I would think about this more carefully, there alway might be a traitor in the group *wink wink*
PS: I forgot to add. OPTION C: Find an area to make a base, and defend yourself from the waves of onslaught soldiers.
(That would be extremly fun)
SINCE YOUR COLLARS ARE OFF YOU CAN GO TO OTHER PLACES TO GATHER WEAPONS FIRST BEFORE FIGHTING.

Well then, it's not hard to piece together everyone's situation, more or less.
PS: I know as a host I shouldn't be revealing this. But I find it really amusing that all the people that are stacked with weapons and armor are the ones getting killed. While there are 2 players (You know who you are) who have no weapons at all that are still alive and healthy.
That, of course, would be shlin28 and CountArach, who are almost certainly in alliance with each other. The remaining three of us have somewhat decent weapons at least.
I would think about this more carefully, there alway might be a traitor in the group *wink wink*
I'd thought of this, but it's doubtful. Would the weaponless duo be working for the government? I rather doubt the game would be set up that way. Probably not kamikhaan either, since he voted to destroy the school and can barely handle the recoil of his own gun... :laugh4:
PS: I forgot to add. OPTION C: Find an area to make a base, and defend yourself from the waves of onslaught soldiers.
Nah, we'll probably be outnumbered and outgunned, so we should maintain the initiative and element of surprise. I have a plan that should work to defeat superior numbers. :eyebrows:
Option A.
I dont know CA, I havnt seen anyone close in this game ever!!! I did see some interesting fights from afar though :laugh4: Spare weapons anybody? :embarassed:

I would just like to inform you guys. That if you take option A (offensive) You will have to kill all 20 of the soldiers in the school in the period of 3 turns, before the reinforcements arrive.
Also (another gigantic hint) Remember that little island up north, and the docks with boats

So you're hinting that we should set up our defenses on the island and take out the soldiers as they come ashore?
But if reinforcements will be forthcoming, why would the soldiers bother to pursue us there until they had even more firepower?
For that matter, if the dock has boats, why wouldn't we just flee the island as soon as we all get our collars off? :dizzy2:
Anyway, I guess I'll switch to Option C. I can adjust my plan to make it a defense of the island; in fact, it lends itself nicely to that scenario.
Note: This plan involves copious amounts of C4.
Hmm... theres a traitor... lets see my trust suspect list:
Me- innocent, but armed to the teeth with natural weapons
CA- probably innocent, and with little weaponaries.
Guy with shotgun- 99% not traitor, but still could be...
Injured guy with the guy with shotgun- injured, even if traitor he couldnt do a lot
Guy with the rifle- a fricking rifle??? Probably IS the traitor, if there is one, but thankfully hes incapitated

I unno? Its your choice.
You could flee the island, but the soldiers won't just let you flee.
To summarize it very simply here
Option A: Your taking teh offensive
Option B: Just continue
Option C: Take the defensive or (flee) *
I havce bada$$ things planned for all the option.
Do we still send in orders? It seems to me it would be better if we made the decision first, and then send in the orders...

Ok, might as well lay all cards on the table.
The Situation
Me=Sinno, the injured guy. I'm the one who found the laptop, discovered the password, and unlocked the collars. Last turn I was shot in the arm (I think by Mitsumi/GH), forcing my partner to apply a tourniquet. In order for me to unlock the rest of your collars, I need to get the serial numbers off of them. Obviously I am no traitor.
Tran=Yoroshi, the guy with the shotgun, my partner. At this point we've both saved each other's lives. He's a little trigger-happy but he's no traitor. He hasn't been on the .org the last few days, so I hope he shows up soon so we can get moving.
khamikhaan=Kiso, the guy with the rifle. He survived Tran/Yoroshi's shotgun blast last turn due to his bullet-proof vest. He might be a traitor, but I doubt it - after all, he was the first to vote Option A.
shlin28 and CountArach. Both unknown to me, but apparently neither has any weapons and they have therefore been avoiding battle. This fact alone makes it unlikely that either has traitorous intent, but the rest of us will have to keep an eye on them.
Remember, RoadKill said there might be a traitor among us. It's possible, but hardly certain - there are only five of us left, after all.
Finally, it was Tran and I who recovered the contents of the crate. Included in this was a large load of C4 and a detonator. Oh, the possibilities...
The Plan
My original plan was as follows: attack the school. Plant the C4 charges in a spread-out pattern not far from the school, then use a feigned retreat to draw the soldiers out of the school and into the field of C4. Detonate it, killing as many as possible, then surround the rest and finish them off.
With the hints about the island to the north and boats at the dock, I've thought of a revision. We all climb into a boat and make for the island. We find an open, sandy beach where we can leave the boat, then head to shore. Not too far inland we plant the C4 charges, covering them with sand. Then we head further inland, find some cover, and wait.
Hopefully the soldiers come after us and start looking where we left the boat. Once they get into the field of C4 charges, we detonate them, killing as many soldiers as possible. Our rifleman can start taking potshots at the survivors from a distance, hopefully killing more as they close on our position. When they get close enough, those of us with shorter-range weapons go on the attack and finish them off.
(Oh, and also, someone could be mostly buried in the sand behind the soldiers' expect positions, so that he can jump out just as the firefight starts heating up and catch 'em in the crossfire. But only if we really want to get fancy.)
So, everyone please change your vote to Option C!

Hmm.
Very well, Kommodus. I suppose its better for us to be defending a position than attacking one.
Unvote: Option A

Oh, and I'm not 'incapacitated', Shlin. Just a bit bruised, no more. And the dock-island does seem to be the best way to do this, unless the host is leading us on, of course.:inquisitive:

Okay to answer some of your questions.
First of all I need everyone to vote on an option. I can not start the next turn till everyone votes. After the votation is done. You guys do not need to pm me orders, just discuss it in here. (Only for option A and B). But if you have some private intentions pm me them.
Unvote Option A

I want to be left behind in the main isle to harass the soldiers, just gimme/find me a sniper rifle, and I will harass the hell out of them, cos nobody can see me

Ok, but it looks like Tran and CountArach are AWOL. We'll have to wait for them to get back. The rest of us, it seems, have voted Option C.

Er... what do you mean when you say "nobody can see me?"
I don't think we should leave anyone behind - you least of all.
A. If you turn out to be a traitor, you'll warn the soldiers of our plans. BTW, why were you so certain there was a traitor among us, when RoadKill merely said there might be one? :inquisitive:
B. If you're honest, you still won't stand a chance against 20 soldiers. They'll kill you with minimal losses, leaving fewer of us for the real battle.
C. I don't think we actually have a sniper rifle among us. Kiso/kamikhaan has an M-16 rifle, which AFAIK is not really a sniper rifle. It has the greatest range out of all of our weapons, though.
D. If our plan is to work, we want the soldiers to think we're fleeing - otherwise they won't be lured into our trap. They'll be put on their guard if you remain behind to take a few of them out.
E. You could harrass them just as well from a hidden location on the island after we detonate the C4. They'll be even more vulnerable at that point.
Well... tis only a suggestion :embarassed: I was just saying that maybe my camoflage coat and binoculars might prove usefull...
More importantly, will we have infinite time before the soldiers find out that we are out of their control?
Ok, but it looks like Tran and CountArach are AWOL. We'll have to wait for them to get back. The rest of us, it seems, have voted Option C.

As RoadKill said, we don't necessarily have to send private orders; but we do have to discuss what we want to do in the thread.
I have already posted my suggestions (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showpost.php?p=1772405&postcount=509). Does anyone have any comments on this or additions of their own?
If we follow this plan, the first step is for all of us to meet at the docks, get everyone's collar off, and acquire a boat (maybe two?). We should be sure to gather all the weapons available to us before we depart, including those of the fallen Mitsumi and others any of you may be aware of.
Thoughts?
Vote Option C
Basically I agree with Kommodus' plan, although I still have suspicion toward certain player. I will only intervene when there's something seemingly unaceeptable.
Kinda impossible for me to get to the docks in three turns, let alone search for any weapons :embarassed:

But as for your plan Kommo, it sounds good to me. I volunteer to be the one hidden behind them, because I'm a great survivalist and can hide myself just about anywhere. Also my weapons are only very short range, so I won't be much use elsewhere.
Ah, I miscalculated, I could get there in two turns.
I thought CA was unarmed? Unless he got some samurai swords or something... I only got some rocks and some sticks.

Haha siged
Anyways Option C has won I realize that in a 3 turn period is too short, you will have 4. You may now discuss openly in the forum of your plans. But for the sake of the game I will open 3 help tips.
1) Remeber there is going to be a wave of 30 elite, armed, powerful soldiers coming for you, you will not win in a head at head war
2) No one has visited the factory and warehouse.
3) Hmmmm... The soldiers forced the people of this island to leave. Deserted island north. Docks. Refugees? I don't know what that all means.

Umm, ok, I just remembered something. At the restaraunt, there's a pretty nifty machine gun locked away in a safe. I'd decided not to take it with me since I'd already had the rifle and pistol, and it was gonna slow my movement down a lot, so I kinda left it in the safe after I left. And I tossed the key somewhere around the restauarant, but unfortunately, it might be rather difficult to find a key in tall grass...
Kommodus
12-12-2007, 03:42
I have a lock-picking kit and moderate skills, so I should be able to get the machine gun out of the safe.
BTW, I thought there would only be 20 soldiers coming after us? Perhaps 30 represents the original 20 plus 10 reinforcements? :dizzy2:
We might want to plan a layered defense; we can only kill so many with the C4. Something like, defend one point until the soldiers start to get close, then fall back to a line of defense further back... you know, a fighting retreat that can hopefully lure them into a trap where we catch them in a crossfire. But we can worry about details like that when we get to the island.
For now, why don't we (me and Tran) collect Mitsumi's weapons, then kamikhaan can accompany us to the restaurant to get that machine gun?

12-12-2007, 03:49

It's how I was able to break into houses all over town, eventually finding the laptop. It's also how Tran and I were able to break into a car and drive it all the way up here (unfortunately there's no gas left now).

There is a couple of melee weapons, my rotting corpse, and a bottle of wine at H11 if anyone is interested. Whoever ends up with the machine gun should be forced to walk in front of the rest just in case he is the traitor.

Presumably, no one still alive has visited the warehouse. ~;) I recommend that that job be given to shlin28 and CA; let them explore it while the rest of us go to the restaurant. Next turn, we meet up at the docks so I can take off the rest of your collars and we can get ourselves a boat.

It should be noted, Kommo, that I will be unable to get to the restaurant until you disable my collar, as it currently resides in a forbidden zone.
Kommodus
12-13-2007, 05:38
Very well then, khaan. How about we do things in the following order:
1. I disable your collar.
2. Tran and I gather Mitsumi's weapons.
3. Since 1 and 2 all happen in the same zone, and neither should take long, there should be enough time for the three of us to head to the restaurant and get the machine gun.
Because of my injury I can't do a lot of heavy lifting at the moment. (Note to RoadKill: I'm leaving my pitchfork behind.) Someone else will have to carry the C4 and Mitsumi's chainsaw (if we decide to bring it, which I think we should).

Uh, that's what I said - you come along with us after we get your collar removed and collect Mitsumi's weapons. That way you can show us exactly where you saw the machine gun.
Also, like you said, we could use your help carrying some of the heavy stuff. And I would appreciate anything you can do for my injured arm; it's in a tourniquete at the moment and will have to be amputated if a better solution can't be found.

Alright. I has misunderstood your last post. I agree to that.
As for the arm, I can't completely remember what was in the medical supplies, as I deleted that PM a while back; if memory serves me correct, it was basically bandages, gauze, some antiseptics, and a few minor things like cough medicine. However, thats basically my best guess at the moment.

TURN 2 OVER:
Events:
Shlin and CountArch's collars are now disabled. They both then went to the factory. They found 2 pistols from two dead security guards and two batons. They also found a flame torch with 3 steel weldier masks. They also brought back a robotic saw arm. They have no returned to the docks and can sail off next turn
Kommodus, Tran, Kamikhan took 2 rafts and are now on the northern island.
You have 2 more turns left. I suggest setting up traps and such now.
CountArach
12-17-2007, 01:20
One pistol and a baton each shlin? We can also take a welder's mask for a bit of protection. I have no idea what we can do with the other stuff, perhaps weld the saw arm to a long metal poll which we can then swing at the enemies? Just a suggestion.
Whatever we decide, we should get to the raft now.
Kommodus
12-17-2007, 16:02

The small island was bare. Only with a few trees in the center of it. A sandy beach reached almost to the center of the island. The sand was thick, deep, and everywhere. It was so deep, you could even hide in it. Big boulders laid everywhere around the shore lines, extremly tall, ambush maybe? There was a shack in the center of the island as well, wooden, with smashed windows.
To the raft and away!!!!!!!!!!!!

