Is Motep ok?

I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.
Why is this thread not deleted yet?
What happened?
At the end of the day politics is just trash compared to the Gospel.
Someone set up us the bomb.

Too much gratuitous violence in the Frontroom of late. So I took the initiative to lock the thread till the overheated testosterone levels come down a bit. Hokay?
Motep is fine, but the state of the Frontroom is not.

We could just re-name the Frontroom into "The Fight Club". Then create another forum called "The Boyz Locker Room" where boyz can be boyz and no gurlz is allowed. Finally, we could have a fluff forum for the rest of the boring stuff called "Flowers, Ponies and Rainbows". Do you think that covers it, or have I overlooked some key "content"?

The more you try to police it, the more it will become that which you don't want it to become... It's "offtopic", there will always be silly stuff going on.

The fighting stuff is most likely completley fabricated and outright lies. But you seem to put the women threads in the same catagorey, while some of them are parodies there are a few with merit (unlike the fight/martial art threads) You have mostly young men on the forum and young men want to meet women. Are we only allowed to talk about them the way we do in romantic comidies, tell the boys to show up with a rose and a compliment and everything will be ok? If thats the case we should just rename the forum "Girlfriendless Virgins"We could just re-name the Frontroom into "The Fight Club".

Well, it's like if I were to end this post with: I'm going to come over tonight and murder your wife. Through limited contact with me on the board you're fairly certain I am using this as an example and drawing a contrast, but to someone who hasn't had contact with me it reads as a very heinous thing to say. Strike was trolling with a tone nearly identical to that.
Sarcasm doesn't work on the internet, folks. Don't do it.
Well I don't know what SFTS posted, so I can't comment. That's the problem with binning the thread. Was it offensive enough to warrant immediate disposal in the .org's camel dung powered incinerators...? If so then presumably a few bans need to be handed out?

A Painted Shield of Honour - 1313. Templar Knights in France are in grave danger. Can they be saved?
Actively participating within the Org since 2005 and I don't remember Frontroom in such a mud of trollballs hurled at each other with the very same members just overdoing it.
Your understanding of fun tangents to /b/ every other day more and more and it's destroying the others' (majority in numbers) fun. FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN.
