i have been telling you for months that my moderator account was broken,
i have been asking you to fix it,
i could not even unstick topics in my own samurai warlords forum.
instead you have demoted my account,
i did Not resign and i did Not quit
i asked you to fix the permissions and controls on my account.
that you are now ignoring my private messages is frustrating and frankly disrespectful

Hey barocca.
Tosa, from my observations, has not been very active this last week and a half. In that time the .org download servers have gown down and there's been numerous threads springing up about them. Not to mention all the PMs that must have been made, this among all the other issues we've had in recent memory.
It is possible you are just being buried in all the recent troubles. I know how frustrating it must be in your position but if there's anything I can say it's to be patient. And yeah, i know how frustrating that answer is too.
Sorry but it's all I got, hope things get resolved soon. ~:(

I'm Suprise Tosa hasn't taken care of this yet, but it seems he has been really busy lately though.
well it's still not fixed,
this post has been ignored,
emails have gone unanswered,
private messages have gone unanswered.
it is simply not good enough, i asked for my account permissions to be fixed so that i could do my job, Medieval 1 forums.
Tosa wanted me to resume file management (admin duties) which i do NOT have time for,
I have a lot of real life issues ongoing, including impending major surgery.
Is Tosa the only person who can fix things around here?
heaven help the org if that is the case,
what happens if (and heaven forbid) Tosa falls off the twig?
where will the org be then?

I've not seen him online for quite some time, B. I'm nearly sure that you're not intentionally ignored. Tosa is the last one to act like that.
yesterday Tosa was online. I think the date was the 2nd of October. He didnt do much though. I say we boycott if this thread is not answered in the next two days.

This is a private matter to be worked out between the principles involved, i.e., not us. I doubt it would be discussed in public.

apparently i have been accused, tried and convicted of doing something that i have not done,
AS SUCH, me being forced to bring this issue to the notice of the public before i got any response to any private query, i feel this issue HAS become public domain, and is of import to all members of the Org.
all the posts from my worksite member's account, that were used as "evidence", have been erased
i have not been told who the jury was, nor the prosecution or what defence was offered,
i was not told that there were any previous issues with anything to do with me or my behaviour or my worksite member's account,
yet this "incident" was declared "the last straw"
there has never been any issue with any staff having private member accounts,
there are valid security reasons for their existence.
i was not even told that there had been a accusation, a trial, a conviction, Nor what the sentence was UNTIL I RAISED THIS THREAD
i would like to point out that what i was punished for,
which was not an argument, not a flame war and which was not even abusive, was a discussion ENTIRELY with member's of Tosa's gaming clan on the furture direction of MY OWN MOD and their complete lack of tolerance for any direction or option that they did not like,
specifically adding the Mongols BACK into the mod. - they were always there, they had been disabled.
the only evidence i can give in my defence is my word of honour, for all my posts were deleted and any restoration of those posts now is likely to be suspect and hotly disputed.

I can see this discussion rapidly turning bad.
Can I suggest this thread is locked and the discussion taken up somewhere else where it is restricted to the affected parties?

From reading what has been posted by ONE SIDE only, namely barocca, and nothing posted by the OTHER SIDE, it does give you the feeling that something is not quite right here. (I also know that certain discussions take place in private Staff areas between staff members)
It appears to be a disagreement betweem some Takiyama Clan members and barocca over barocca's Samurai Warlords Mod.

That's what it appears to be to some who are resentful because support for the mod has dropped since they took it over. Unsubstantiated "feelings" and particularly, assumptions, are irrelevant. In the absence of information, many are jumping to conclusions and making a circus out of this--which I believe is the OP's intent--leveraging those who favor him because he hasn't been able to get his way otherwise. That some allow themselves to be manipulated so easily is frankly, pathetic. This thread doesn't belong on the forum. It's an attempt to start a public attack on the administration, and it saddens me that so many jump on the band wagon, when it has absolutely nothing to do with them. This is turning into a concerted flame war directed at the primary administrator over a presumed injustice. Flaming should not be permitted.
Compared to the vast majority of other internet communities in which I've participated, the Guild is run in a very fair, democratic fashion. Those who participate on other boards should recognize this. Other administrations would simply ban the instigators and everyone else who continued to feed the fire. The fact of the matter is, it's not a democracy. No one has rights here other than what are granted by the owners of the board. If some don't like the way things are handled, they are free to leave.
I'm not going to judge the decision in question because I'm not privy to the facts. But I don't understand why this thread has been allowed to perpetuate. No matter what actually happened, inciting public discord over a personal matter serves no purpose except to disrupt the peace on the forum. It should not be allowed to continue.
