If you cater to what you think others want you to be, you will never have self confidence
Just do you and shake the haters

Re: Self-Confidence boosters
What's with the animosity above?
Anyway, I echo Strike's advice, you be calm and be yourself, and you can't really go wrong. Don't worry about being rejected, because it will happen to everyone at some point.
A lot of the time these people that seem like players in fact only really get one acceptance for every 10 rejections.

Why does it always come back to women with you?

idk, early mid-life crisis?
Wait, no... the OP specifically talked about women, I knew I posted that for a reason.

Re: Self-Confidence boosters
I could say something extremely cliche' so that's exactly what I'm going to do.
Words and phrases like "self-confidence" are just that, they don't really don't mean anything if you don't know what it is. Get out of the house, do things you like (that don't involve the computer), find meaning in your existence, do something to promote that meaningfulness with others who share that desire, and everything else will work itself out.

What animosity?
No sense in being a player. Besides, once the girl finds out she being played, she just going to ditch you and you going to have to try all over again.

People are stupid. Ignore them and do whatever the :daisy: you feel like.

Re: Self-Confidence boosters
Wear clothes you feel comfortable with. Everybody is insure about him/her-self, the ones claiming they aren't probably all the more.
-
Re: Self-Confidence boosters
I just wear my leather jacket (real one) and blue jeans and an ice shirt and colonge and that's it. I go in fancy enough because I don't want to look like a bum (like a lot of my fellow students look like they came out of a drug house). I don't care what anyone thinks of me at this point.

Re: Self-Confidence boosters
I just chill out and look relaxed. You don't even have to move a muscle.

Re: Self-Confidence boosters
Finding confidence is about realising that the opinions other people have about you don't really matter; if they don't like you, who cares? Is it really that big a deal?
Why should you tailor yourself to their requirements? Wear the clothes you like, listen to the music you enjoy and live life however you want... it's their loss, not yours!

Don't be a hater, man. I like this kid, and I like it when people take advantage of the frontroom's tome of combined knowledge.
But when a girl looks at me, and smiles and doesn't look away... Ooooooh, I love it when that happens.

Re: Self-Confidence boosters
Hey I might need some advice too.
Not too concerned about womens but I do want to raise my confidence.
The main problem seems to be my horrible fashion sense and weak looking body (yet fat on my stomach)

Done all that. Main problem seems to be slow effects, leading to lack of will to continue