12-18-2007, 15:30
Ok, I have another question then. Do we have the ability to detonate part of the C4 now, and save some for later? Or do we have to detonate it all at once?
I hope we have a little more time to discuss things this turn. I don't have a lot of time right now, so for the moment, what are everyone's thoughts on how best to set up our defenses?
(Remember, if we don't like the island, we can still go somewhere else. Or we could defend the island against the first wave, and choose a different location to fight the reinforcements.)
RoadKill
12-18-2007, 23:38
You have 4 peices of C4 in total. If you detonte them all at once the power of it will be more intense then just detnoating 1.
seireikhaan
12-18-2007, 23:48
Hmm. I'm thinking I'll probably be the one who takes attention away from everyone else. I'm thinking I would wait behind one of the trees, and then take shots from around the tree to open things up. Ideally, I'd draw them as far from the shore as possible, gradually falling further and further back. I could also use a grenade or two just to make sure they follow me. I'm thinking we could situate the machine gun from behind the shack, and after a number of them chase me to the other shore, the machine gun could tear them apart from behind. Meanwhile, everyone else stays behind the boulders until the soldiers have passed them well by, then attacking at the same time as the machine gun.

Turn 3 over!
Events
- Everyone is now at the island
- Kommodus has hidden the C4 throughout the beaches
- You guys have also set up the turrent machine gun at the shack facing the beach.
It is now the last turn. Prepare for the battles of your lives

I'll take the Machine Gun if no one else wants to. If I do that, shlin can have my other pistol.
Hm... that means I got 2 pistols, some sticks, and some rocks... may I take the welder's mask as well? and a baton just in case?
and I don't trust you with that machine gun :inquisitive:
CountArach
01-09-2008, 21:39
Well we already each had a baton and a welder's mask, didn't we?
And I think we are the only two people who can be trusted on the Machine Gun because we are basically confirmed innocent due to having no guns...
But if you want it, go ahead and give me all of that stuff.
Ah okay... you can have the machine gun, need my camoflage coat/binoculars? We also got a flame torch and a robotic saw arm too... anyone wants them? the other three got weapons right?
Kommodus
01-09-2008, 22:43
The question of who wields the machine gun should be decided by who will be best at it. So what are everyone's qualifications?
It shouldn't be me, because I can only use one arm, and besides, I'll be the one detonating the C4. Tran seems like a pretty good choice; he's got a shotgun already and has some experience in its use. CA, you haven't had a gun yet; are you sure you're ready to use one?

You are one smarty pants Kommodus. I might as well remind you guys. Whoever has the highest strength has the best control and accuracy with weapons of any sort. Also remind you guys that the comoflouge matches the sand and dirt and grass patches everywhere.
I forgot to say. The battle will last for more then one turn. You guys can retreat, regroup, or even give up on the whole damn thing and scatter for your lives.

Hmm, I wonder if the rifle or the machine gun takes more strength to use properly. My strength is about a 6 or so.
CountArach
01-10-2008, 03:23
4 Strength here, but shlin is the only other person on this island I trust right now. I do however have a 9 for Survival, so I could hide at close range to them if you want me to and ambush them after the explosives go off, perhaps taking over their boats or whatever so that they can't run away. I imagine I could also pick off a couple from back there.
Kommodus

Ok, let's take a quick inventory of our skills and weapons then:
My stats:
Strength Rating: 7
Survival Rating: 5
Stamina Rating: 7
One of my arms is still wrapped in a tourniquet, so I can't use it.
My weapons:
C4, planted throughout the beach, and detonator in hand
Taser
One of Mitsumi's pistols (I'm assuming I took one and Tran took the other)
EDIT:

I still think that Tran would be the best man for operating the machine gun, if his stats are good. You can trust him, for reasons I mentioned earlier in the thread - he's been working with me for a while.
The idea of laying in ambush is good. I was going to suggest going after their boats, but not during the first fight - maybe after we defeat the first wave of soldiers. Maybe after ambushing them, you can help draw them into the machine gun's field of fire...

Alright:
Strength 4
Survival Rating 9
Stamina 6
No injuries suffered so far.
Weapons
Harpoon gun with a couple of harpoons.
One pistol
A welder's mask
Baton
If shlin does give me that Camoflague netting, it would be great, because then I could sneak onto their boats for sure.

Okay, I posted this earlier.
Any thoughts? I've got the loudest gun, and we need to draw them into an area where the machine gun can mow down as large a number of them as possible, plus, it may cause confusion and chaos. Point being, we need someone to be the bait for the ambush, and with an 8 survivablity, Kevlar, and a REALLY loud gun, I volunteer myself for the job. Also, I still have 3 grenads and a pistol for backup weaponry. Point is, I think if anyone's going to be the bait and have a chance of surviving, its me.
Strength Rating: 2
Survival Rating: 10
Stamina Rating: 2
Weapon Rating: 0 (Camouflage clothing) 0 (Binoculars with night vision!)
Now you know why I only got sticks and rocks :embarassed:

I like your plan; I think it plays well to our strengths.
Perhaps CountArach can be waiting in ambush off to the side of the machine gun's field of fire, in order to provide flanking fire once you've lured the enemy within range of the machine gun. CA, what do you think about that?

What should i do?
We need to get you a gun. I'd suggest that Tran give you one of his (probably Mitsumi's old pistol), since he currently has two and (if I get my way) will be manning the machine gun.
You can join the fight with the rest of us after the soldiers are lured into range of the machine gun and CA springs his ambush.
Didn't CA and I find two pistols?

