And I tried the Prof's advise to no avail, no surprise, really.
Downloaded the 3 files and the 1st one, when I went to copy it to the one of many copies of RTW I have, a box showed up
(Res Gestae 1 Install Program)
(This File contains invalid data)
I had deleted the said file 3x and downloaded 4x to no avail still!
So the Prof has helped me not, but all I can do is thank Prof for the advise!

I do not mean to be annoyed but after 4x downloading, one's patience does wear before they say to hell with it all.
Forgive me. Because you hadn't acknowledges Daimon's post, I assumed you had overlooked it. The problem is that neither Prof nor Prometheus have been active lately, so I don't think the official download will be fixed. You may try it at the TWC forum though.

Correction: I was able to get the UI pack and the patch, but not the main Roman skin pack. I'm still hunting for it.
