Does anyone know if theres a Mod that will let you play the strategy part of medieval total war over a LAN?
Unfortunatly, there is no such thing. It is possible to play a PBM with multiple factions using the -ian switch, but this does have some odd side effects (uncontrolable diplomace, for instance).Quote:

But is there any other total war games or mods that allow me to do that? Becuase I'm sure i can beat my friend on strategy but have no way to prove it :(
None of the Total War games have an MP campaign, but several creative fans have tried to make one. The solution for M:TW I mentioned above, but there is also an R:TW MP mod. I have no idea how it work, however, so all I can do is direct you to this thread: RTW MP Campaign.Quote:

Hopeful as we may be, it doesn't look like it.
That said, though, they are trying to do some new and interesting things with multiplayer. So far, AFAIK, they've been pretty stingy with details, but they're making it a priority and it sounds like trying to take it beyond single battles.
