What happened?
Someone set up us the bomb.
Too much gratuitous violence in the Frontroom of late. So I took the initiative to lock the thread till the overheated testosterone levels come down a bit. Hokay?
Motep is fine, but the state of the Frontroom is not.
Someone posted another HURF DURF I GOT IN A FITE thread. Strike posted in his usual humor that doesn't translate well into text encouraging violence against animals and family members. You can guess the rest from this thread's existence.Quote:

Through limited contact with me on the board you're fairly certain I am using this as an example and drawing a contrast, but to someone who hasn't had contact with me it reads as a very heinous thing to say. Well I don't know what SFTS posted, so I can't comment. That's the problem with binning the thread. Was it offensive enough to warrant immediate disposal in the .org's camel dung powered incinerators...? If so then presumably a few bans need to be handed out?
