cloth hooked onto the crevice, only to hear a soft scuffling below. He looked down and, in the darkness, could only discern the outline of someone standing at the base of the ladder.

"Attempting to fix the damage you caused to the palace?" The figure called out to him. Wiping a bead of sweat from his brow, Ironside relaxed for a moment.

"Ah, yes. It was a shame that the previous tapestry was torn as such... wait a minute." Ironside considered for a moment as realization dawned upon him. "How did you know I destroyed the tapestry?"

The man below immediately took to action, withdrawing a sword and smashing the ladder holding up Ironside, sending him toppling to the floor beneath. The hooded man looked down upon Ironside as he struggled to pick himself up.

"Because I know that there is more that must be fixed before this radiant palace can be cleansed. I told you you could not escape. None can escape the ocean's grasp forever. As the sea birthed all life, so all must return to it. Find peace, deceiver." The last thing Ironside remembered was a harsh, briny scent.

Montmorency, on the other hand, was content to reside in his quarters for the time being, meditating. One perk of being in the royal palace were the extravagant furnishings, offering far more space than was necessary. It was plenty of room to set out one's belongings and section off a part for contemplation. Unfortunately, this time of quiet was interrupted by a knock at his door. A visitor? How odd. Montmorency waited for a moment to see if this visitor would be persistent to try again. A second knock told him it was time to desist with his rudeness. With a sigh, he picked himself off the floor and turned the handle. True enough, a figure awaited him in the doorway, though he could not tell whether it was a man or a woman. An ornate, golden mask covered their face, while their body was covered in flowing, purple robes.

"Er, hello. Can I help you?" Montmorency asked.

"...."

"Right.... if there's nothing you need, perhaps you could depart and let me finish my meditation?"

"...."

"Eh... yes. Well, good night." He looked to close the door, but the masked figure suddenly shot a hand out, grasping the frame. Its other hand withdrew a shining, silver dagger, and it made its move, lunging at Montmorency.

It was only with great luck that Montmorency stumbled back fast enough to avoid the cut. "Now, now, let us perhaps talk this out? Yes, surely we can discuss this like reasonable folk?"

"...."

The masked figure staggered forward, undeterred by Montmorency's attempts at diplomacy.

"Criminal scum! Halt right there!" A boisterous voice boomed from behind the masked figure, causing it to twirl on the spot. "I command you, in the name of the Emperor, stop thine advances!" A bald, mustachiod man stood in the hallway, scimitar raised at the assailant.

The masked figure lurched for a moment, looking back and forth between Montmorency and the new intruder. Deciding, it twirled on the spot once more, taking flight, seeming to glide upon the marble floor as it departed.

Kavehir was clearly incensed the following morning at the news of another demise in his palace.

"What is this? More slain in this paradise on earth? My paradise? Unacceptable! Treasonous rebels still roam these halls, flaunting my authority! Back to work! Back to the Inquisition!"

Musty scent, briny scent, floating/flying...

Could it be that each 'religion' has a Mafioso? After all, our Emperor (all hail!) has proclaimed himself to be a god (and his divine nature is obvious to us all) which might make the 'old' gods upset (heretics!).

EDIT:
PS, couldn't Kavehir be a little more likeable? I find myself sympathising with the Mafia!

Myrddraal
11-11-2015, 14:46
Also, if we assume that 'Musty', 'Briny' and 'Floaty' are separate people who can individually kill, then it seems that Briny and Floaty have only just now decided to start killing, after two nights of solo actions by Musty.

Giving the Mafia the ability to kill 3 people per turn seems quite powerful though...

There's little to explain. The way the game is set up it will be very hard to catch the Mafia.

They have the option to kill, one unknown action and they can participate in town actions.
There are no role reveals, so everything the town does is basically taking stabs in the dark. Doing a spreadsheet will not work, as there have been too few town showing up in the writeups. So the only thing left for the town to do is cast a vote and stir up some discussion. Voting for dcmort93 was my attempt at doing so. It showed me that atpg is suspicious of me and that El Barto seems to share that suspicion.

Another thing that came to my mind while thinking about this game is the matter of a 'special mechanic' concerning the deceased.
Up to this point only two people have been made ghosts: Abstain and Csargo.
What's the point of it? There's has to be something more to being a ghost than meets the eye, as the rules already allow the deceased to post in the thread.

So Csargo have you gained any special powers out of your ghost ship? Gain any new insights? Does this mark you as town or Mafia?
