How to get more family members????!?!

I´m playing a long campaign with Spain and i think i´m on the verge of losing because my family members are getting old and the seem to be no interested in getting heirs.
Is there any hint on how to get more family members????

Marry a princess or use captains to wage your battles.

At this point, pray. If they don't all die at once, you'll get some adoptions. If your number of generals drops below a certain threshold for the number of provinces you own, the game will offer an adoption about once a turn to fill in the gap, but if you have them all die at once you can lose.

Yes - and "Man of the Hour" fellows usually have better ratings than the adoption or marriage suitor fellows.

The surest way to increase your royal family is to take more territory. Like RTW, the number of heirs you get is determined by how much territory you own. As far as I can tell, it's intended as a mechanism to give you incentive to keep conquering.