Interesting, looks like I'd have the highest strength rating if not for my injured arm. But you have the highest strength rating out of the rest of us. So I stand by my recommendation that you man the big gun.
It's actually already set up - in the small shack facing the beach. You should hold your fire until after I've detonated the C4 and kamikhaan has drawn the soldiers further inland and into close range.
After you open fire, CA will spring his ambush from a flank and the rest of us will open fire as well.
I think that, in addition to the shotgun, you have one of Mitsumi's pistols. We agreed to collect them from her body, and though there was no explicit agreement, I figured we'd each get one.
Are we agreed on a plan? :hmg:

Yes, but can I have a second pistol? Tran won't need it and it would mean I could lay down a decent amount of fire.

Okay, so someone basically summurize what each and everyone is doing, so I dont do the wrong thing by acciedent.
Ok, I think it's something like this:
1. I'll be waiting close enough to the beach to have a good view of the soldiers. After they disembark from their boat(s), I'll wait until they get as close to the center of the C4 field as they will, then detonate it, hopefully killing as many as possible.
2. kamikhaan will immediately open fire on the surviving soldiers. When they begin to regroup from the blast, he'll flee inland towards the machine gun nest, drawing them into the trap.
3. Tran will be manning the machine gun. When the soldiers are well within his field of fire, he'll open up on them, mowing them down.
4. At the same time, CountArach will have been waiting in an ambush position off to one flank of the machine gun's field of fire. When the machine gun opens fire, he'll spring from his ambush, taking the soldiers in the flank.
5. Also at the same time, the rest of us, including me, shlin28, and kamikhaan, will spring from our hiding places and open fire. (kamikhaan will stop retreating once he gets beyond the machine gun nest.)
6. I'm also pretty sure someone was going to give shlin28 an extra gun, though I'm not absolutely sure. And CA was supposed to get a camoflage
from shlin.
Did I miss anything, guys?

PROLOUGE TO THE BATTLE
This is just the prolouge to the battle, I havn't been able to finish the real battle due to homework, but it's something for you guys to feed on while you guys wait.
The game has gone too far. The contestants have had enough. Oblivion has been stuffed into their faces, but none of them are going down without a fight to the last breathes. And fight they will.
Tran hid quietly in the shack concealing himself inside. The turrent swung and rattled as the wind started to pick up. It was covered with leaves and branches making it less obvious of what power lays hidden. Tran could hear his own breath as he exhales and inhale the fresh sea air on the island. Lifting up his head he could see KamiKhan crouched beside a large boulder. He really did look like Iron Man. His night vision goggles lodged on his forehead. His Kevlar made it looked like he was made of steel and it’s probably as strong as it as well. A pistol holstered in his pocket he clutched onto it, the other hand grabbed the rifle pointing it upwards. Despite how much he looked like him and how powerful he may be one bullet to the wrong spot could end in death. Besides even Iron Man can be killed.
CountArach laid motionless, as he camouflaged perfectly into the sandy and grassy parts of the beach. Two pistols were holstered into his pockets, as he laid on top on his harpoon. He could feel the cold steel against his skin. He does admit it was some what soothing. He quickly wiped his eyes as sand blew up onto it. Annoyed he slapped down his welders mask protecting his eyes from the annoyance of gusted sand.
Shlin nearby was concealed by a bush. He spots CountArach and slaps down his welder’s mask as well. Their eyes met and Shiln grinned. In the beginning of this game, they were set to kill each other, wanting to seek revenge, but now they were side by side ready to kill for each other. It was great.
Kommodus was nervous. Unlike the rest he knew all odds were against them. Only five of them were to fight a wave of twenty more skilled more powerful, and surly less exhausted. He exhaled. Something in Kommodus knew that it wasn’t going to go well. It was something deep in him. He looked at his arm. Or what used to be of his arm. One arm left he couldn’t do much. After he would detonate the C4’s there wouldn’t much else for him to do, but just wait and pray the others can win.
Soon they heard the sound of sputtering motors and the yelps and barks of soldiers. They were coming.

Haha, great story that one! We met up in the first BR and agreed to an alliance but the very next turn I stuck some sleeping pills AND some laxatives in his water when he wasn't looking. I took all of his stuff except for one turn of food and ran away. shlin didn't realise he wasn't in fact dead and was then killed when the area he was in turned into a Forbidden Zone. He died in one of the most embarassing ways possible.
Also I poisoned a well in that game with the same things and someone else almost died from it.

If I remember correctly, I had Shlin hang himself in the Clinic (WoG, he thought he was dead and so wasn't sending orders).
He then served as a prop for the rest of the game, and I think TinCow dressed his corpse up in medieval gear and propped him up behind a desk as a decoy.
So even dead, you were still envolved in the game shlin
This is looking to be a great finale!
EDIT: PS, it was also that sleeping pill/laxative combo which almost killed Ignoramus as the well he just drank from turned into a forbidden zone, and contributed to his death as he groggily stumbled into the orchard, only to be sniped by the heavily injured TinCow iirc.

