Nah man, last I heard he had broken free by biting through his ropes and using them as weapons to defeat the whole ninja clan. I think he's now questing to find the lost city of Bartix wearing the hat and weilding the wip of Indiana Jones.

When he arrived at Bartix island just outside the Persian Gulf, Khelvan saw that the mighty Bartix people were really dominated by a much more powerful specie. Lemmings! Whoever, since Bartix saw Khelvan as some kind of god, they rebelled against their former Masters. So Khelvan was last seen directing and using the Lemmings to guide them out of the Bartix island.
