Useful advice on education
Well, with me soon becoming a parent and all that, I accidentally stumbled upon this great website with fantastic advice on how to handle babies.
As you may imagine, I don't have a clue about what I'm supposed to do. Yes, of course, there are books, but most of them don't actually show what to do, it are just descriptions.
So, for all of you looking for advice on how to handle babies, I will share this link:

I hope it will answer many of your questions.

Re: Useful advice on education
Did you know babies cannot percieve "3d" at such a young age? One of the things about them not being point infront of TV, is that it could hamper the childs development in percieving depth and understanding '3D' concepts.

Useful Advice on Education II:
Confuse your daughter. That way, she'll learn to pay attention to details in the kitchen, skills she is going to need later in life.

She's just too cute. I've watched the video a thousand times, just for the looks on her face. Sooo sweet.

Re: Useful advice on education
Dealing with my 3 month old is mainly fun, but of course frustrating at times.
Books are a great way of finding out about:
- Extremely rare diseases to worry about
- Every slight deviation from developmental milestones that also vary between sources
- Length of time to breastfeed for
- When to bring in new foodstuffs
- The age old debate over Atopy vs. infection
- Jabs - killers or saviours?
- Over / under feeding
- All the signs that could indicate autism / auspergers etc.
- The vast number of things that one should buy or one is stifling one's child vs the others that completely disagree
And then of course it gets progressively worse... :help:
