is there a new patch out, because steam is updating ETW furiously?

steam how now spent the last ten minutes updating ETW at 30k/sec, and it is only 25% complete.

is this a surprise patch?

There are no more patches coming out.
ETW is perfect in the state it is in now.
We have always been at war with Eastasia.

MP campaign and ninja changes. No new patch.
