Re: You couldn't make it up
Sometimes in elementary school a teacher would have each of their students buy paper towels, tissues, or liquid soap (there was a sink in every classroom). I never knew this was a bad thing.
Re: You couldn't make it up
You mean there are places where you don't have to bring your own toilet paper?
Re: You couldn't make it up
:laugh4:
I'm sure it saves them a whole lot of money. :laugh4:

Some teachers still do it (only tissue), even in my very well, privately-funded magnet technical school. It saves them finances they can employ for more useful ends . But yeah, the toilet paper is an overkill :laugh4:...
Re: You couldn't make it up
I gather they have a morning roll call.

Wait till November and the schools will be telling pupils they can't afford to flush.
I wonder how long until we get back to the good old days when pupils were expected to bring turf to school
Re: You couldn't make it up
they should just use a Fresher I find they have a good absorbant quality and they flush easier been smaller too:beam:
Re: You couldn't make it up
really you have to supply your own toliet paper. Hey i have brought in my own tissues but never toliet paper...... in both private and public schools
i believe it but, i mean come on TOLIET PAPER. and what if you forget, you ask your buddy next to you for some sheets, does the school charge you per sheet if you forget to bring it????
Re: You couldn't make it up
I remember when I was living in a shared house with a few people I knew. Damn, I never seen toliet paper disappear so fast, it was like a new roll everyday at one point.
I told them that I would keep my own and use that, since one of them must be eating the bog roll or something.
Re: You couldn't make it up
Meh, people call me wierd for carrying around a roll in my backpack.
But applying treebark to yourself is ******* abuse, and should be illegal.

If it's yellow let it mellow, if it's brown flush it down.
Re: You couldn't make it up
Letting urine sit in a toilet for a while makes it smell obcenely bad when you need to use it for more intensive procedures.
I learned this lesson in grade 4, Aussie.

Only a problem if it's left unflushed for more than 12 hours.

Maybe you need to eat better, a healthy persons urine doesn't really smell that bad in small quantities, plus there is also a seat to put down and air freshener if you really need it. Saves wasting 5L of water disposing of something completely sterile.

To be fair, the urinals are much more economic than a regular toilet in liquid-waste-related disposal.

Well, strictly speaking your urine should be clear, otherwise you are dehydrated.
So you're ALL wrong.

I thought it was only clear when you have to go a lot, usually due to having a cold/chill-like thing.

It's only clear after about about 7-8 beers.
Re: You couldn't make it up
Having reached the level wherein the posters are discussing the color of their urine, I think it's safe to
:toilet:
this one.
