At least we know the battle editor is in.

I didn't know this had been confirmed, but from the FAQ:

Well it was included with RTW so it probably would have been more effort to take it out than keep it in.

Ahh, the cynic. But strangely I agree in this case.

Well, R:TW also included a campaign editor and the battle editor only came available after a patch.

Wonders if the battle editor spitout/read ASCII files?
