ten four all!!

i dont no much bout modding and editing stuff, but theres a game some of u may of heard of called ceaser 3. I remember in that game that u could edit one of the txt files a edit how much buildings take to cost. i found a file in the rtw data dirctory where u can do this but on ceaser 3 doing it used to make ur money go down heaps. i was wondering if any one had already done this and have 2 questions:

1.does it make ur money go down heaps?
2.does it work for the ai to?

If anyone can answer these questions it would be much appreciated ~:cheers:

Im asking this question instead of doing it because im more of a asker than a do-er and i like to play it safe ie. saving the game before every big battle. :duel:

im pretty sure that when you edit a building file its for each individual faction, but i may be wrong. if im right, then you could just do it for whichever faction you want to play. and im posotive it doesnt make your money go down