Chapter 1 : The Bait.
The crunching of sand echoed through the island as the boats smashed up onto shores. Quickly a gate fell down in the fronts of the boats and on poured men suited in black, with gas masks, guns locked, loaded and ready to go. They aimed down their sights slowly marching down the beach scanning it.
KamiKhan watched in silence. This was his part in the fight. And damn will he do a good job in it. He exhaled and slipped his hand into his pocket and brought out a small recatangular object, an iPod. Hidden in his pocket he has almost completely forgotten he had it in his possessions. He grabbed the headphones slipped them both into his hears, rotated through the songs and finally found one. Iron Man by Black Sabbath. He clicked play and knotted his head to the beat.
“THINK FAST SHIZNIT!” Kamikhan swung himself out of concealment quickly snapped the rifle on to his shoulder aimed down his sight at the startled and confused soldiers.
“Waboom!” The rifle recoiled back into Kamikhans shoulder as a bullet lodged into a nearby soldier’s head beheading him. Kamikhan scanned to his right quickly saw another and blew off his leg. The soldiers realizing what was going on sprinted to cover behind some nearby boulders.
Kamikhan grinned “I AM IRON MAN!” Kamikhan screamed with the song being played on his iPod. Quickly he let off random potshots without aiming to keep the soldiers behind cover as he sprinted for the shack.
The soldiers were like fishes biting on the bait. They quickly mobilized and followed. Kamikhan quickly sprinted around the corner behind the shack. As he dropped down on his butt laying on the green grass exhaling, and exhausted.
Tran waited silently as his heart pounced he heard the sprinting Kamikhan. He quickly made the sign of the cross and slowly slid up the wall grabbing the turrent. Just as planned the approaching soldiers have no spot him yet. Step by step they got closer as Kamikhan could feel his palms sweaty and nervous on the machine gun.
He has been through this much and he wasn’t planning to be scared now.
“Guess who!?” Tran screamed at the top of his lungs as he pushed back the trigger quickly and in a second of buzzing the machine gun rammed out bullets insanely.
It shook violently as Tran used all his effort to keep in control. Tran had to admit it was fun swiveling the hell machine down the beach blowing his enemies to bits and pieces. Left and right, left and right he swept making sure every last one of them would die.
Suddenly he heard an explosion of a bullet, followed by numbness. His body wouldn’t follow his command his hands slipped off the turrent as he fell backwards onto the cold pavement.
“What is going on…” Tran murmured to himself. He didn’t know what it was until he saw blood pouring out. It was pain not numbness. He looked at his chest. Blood gushed out non-stop. Soon Tran felt like he was dieing as he struggled to breathe. He grappled his throat struggling swinging around insanely in pain.
His vision started to blur as he saw the image of KamiKhan sprint over shaking him. All Tran could do was stare, that was all he could do for what time he was left with. Then suddenly it went all black for Tran, he couldn’t hear, he could see, he was dead.
KamiKhan let Tran slowly slip out of his grasp, as he rolled down face down on the floor. KamiKhan grabbed his iPod and slung it to a wall. He snapped is rifle forward and bashed the soldier trying to breach through the window. He raised the butt of his rifle up again and smashed it down like a sword crushing the soldiers bones. Blood poured out of his mouth. Quickly KamiKhan bent down grabbed Tran’s unused rifle and shot out a scatter bullets discharging down a couple more soldiers trying to breach the window. He pulled the shotgun back pulsed it reloading and sent out another scatter tearing another to bits.
And only to think. The fight has just started.

By the way Kommodus they didn't land in the right spot of the beach for you to explode. And I would think your character would want to use it when you guys are almost all dead (Which is likely to happen)

What?! I thought there would be one contingent of 20 soldiers, followed by the "reinforcements" consisting of 10 more, for a total of 30. You mean we're now facing a total of 50?!
By the way Kommodus they didn't land in the right spot of the beach for you to explode. And I would think your character would want to use it when you guys are almost all dead (Which is likely to happen)
Well, that makes sense... except that I wouldn't necessarily wait until most of the rest of us were killed; I'd wait for the "right moment" - that is, a moment when I can kill a bunch of soldiers with one great explosion. Ideally, this moment would come before we lost too many team members. In fact, my original idea was to use the C4 as the first strike (though that was when I thought the first boat would contain the large 20-man strike force).
Well... I hardly think the evil oppressive government is gonna put up posters saying their strike team will be sent in convenitent numbers and will only send two waves...
Anyway, how many ammo have we got for the pistols? I doubt we have much, so we have to make every shot count :skull:
Kommodus
02-11-2008, 18:10
ps. How many soldiers are dead now?
kamikhaan's toll appears to be six - two when they first landed, one smashed with the butt of his shotgun, two more mowed down by machine gun, and one more at the end with the shotgun. Depending on how many Tran managed to take out before being shot, the first wave is probably almost destroyed.
RoadKill
02-12-2008, 00:14
2 of the 10 are left. And maybe 5 waves are too much. I'll make it 4 :beam: .
Anyways you guys can inform me of any changes of plans you would like to make. While I still have time to change it.
By the way the two remain soldiers are near the boats by boulders (near CountArch) So CountArch what do you want to do?
A. Reamin concealed
B. Attempt to sneak into the boat and steal the weaponary inside then kill the soldiers from behind. (This will leave you in a bad spot for the next wave)
C. Attempt to sneak into the boat steal the weaponary and conceal yourself in the boat. (This may be harder to attempt but if you do remain concelead when the next waves come u can hit them from behind.)
D. Attempt to kill the two soldiers from your concelead spot.
E. Run Away. (The two soldiers might spot you as they are close by)
Your choice CountArch.
I say you guys strap the C4 to Kommodus and have him charge the soldiers ~;)

Chapter 3 : INFILTRATION
His body itched everywhere as the sand was pushed into his mouth, eyes, nose, and even the unmentionables, as CountArch continued to slide closer to the Boat. It wasn’t the coolest type of boat, it sorta looks like the ones you see in those old war movies of D-Day. The door to it was padded down on the beach for easy access.
CountArch froze. “Hey Eric, shut up…”
“What..?”
“You hear that…”
“Stop being paranoid you camel and get ready, reinforcements should land in 15 minutes.”
CountArch was shocked as he thought to himself “There’s more?!” He took use of time as soon as he got behind the two soldiers behind the boulders he sprinted into the boat gliding down into it to stay in cover. He pulled out his pistol quickly and clutched it with two hands, ready for fire.
Shifting left and right he could hear his heart pounce. He crouched down into a lower position and slowly approached the weapon rack.
“Whoa…” CountArch was so surprised he was not even aware he said that aloud. In front of him lay 5 M4’s and 2 M14’s. ( Just so you get a better idea of the weapons, the M4 is a rapid assault rifle commonly used by many armies, and the M14’s are single shot rifles that has a large range and is much more powerful and has much more recoil then the M4’s. By the way the M4’s are mounted with grenade launchers.)
“We might just win this one…”
COUNTARCH, please make a decision so I can continue you may only take back two weaposn with you if you risk it and take 3 you have a higher percentage of being caught, but if you take 3 you'll have more fire power and more ammunition. PLEASE DECIDE.
CountArach
04-18-2008, 07:41
Who's CountArch?
But seriously - I will shoot the guards with one of the M4's and then prepare the rocket launchers on the rest. I will use these on the next boat when it arrives.
Is that fine with everyone?
Once you fire one grenade, all the fire will be concentrated no you, so you will be screwed...
So I suggest that you get 2 M4s (including grenades and ammo) and take it back, let the reinforcements land, blow some up with Kommodus' explosives, and then launch grenades at the rest.
CountArach
04-18-2008, 22:23
But the grenades will hopefully blow holes in the boat, so even if I die, the soldiers probably won't do great themselves.

Okay I'll just combine your ideas. "CountArach" will grab the 2 M4's kill the two soldiers from behind then sprint the hell away from the boat and get behind the boulders hopley getting there before the second wave lands. Agreed?

No I want to fire the grenades at the soldiers on the other boat.

Chapter 4: Peek-A-Boo.
“Shhhh..” one of the two soldiers whispered.
“Not again Jim!” the other hissed back. “There’s nothing freaking behin-
“Peek-A-Boo” CountArach pulled the trigger as a harpoon punctured through one’s skull while the teeth of the harpoon caught onto the others face ripping it in a painful bloody fashion.
“Ouch… Now that’s what I call hitting two birds with one harpoon.” CountArach joked to himself. He looked up he could see Kommodus waving like a crazy chicken for him to come back with the weapons. CountArach smiled and waved back gently. He slung one M4 over his shoulders and took another gripping it as sweat trickled down his face, waiting for his fate to arrive.
“Damn it! You idiot!” Kommodus mumbled to himself. He was not against CountArach’s plan but feared the explosives he has implanted on the beach will not only tear the soldiers to pieces but CountArach himself. He could only pray that CountArach was smarter then to stand at the edge of the boat.

Chapter 5: Numbers don't matter.
The sound of steel and snad colliding echod throughout the island. Kommodus had his back against a large cold boulder tiliting his head, peeking just enough to see the shore. Come on baby...
"Poom!" the doors to the boats reached out as soldiers poured out.
"1..."
"2..."
"3..."
"KABOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"HOLY SHHHHEEEEETT!!!!" Shiln screamed at the top of his lungs as sand rose into the sky. The sand pulled down by gravity pelted everything. CountArach looked up into the sky snapped down his weilder mask as sand banged at his face.
"Damn boy..." CountArach armed himself raising the gun, aiming down the the sight. As the beach cleared of dust and rubble, bodies laid to peices. CountArach winced at the gory site as arms, legs, heads were scattered everywhere.
Shiln looked up to feel something like a hand on his back. "Go away Kommodus, they're gonna see -. Shiln stopped as he reached for the hand, only to find there was nothing else but the hand. Shiln screeched like an owl throwing the arm away only to find his stomach flip upside down as he regergetated everything he has eaten in the past month.
Komodus looked around, there were plenty of survivors, damaged, but still alive. Right at that moment Kommodus sees a white trail screech out of one of the boats as it is armed exploding once more on impact on a surviving group packed against a boulder.
Soon Kommodus sees CountArach slowing walking out of the boat screaming all types of curses that he hasn't even heard of.
"THIS IS FOR MY MOTHER!" CountArach fires the M4 at one soldiers gut.
"THIS IS FOR MY DAD!" fires another shot.
"THIS IS FOR MY SISTER!"
"FOR MY UNCLE!"
"EVEN THAT OLD HAG AUNT GEORGA!"
CountArach dropped down his soldiers exhausted from weilding the heavy rifle. Grinning he looks at Kommodus giving him the thumbs up. But the grin did not return on Kommodus' face. 2 meters away from CountArach lay a half dead soldier, covered in his own blood and the blood of his comrad. His hand raised up, a pistol grasped shaking.
Suddenly a rock flew from out a bush smashing the soldier in the face as his pistol flew up the bullet barly missing CountAraches head.
"I KNEW IT!" a familiar voice screamed.
"I told you CountArach!" it was shiln cheering. "All those days picking up rocks and sticks saved your ass today!"
CountArach fell flat on his butt exhausted, but yet glorious.
But oh.. it was not over yet....

Okay guys heres the situation. You basically just annihlated the second wave leaving zero survivors. CountArach is on the middle of the beach with the 2 M4's. The third wave won't be coming till a little while since you just totally pwned them all. So to give you some suggestions you can either.
A) CountArach and Shiln can pick up weapons off the dead bodies, or ravage the ships, but you won't have time to do both
B) Get CountArach to get off the beach with what ever he has and get him to hide n ambush.
C) KamiKhan is back at the shack, you guys can all retreat behind his fire. Giving you guys to meet and plan to recoperate.
D) Do something else.
What would ravaging the ships already here on the island do? :dizzy2:

Chapter 5: No Pain No Gain.
Shiln's arms ached as his muscles continued to tense and pulse. The weapons and ammo scattered everywhere where sure not light. Chucking the remainder or weapons into a nice organized pile, Shiln droped flat. From a distance he could see CountArach prying guns out of the dead. It really made Shiln think of what this "game" has done to them. Death seemed normal, something of a daily routine. It made Shiln stomach flip. He was a killer; we were all killers. There was no choice, it was either them or us, and Shiln sure prefereed them.
It was not long till Kommodus saw a small figure soon focus into KamiKhan, he did not speak, it almost seemed like his mind was blank.
"Hey!" Shiln shouted over to Kamikhan, "We're over here, and look what we found!" No emotion, not a smile, not a frown, nothing.
"Where's Tran?" CountArach shouted across the beach. KamiKhan's expression changed from sour, to bitter. He dropped to the floor in tears.
"Tran...s... dead..." KamiKhan could barely make out.
"What...." Kommodus' voice shook as tears sound drizzled down his face as well.
"Damn it..." CountArach, threw the pistlol in fury into the sea. Shiln clutched his arm, as goosebumps raised across his arm, as his hands shook.
"God... Why-
"PFFTTTT!" Blood sprayed out covering the nearby Kommodus. His eyes opened in agony. Once more he heard a small hiss as a second spray of blood covered him. He looked down on his body, no wounds. He looked up. KamiKhan stood there, eyes not even blinking, as he slowly sucumbed to the floor.
Kommodus felt the wind knocked out of him as Shiln Ran to him sacking him down to the floor half dragging half crawling. Everything seemed to slow down. He stared blankly. The dead eyes of KamiKhan still open staring him straight in the eye. Looking back up he saw men in black screaming, shouting as bursts of light shoot out.
"It cant be. Its not..." Everything went black, no sound, no smell, no sight. Kommodus missed the the warm breeze back home. The smell of his mom's apple pie. The soothing embrace of his girlfriend.

