I've heard from a few freinds that people are now sharing songs using AIM's shared files feature. I myself have not tried it yet, so I'm not sure exactly how it works.

Foreign Devil is right you can share files through programs such as AIM or MSN and the cool bit it establishes a direct link from PC to PC and theres no limit on file size that can be transfered...LOS

Say what? You have to pay to download Kazaa? Or you have to pay to download things using Kazaa? I just re-downloadad Kazaa last week and haven't had to pay for anything. In fact, the mention of $$$ has never even been made. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

My access to internet is within the university so I can download as much as 1,5 megs/sec. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/eek.gif

I just learned that Emule and Kazaa are restricted by the university computer center (as they use too much bandwidth). http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/pissed.gif http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/angry.gif http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif
