Is it ok to go on and talk and (try) to make friends with a girl who seems really nice but has a BF and you used to really like until you found out she had a bf but still like to be her friend at least?

Yes, but don't be an ass and try to get to them to break up. Being friends though is fine, and hey who knows, maybe you can date her when she breaks up with her current boyfriend.

Yeah, friends are fine. But you'll friendzone yourself and assure that you're never much more than friends for the foreseeable future. Who knows, you might become incredibly good friends with a very peculiar and unique relationship (which means you could be more than friends later down the line), but that's unlikely unless there's some chemistry between you and her (something more than just physical attraction).
On the other hand however, as you befriend her, you might notice that she isn't exactly the girl for you and you'll thank yourself for not pursuing a relationship (you might still make a lasting friendship in the mean time).

Also whatever the heck happens between you and her, don't ever try and get involved with the relationship between her and her boyfriend.... ever.

depends if the BF is just a BF and not a BFF. B BFF have V rights on the GF and the G to the F to the S. And definitly if the BFF is a CMF or even worse a TBG, i would recommend to NGC and GTFO.