Sorry Shlin if that was confusing. I'll just explain it. Basically tran was dead but only KamiKhan was aware of it (even though you guys knew, your characters did not because they were in a different area.) And right now you are being ambushed, from your flank. And kamikhan got sniped in the head. Thats why the blood sprayed all over him.
Sorry for the confusion typed it on the spot.

Ok, I haven't been the the Org in a while so I only just got caught up on what's happening. Hm, we were doing well, but now we're in a tough spot. What exactly did we just do? From the writeup it sounds like we left our covered positions and went down to the beach to gather weapons; is that accurate? Also, am I still alive/conscious, or what?
After the second wave was destroyed, we should've jumped on a boat and high-tailed it away from this island. I'd still like to do that, but since we're under fire it might be difficult at the moment. CA should use some of his newly acquired heavy firepower to take out the soldiers ambushing us; the rest of us will have to provide covering fire (and get behind some cover ourselves). As soon as we're out of immediate danger, let's MAKE FOR THE BOAT AND FLEE! We're out of C4, and if I'm not mistaken, down to 3 people (shlin28, CA, and Kommo). We've lost Tran and kami. Therefore the odds will be stacked against us in the next assault, even if we're heavily armed and dug in - our element of surprise will be gone by now.
What do you guys think?

Yes, run... but just to be clear, after we're no longer pinned down by the ambushing force. They must be survivors from one of the other two waves (probably the first), so there can't be too many of them. As soon as fleeing won't get us shot in the back, yes, flee.

Chapter 7: No Sacrifice, No Victory
The smell of manure plagued the air. Trickles of soft rain that seemed to get larger and larger drizzled down Kommodus’ face. His eyes slowly, but surly started to widened. Immidiatly grabbing his head he closed his eyes before they could fully open. He felt nothing but the ache that stormed in the inside of his head. In a second attempt Kommodus opened his eyes forcefully. Confused he looked around. Trees, dirt, rocks, and fog, nothing else. Then like thunder and lightning his memory triggered. KamiKahn, Shiln, CountArach… Where were they? Swinging his head left and right he saw none not even a shadow.
Kommodus clutched himself with his arms as he began to shiver as the soft rain soon got harder and colder. His jaws soon started to clatter.
“Shiln!” Kommodus called out. “CountArach!” he waited. No response.
“Guys! I’m here!” Kommodus continued to scream, as the worst scenario began to cross his mind. Death. Kommodus pushed himself up. Scanning the area, but there was too much fog to see anything. Then like a train the headache smashed Kommodus back down, as more memories began to pour in.
“The ambush…” Kommodus whispered to himself. “The ambush…”
He patted around his body, he was unarmed. Tears began to trickle down his face. All hope was lost. Then suddenly, a black, dirt covered boot lays infront of Kommodus. He looked up, blinked, and a burst of fire flickered and it was all black…

“Where are you, you mother****ers,” CountArach cried into the fog.
“Ahhh!” CountArach let out a scream, as he clutched the trigger on the M4 and blind fired into the fog.
“Come Out!!!” CountArach raged as he jumped out of his cover and shot into the dark fogs shooting in circles. “Click. Click.” No ammo. CountArach clutched the M4, raised it into the air and slung it away. Tears flooded his eyes, blurring his vision.
“All this for nothing!” CountrArach cried, and screamed. He twist his head around to a mysterious sound. “Shiln?” CountArach’s voice softened. “Is that you?” he pulled out his remaining weapon, army knife, from his back pocket. “Its me!” CountArach continued to call out, “CountArach!”
“Pft!” a silenced shot burst out springing back CountArach’s leg.
“Ahhh!!!” CountArach clutched his leg in tremendous pain!
“DAMN YOU!!” CountArach sprinted despite his leg injury to his executioner. Another muddled shot fired ripping back CountArach’s left arm. CountArach leaped into the air, jumping onto a soldier. Dressed in heavy armor, his face was masked by a black visored, helmet. Raising his one usable hand CountArach plunged it into the soldiers face as blood spat out like a fountain out of the helmet. CountArach pried the pistol out of the soldiers’ cold dead hands, Raising it to another target nearby, pulling the trigger, smashing the soldiers helmet splattering his brains onto a tree.
A burst of fire sprung CountArach in the lungs. Lying there CountArach felt his breath leave him. He could not feel his body. But CountArach was strong, foolish, not willing to give- up. He stood up, shaking, trembling, covered in blood.
A masked soldier approached him, raising his rifle towards Countrach’s forehead.
“Give up, contestant # 17, we offer no survival,” CountArach stood there wobbling, as he lifted his head up, letting the rain trickle down his face. He took one more breath of the earth, and dropped his head down.
“I was grew up with a motto.” CountArach barely made out. “No sacrifice… No Victory…”
CountArach slung up his pistol firing, as blood sputted out of the soldiers arm. Quickly the soldier fired the rifle, eliminating his threat. CountArach fell to the hard, dirt floor, as the blood was washed away by the rain, the pain, the hope, everything.
______________________________
Shiln stumbled down the dirt road. A pistol in his hand, as his other grabbed onto his shoulder. The pain was tremendous, but Shiln, choose this path; and giving up wasn’t really an option. The rain poured washing the continuously bleeding wound. A path of blood followed Shiln. However that was not in the slightest part, in his mind.
“CountArach, Kommodus..” Shiln whimpered. ”Where are you guys.” After the ambush Shiln was only able to escape dragging Kommodus into the fog of the forest, having to leave him halfway, concealing him. CountArach had to run in the other direction of the forest. The island was small, but why did this endless fog of the forest feel so large.
Shiln stopped in his tracts, and pulled the pistol up ready for fire. He heard the clanking of armor, the marching of foots, and the clattering of men. Men in black with rifles surrounded him, emerging from the fog. Shiln pointed the pistol at each of them, cursing, and throwing threats. The soldiers just stood still aiming at him. Slowly another pair of footsteps emerged.
“Hello,” his voice was calm, soothing, kind. Raising his umbrella, his face appeared. Dressed in a formal suit, and dress paints, he smiled. My name is RoadKill. I was your host for this years annual .Org Battle Royale.
“You sick basturd!” Shiln lurched forward with the pistols onto to be jumped on by the numerous soldiers immbolizing him to the floor, disarming Shiln of his pistol. Grunting and squirming, Shiln tried to break free, failing miserably.
RoadKill smiled. “I’m glad, you enjoyed it.” His smile turned into a smirk, “Although, your other friends, weren’t so fortunate as you are.”
“What!?” Shiln sceamed spitting out the dirt that the ground pushed into his mouth. “Where are they! Tell me!”
“Feisty one you are, contestant # 4,” RoadKill slowly approached him crouching down to get closer to Shilns face. “You surprised me, out of all the contestants, you were the least lethal, the least strong. However I have to give credit to your amazing stealth.” RoadKill stood back up. “Fascinating, quite fascinating.” Shiln did not need and answer to his question to know the fate of his comrades. He relazed and subdued to the soldiers, there was no point in struggling now. The soldiers pulled him off the floor.
“Do what you have to do.” Shiln mumbled. RoadKill stood there, and smiled, handing soldier his umbrella to shade Shiln, from the rain.
“Funny for you to say,” RoadKill said sarcastically. “I wouldn’t expect words of those to come out of a winner.”
“Winner?” Shiln was confused.
“You heard me right,” RoadKill replied gladly, “You Contestant # 4 are the winner of .Org Battle Royale III, Congratulations. You get to leave this island alive.”
THE END.

