This program will unwrap almost all the BP8 files in Shogun to TGA format,
they will be labelled as filename.RAW, simply rename them to filename.TGA.
For the textyars.bp8's it will uwrap to RAW format (simply apply RSW's riptga to the RAW file).
command line in dos :-
decomp filename.bp8
:-)
===============================================================
This utility will rip the bp8 tilesets to raw format files, these .RAW files must be ripped by RSW's riptga utility,
Once ripped remember the tiles are useless in their current form, they must be converted to 256x256 16M colours before they can be used in Medieval.
Replace these current game photos with the new ones (they are transparent) and the gamespy logos will not be visable on screen duing online multiplayer. enjoy!

Well, this is the best I can do at so far. I can't find out how CA compress the raw file. So I can't compress it back. But I think this is just what you want to dump all the tga files.
These are the original Excel files used to create the building and unit production text files. I've uploaded these because opening the .txt files that come with the game in Excel and then saving out the files again produces errors that stop the game working. They were created in Excel 2000, so they probably won't load into earlier versions of Excel.
In order to create new building and unit files that can be recognised by the game, save out the excel file as a TAB-DELIMITED text file. The option to do this is in the "Save As" dialog box in Excel. From the "Save As Type" dropdown list, choose the tab-delimited text option and then save.
Don't forget to make backups of your existing crusader_build_prod13.txt and crusaders_unit_prod11.txt files before you overwrite them with new ones.
