I was wondering if I should do an AAR. Of course it would be the worst AAR in EB history, I'm not good at taking Screenshots, I'm not good at making up stories and I suck at almost everthing in the world. I'm only willing to play as either Koinon Hellenon or Romani.
So, should I do one? The poll will close in one day.

Well since yours will be the worst then mine will be the Second worst which puts more pressure on to you and it will mean i can go "erugh your such a noob" and say it with meaning.
Do a greek one We all know what happens with the romans.
You should go Greek.
It will give you a chance to spread proper culture around the Med.
Maybe you could do a combined AAR and lifestyle guide - there is enough geographical info from Strabo for you to be able to give the reader detailed advice regarding the holiday home and buy-to-let potential of each settlement you capture.
We will also expect full coverage of the Olympics (including drugs scandals).
If you fancy house rules, then here are some suggestions...
Don't exterminate - Greek society values robustly opposing views. Rebellions are just an opportunity to demonstrate Greek manliness and martial prowess again (and again, and again).
If you find the Greek War Machine is becoming too effective, then try role playing your generals according to their ethnicity (Spartan, Athenian, Rhodian etc). You can practice the Ancient Greek tradition of not helping your neighbor.
Don't use those boring Iphikrates imitation phalangites. If overarm was good enough for Grandad, it should be good enough for you. And don't forget - real men don't fight on horseback!
If you find you have enough money to feel comfortable - buy some catapults and bankrupt your economy. :thumbsup:

Those are some neat houserules... Maybe you should do an AAR.
I voted yes, for Greeks, simply because there are too many Romani AARs, and I like reading user stories.

Definitely do an AAR for Koinon Hellenon! Romani AARs are great, but it would be hard to top the almighty AARs 3rd Legion (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=80061) and The Puniceus Paludamentum (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=85108).
Also, Greeks kick ass. There, problem solved!:2thumbsup:

Start with KH... And try to conquer the steppes :idea2:

I have some more houserules to had:
- Bows and slings are for womans and childrens.
- Why should we ally with someone when you can just kill them all?

I say do a KH AAR.There are already several Roman ones.Besides,who doesn't love a good phalanx battle.And don't worry about it being bad.Probbly can't be worse than my AAR.I got killed in aroud 15-20 years. :laugh4: (why am I laughing at that?).

Looks like I'm doing a Koinon AAR but remember if you read it, it will be crap, the absolute worst.

Hey,don't talk like that.Think positive thoughts.Its what helped slightly survive the Grey Death.Then I went bankrupt,and lost a recruitment center,with my best army in Egypt,and what was I trying to say again?Anyways,good luck with your KH AAR.And remember,there are worse AAR's out there (most likely written by me or my old account,scourgeofrome).

Theres lots of serious AARs out there maybe its time to someone try to make one trying to be idiotic and fun. One just kidding, just for lols. You gave the idea (with your topic name) so why dont you give it an try?
I belive yous hould be able to do an great serious AAR if you want to, but theres hundreds of it outside... So why dont make something different?
Listen to EasternScourge and Lusitan_Centurion they are right. If you keep saying that your AAR is going to be terrible the end result will be either that people will not want to read it because you've already implanted it in their mind that its bad. Or, because you keep feeding those negative thoughts to yourself you'll believe that you can't do it and the end result will be your product ( in this case your AAR ) will come out "crappy". Or you won't you even do it. Keep thinking positive thoughts stop psyching yourself out and I bet when you post the first part it will be great. :beam:
Actually, I'm really looking forward to a totally crappy AAR. Haven't seen one yet.

I've already tried that and it just makes my computer strtange.
I use infraview and paint to cut out pieces of the screenshots but that's most of the editing that I do. You could youse photoshop but it's not free