I started at the top of the lighthouse, then smashed the glass of the light. I spread this over the stairs leading up to me, and I left a glass of water with some poison in it (My starting "weapon") downstairs. All was going great (Which is to say I sat there and no one came) until someone (sapi if I recall) took a shot at me with a sniper rifle. I laid low for a little while and then hopped onto a boat and GTFOed.

Started at the clinic, with three frag grenades as my starting weapons. Picked up a few supplies there. Then mozied my way on over the petrol station, to see if there might be some food or other useful stuff there. I got there only to find most of the place ransacked, though I did pick up a hammer, wrench, and some nails while there(these would prove useful). From there, I took the road east into town, only to find that it also had been mostly ransacked. Ironically, my wonder tools I picked up allowed to me to bust open a locked door, whereupon I discovered my high powered rifle, night vision binoculars, and added them to my original arsenal. Started north a bit, and ended up gunning down some helpless kid armed with merely a pistol, which didn't even have any ammo. He did, however, have a key to something in the restaurant. From there, I went to the restaurant, found the key's use, which was the safety vault of the manager. Picked up a kevlar vest and a pistol, leaving behind the machine gun, as it would've slowed me down, and I figured I had plenty of firepower at this point. Started heading eastwards when I seemingly ran into GH, whom I summarily gunned down. At this point, the few remaining of us decided to band together, get our collars off, and regroup. I considering treacherizing the whole group of them while we were getting our collars off, but alas, we did not have to all get together at once to do so, so I went with plan B, our defense of the island. From there, well, y'all know what went down...

Of course, I wish it had ended differently - but hey, being the third-to-last one to die is pretty good, and it's a whole lot better than I expected originally!
When the game began, I had pretty decent stats (7/5/7 IIRC), but not much in the line of equipment - just an old pitchfork (what was I supposed to do with that, I wonder, bale some hay?) and lockpicks. I started out in the town, so I decided to spend some time there - I could forage for food and weapons, plus there would be ample cover if I encountered someone with a real weapon. My intentions were to attempt to ally with anyone I met, since I knew I couldn't win alone.
I remember seeing an open manhole cover early in the game, but fearing a trap, I didn't investigate. RoadKill, do you know what was in there (if anything)?
I managed to rumage up a little food and medical supplies (just gauze and sleeping pills). Eventually I did meet someone - I think it was Beefy187 - and we formed a brief alliance. We went together up to the promontory to get a better view of the island, but later he went into the town alone, even though I asked him not to, and was killed.
I went back into the town, where I found a laptop computer - the computer I would eventually use to disable the collars. But I couldn't do anything yet, since I didn't have the other piece of the puzzle - the password.
I met a badly woulded Tran and used my medical supplies to patch him up as good as possible. He was better armed than I, so I thought he would make a useful ally, though it took a while for us to trust each other. When he was rested and feeling better, we combined our talents to break into and hotwire a truck, which we hoped to use to gain an advantage. Unfortunately it had limited fuel.
We began to drive north alone the main road, hoping to refuel at the station, but unfortunately it was a smoldering ruin by that point. We needed a plan. At this time I should point out that sapi had committed suicide and was taking a turn as host. I asked him about the password and learned from him that he had been in possession of it when he killed himself at the lighthouse. Tran and I decided to drive to the lighthouse and retrieve the password from sapi's body.
Unfortunately, it was at this time that forbidden zones began to appear. Soon the lighthouse was unreachable and RoadKill became the host again. There was at this point no normal way I could get the password. Tran and I drove north, hoping to take out some players on the way and find a boat to escape the island.
Thus it was that we were well-positioned to take possession of the crate that was dropped on the island. However, we had to fight for it - I was shot in the arm and badly wounded in that battle. However, we got the C4 and - to my surprise - a slip of paper with the laptop's password! This doesn't really make sense from the story's perspective, so I'm assuming RoadKill decided to let me have the password just to make things interesting.
Of course, that's when the game entered its final phase. The remaining players formed an alliance and attempted to face the onslaught of the soldiers, ultimately unsuccessfully. I'd like to think we put up a good fight though.
Out of curiosity, RoadKill - was there any way we could have won? What would have happened if we had fled in the boat following the second wave? Or if we had just hunkered down to await the final battle?

Glad you asked Kommodus, almost forgot about those stuff myself. Me and Mydrall planned a secret sewer system that would allow the player to go underground and reach anyplace with a building. Using this sewer system also allowed the player to go right through forbidden zones. Unfortunatly, you refused to use it no matter how many times I hinted it to you. :inquisitive: Also I admit through out the game I have been favouring Kommodus above other players and have been giving him a little bit more edge over others since he was the only one who gave 100% participation.
In the final showdown, you could have easily won through using the boats, but unfortunatly you guys decided not to use them, therefore forcing me to do the ambush, resulting in your deaths. However there would be a boat fight, between you guys and the approaching wave. Turrents and missiles laid everywhere on the boat and would have been a pretty awsome fight. Also if you decided to bunker down and fight, I guess I would have had one person win, just like the ending I have provided for you guys, except that the others would have died fighting.
Thank you your praise as well Kommodus! Hoped you all have fun.
