Variable Outcomes should join an alliance, you are easy pickings for a tech raider, I'd like to suggest that you join The German Empire (http://www.thegermanempire.com/forums/). The people there are friendly, and will be able to turn you from a third-world nation into a technological superpower.

My alliance, which I've been with for a long time now, is 43rd in strength (Democratic Republic of Argo) and we just won a massive war, was my first war that wasn't somone tech raiding me when I was unaffiliated :laugh4:

Or better known has the Bleu-Continuum war, but it deserve that name, since global radiation is alomst 100% over scale (9.19/5.00!!!), NPO is no longer top gun in the red team, Vox Populi have gained a senate position!

Fortunatly im doing very well in this war, both my enemies are in anarchie, one is pretty much dead, the other will soon have its air force destroyed when I get .73 more tech!

Well TGE has me and, well did have UltraWar (his listed as fogrein guests at the moment)

Global Radiation is a whopping 10.39, thats over double the maximum! (5.00)

A good alliance to join would be Ragnarok, as it has the most stable government right now, but I would recommend to well, join an alliance which is on the winning side.

Well, you can just put whatever you want into the AA spot, but most alliances don't like that. You should look through the CN forums for links to different alliances and sign up through their forums.
